That's funny PLUS MANY OTHER ITEMS THEY MAKE UP Your office should be selling cars your just sales people only way to get more money from patients and they all know that it's all made up fabrication bad bad bad ashame. You should go into sales ,try being honest....

The dental hygienist (I forgot her name and I'm SORRY!) was amazing and talked me through my anxiety with my deep cleaning. Dr. Moeller was absolutely fantastic with explaining everything that needs to be done. The DENTAL service is TOP NOTCH HERE! With all that said, it's really a shame that a receptionist would be the reason they lose my family's business. I called because I am in pain and have not eaten for days because of it. From the beginning of the call, Dawn cut off every sentence I TRIED to get out! Literally every single sentence. To me, professionalism, especially when you are technically the first point of contact for ANY business is PARAMOUNT! I don't know if she was just having a bad Monday morning or if this is just how she is but whatever it is, she needs to FIX IT! No one wants to patronize any type of business where the receptionist is borderline rude and definitely unprofessional!

He has only 2 teeth left and was charged 300 for X-ray and cleaning FALSE teeth! The bottom dentures are such poor quality they are changing color and he is very faithful about scrubbing them every night! I called and got a baloney story. Talk about taking advantage of the ELDERLY!!!!! Shame on you!!!!! No Senior discount???

The hygienist explained every step and checked in with me periodically while cleaning my teeth. Thankfully I did not have to engage in small talk, where it’s been expected at other dentist’s office. I am terrified of the dentist from childhood experiences. However , both times I’ve been to this office was a pleasant experience. It is a beautiful clean well kept environment. I had full mouth X-rays, cleaning, and examination. Everything went smoothly. No waiting time and everything was explained fully about what the next steps would be. This dentist did a cleaning with no pain and got my teeth white. They are fixing my chipped tooth. The other dentist refused to extract my tooth this one is extracting it. Overall best experience gets a 5 star. I even was offered a floride treatment. The other dentist said it's only covered for kids. This dentist did it very inexpensive. Denise Long

Experiencia fantástica: I first started going to Dr Fay during a dental emergency when my previous dentist had closed due to Covid. I called about 10 places closer to my home first and was told the waits were months out for new patients, but at Dr Fay’s office after hearing I was in pain, the staff fit me in right away. He not only saw me that day but also made a phone call to an endodontist and had them get me in immediately as well. It’s always a good sign when the endodontist talks to you during your root canal about how they personally have work done by your dentist because he’s the best. Dr Fay and his staff have been absolutely lovely. Everyone is very patient, knowledgeable, and kind. The office is very clean and modern, wait times are never bad and yet you don’t feel like they rush you through. Prices are reasonable and there is always transparency in their billing. 4 years on, I continue to find it worth the hour and 20 drive to their location and I’m always very happy with their services.

Not only was I able to go see my grandkids, but their solution looked great and I no longer looked like a vampire! Dr. Fay has treated many in our family, from my grandchildren to my 91 year old Mom, with lots of TLC and excellent dental care for more than 10 years!
