Experiencia fantástica: 30+ years and still on top. My visit this time was to take care of a cavity beneath a molar crown. The very experienced and familiar staff was completely wonderful in seeing to my totally painless care. Recently, doctor "Will" joined the team. Also with him, I do not have a single worry nor concern about their professional services. I give them full marks: 10/10. Post procedure, they reminded me of potentially needed at-home follow-up care and thoroughly pre-answered all of my questions. Many years ago, I made them my primary dental team and enjoy watching them improve with continuous modernization of while helping my family with some of the latest dental technology.

For almost 20 years, I have always received great personal attention from their front desk personnel to the hygienists to the dentists (father and son). They're knowledgeable, friendly and truly care!

There’s never a long wait time and I’m usually in and out in 30 minutes for a 6mo cleaning and/or X-Rays. Highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking for someone good, honest, and will take great care of your teeth!

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff and attention to patient care! They DO take all kinds of insurance unlike many others. I'm just getting into their care from moving, easy to do with online forms instead of having to get there way early. Update: Exceptional care over the past two years. Always friendly, professional, everyone smiles, short wait time! Never a problem with insurance and they do take VA referrals for P&T disabled. The only downside is the VA has to refer you for every visit, I haven't tried the VA Part yet...more to come on investigation of VA bureaucratic process. Better than driving through the Formula One raceway to PCB VA Clinic for sure. Highly Recommend! Update: Keep your dental Insurance. You have to contact the VA all the time to get the referal, just isn't worth the hassle. Plus, The VA only allows one visit per year. Not exactly the best care by far! However, this superior family dental care is one of the best I have ever had. The other was in Iowa and family owned not by a "big box" outfit or VA.

Experiencia negativa: I had 2 back cavities filled by Jr. When they both became abscessed a couple weeks later, I went in to see Dr W Sr. He was very rude, almost like he was offended that I had a problem, and referred me out to an endodontist-who incidentally couldn't get me in for 6 weeks. I was in agony. Dr W wouldn't prescribe antibiotics past one cycle. He certainly didn't help in any way- like call the endodontist to get me in right away, or pulse antibiotics to buy me time-nothing. Dr W could have done root canals but he "doesn't do that anymore", not even if his patient is going to lose their teeth. I ended up calling an oral surgeon out of desperation due to pain, who had to pull both back teeth. I lost 2 back teeth because this clown couldn't bother to help his patient who received 2 bad fillings from his son. This place is a joke and they are all related-Office Manager is Jr's wife and is unprofessional and the office staff feed off of her negative energy like a cult. Find someone else. This place is very weird. Even before having this issue I heard several off color and inappropriate jokes, and they have a odd "good ole boy" mentality. Very cringey.

Experiencia negativa: Having recently moved here, I went in as a new patient, looking for a dentist for myself and the rest of my family. I got seated and the cleaning began. Very soon I felt a sharp stabbing which made me jerk. I've had my teeth cleaned my entire life, almost always every 6 months, and have never experienced that kind of a pain. I supposed she slipped or accidentally poked too hard, so I looked at the device she was using, took a deep breath, but then let her proceed. Then, it happened again! The second time was way worse. Again, I've never had such a sharp stabbing feeling in my mouth in all my years of braces, root canals, fillings, crowns, etc. And the second time caused me to jerk even harder than the first. So, I simply said, "Let's stop. I don't want it. I know my insurance pays for the cleaning, but I don't want it." The tech got pissed, turned off the light, slammed it upward, and stormed out of the room. She never said one word to me throughout this whole process, except she came back after several minutes to confirm that I didn't want the cleaning. I said I didn't. She said I couldn't be a patient. I told her I still needed a dentist, and not to take offense over what happened. She said that I had to have the cleaning or I couldn't be a patient, and I was shocked, so I asked her to clarify that if I simply didn't want the cleaning, I couldn't be a patient? She said that was right, and so I said that I wanted to hear that from the dentist. He came in, and after I explained to him what happened he said the same thing - I had to have the cleaning. I suggested that perhaps it be done with more sensitivity, or perhaps someone else, but he said, "She's the one who cleans my teeth, so maybe this office isn't the right one for you." In other words, leave, I don't believe you, she's never hurt me. Well, I got referrals to the Harrison brothers, not these people, but they are close to me, so I thought I'd give them a shot. Well, what a terrible experience! And I told the girl on my way out that she can at least be glad that her boss stands up for her, but that she could have been softer, or even cared. She laughed. I don't post negative reviews because I focus on the positive. Also I don't usually have/see such horrible experiences with businesses, but I do strongly feel inclined to inform others so that they can avoid this office. With all the dentists in this area, find another one! And if this office is a faith-based business, as they profess, than how poor of a witness are they! They certainly should not be named "personal attention."

Personal Attention said they would take me on as a new patient and do a regular exam and cleaning, in which they would address the problem. I am so happy they did. Staff was Amazing, caring, and so careful. Dr. Will was Wonderful and very caring, he made sure he checked for all problems and gave me antibiotics for the infection. They will now be my official Dentist. Thank you All for treating me & my problem so quickly & treating me as a friend in need

Experiencia negativa: Myself and my son both go to this dentist office up until today I would've recommended them to everyone I know. But today made me reconsider especially if you have a small child. My son is 5 years old and was making some noise during his cleaning. The staff member from another room came in and said he was making to much noise 1st of all he's five he wasn't screaming or yelling. The lady that was working on his cleaning continued when he made another noise while she was cleaning the other lady came in the room looked directly at me not the lady cleaning his teeth and Your Done with a nasty attitude very unprofessional and disrespectful. While we were leaving my son started crying saying I'm sorry mommy I didn't mean to make that old lady mad very heartbreaking to explain to a 5 year old that some people are just mean people.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m so thankful to have found this office. I haven’t been to a dentist in 15 years because I’m too scared and I just brush my teeth religiously to avoid it. I went in nervous and left having had so much fun! It was a wonderful experience with Wendy cleaning my teeth and seeing Dr. Windham. He was thorough and honest about my gum health and they’re not a place to try and lure you into coming back for money. All I need is to continue coming back for regular cleanings. Any other place would have probably given me different news and it would be another 15 years before I see a dentist again. Wendy was patient, thorough, and you can tell she enjoys her job. I can’t wait for my next cleaning! I’m going to take some cucumbers to lay over my eyes next time, as that’s all the experience was missing! I left feeling like a million bucks with a pretty and clean smile!

Experiencia fantástica: I have bad anxiety when going to the dentist, but today was my first visit here and it was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. Scheduling my initial appointment was a breeze, I walked in for a 12 pm appointment at 11:50 am, by 11:55 I was called back. I understand it may not always be that quick, as emergencies arise, etc., but that was a great first impression. My hygienist was great, she made the entire experience very enjoyable, even joking I was at the “dental spa.” Dr. Windham was very personable with a great bedside manner. I need to have some dental work done and both Dr. Windham and the hygienist explained things and answered my questions. I cannot not recommend them enough, I’ve already called several family members and advised them, if they need to see a dentist - I know just the one! I was seen today on my lunch break. I was in and out of the office within 40 to 45 minutes!

I would recommend her to any who has anxiety of going to the dentist. Dr Wyndam explained the question I had regarding a questionable spot. As for the welcoming staff , they did not acknowledge my checking in. They actually called me to remind me of my appointment which I was sitting in the waiting room for about 45 minutes. I would recommend that we work in this.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a patient for many years (I believe at least 10) and I can say with confidence that I no longer trust the integrity and quality of Dr.Windams dentistry. I went in for my cleaning in December of 2023. During this vist I expressed that the left side of my mouth hurt a lot when eating tough meats and cold food. I was told that I was getting food stuck between my teeth and it was irritating my gums around the top back left molar (I believe tooth #14 or $15). There was also a "watch" put on that same tooth. I was instructed to floss more as it would keep food from bothering my teeth. I proceeded to floss more frequently for the next several weeks but noticed no difference in pain. When my next cleaning came up (June of 2024) I had to reschedule my visit and told them I would call back in a couple days. I called the same number back and did not get an answer. This went on for 2 months before I gave up and switched to another dentist. Upon inspection by my new dentist, it was obvious I had a very large cavity in the tooth bothering me that had developed to the point of needing a root canal or the tooth to be pulled. This was confirmed by an Endontist in town. I have attached the Xrays that Personal Attention took on 12/21/2023 and there is a very obvious cavity in the tooth. I was not mad that the cavity was missed as we are all human and make mistakes. I asked personal attention if (since they misdiagnosed my problem) they would be willing to cover the out of pocket cost for the root canal or pull. Dr.Windam responded by saying that it was not a cavity (despite another Dentist, 3 hygienist, and an Endontist saying otherwise while viewing the same xrays personal attention took) but instead a "shaddow" on the tooth. They refused to cover my out of pocket or even offer any help at all. Dr.Windam aslo had one of his nurses call rather than call me himself. Dr.Windam lacks accountability and integrity and is incapable of admitting when he has made a mistake. Again I would like to reiterate that I was not mad about him missing the cavity even in the slightest as we are all human. I was however incredibly disappointed when I received my answer from Dr.Windam. I hope to see this issue resolved in a more professional manner but I do not hold my breath. See photos below both with and without the arrow pointing to the cavity or "shaddow". Again I have to have a root canal or the tooth pulled because it is 100% a cavity.

Experiencia fantástica: Almost slept through my appointment, so when I came in I was so out of it from just waking up and looked a whole mess . The owner, his son, and hygienist cleaning my teeth made it such a pleasant experience. I can’t remember names, but about 4-5 people came around me today within my visit and they were all great, lots of southern hospitality. Glad I chose them, will absolutely be recommending to anyone in need of dental work!

I paid 400 dollars for teeth whitening, they gave me 5 super small applicators with peroxide, they said if I needed more all I had to do is call them. I called and they said it was 25 dollars a tube!! I just got screwed! Bad customer service. I do not recommend this place at all

I moved to Jacksonville FL after the storm in 2018 and have gone to 3 different dentist, they tell me I have issues with my teeth and I get back to Dr Windham and it's all lies ($$$). So needless to say I come back to Panama City to the dentist
