Thank you for sharing your experience! Making sure our patients feel relaxed and pain-free is a top priority, so your feedback means a lot to us.
Experiencia negativa: Be carful, they never told me they were out of network and were gouging me. Leaving me paying for 80% of the fees, until I called them on it and they said it was my fault. I was supposed to know how the industry works while they were over charging me. There is something called prudent law and the average person don’t understand each and every trade or business that the company needs to be up front to the public. I plan on suing them for the amounts they over charged me which during 3 appointments is around $400.00 for just cleaning my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience my son had. He had braces and extractions done and they took such care to ensure he was comfortable and felt no pain. Even got him a blanket when he shivered! Dr. Ross and the assistant were both amazing. Soo sweet and caring. I'm so glad we went there.

Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for a dentist to call home. Everyone here was extremely nice, service was fast & same day that I called. I needed up getting 2 teeth pulled & didn’t feel a thing. Dr. Palmer who was the sweetest talked with me during the assessment making sure I was okay and his assistant matched the energy. He numbed only what was necessary not my whole face like different dentist. I couldn’t feel the shot what so ever! He has amazing manners and explained everything very clearly.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been using Dr Palmer for a few years. This is what going to the dentist is supposed to feel like. He does really good work and he’s very pleasant. It’s like going to see a friend. My regular hygienist is Lorina and she is the best. She always has a blanket ready for me. She’s so sweet and knowledgeable. I really love going to my dentist.

She checked my daughter out quickly this morning and calmed my mama nerves and made sure my babies front teeth were still attached after a bad incident in the middle of the night. She has my business and my families business for now on going back Friday for her braces which were already scheduled bc she wants a pretty smile which this mama already thinks is beautiful without braces but her crooked teeth bother her so we gonna let Dr Ross work her magic and she is not outrageous with pricing and lets you do a payment plan ♥️

Experiencia fantástica: I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Amy Ross and her team. I came in for a filling and was blown away by how smooth and painless the whole process was. I arrived at 8:45 for my 9:30 appointment, and they got me in early—I was finished by 9:15! Dr. Ross was incredibly kind, quick, and professional. The dental assistant was also amazing and made me feel totally at ease. I opted for the laughing gas, which helped a lot. Overall, a 10/10 experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to see Dr. Ross with impacted wisdom teeth that needed to be extracted, and she did just that all in the same day with expert care! I cannot brag enough on how wonderful the ladies in this office are! I had to revisit today due to some normal complications, and was very nervous but the awesome ladies made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of!

Experiencia fantástica: Had a molar extracted by Dr. Ross and I was amazed how fast and painless it was! Looking forward to being a permanent patient with such a professional doctor. She ROCKS! Got my teeth cleaned on Dec 2. The hygienist did a wonderful job and my teeth feel soooo good now! Everyone in the office is very professional and nice!

Experiencia negativa: Not happy , wife went to get wisdom teeth pulled and the dental hygienist told her that they had an opening for a teeth cleaning , “checked” our insurance and came back and said “we can clean them for free , insurance will cover it on your plan” couple weeks later we get a $300 bill in the mail. When I called to see what was going on the lady on the phone was rude and basically called me a liar that they would never tell us that it was free when I have texts proving what happened from my wife telling me they were gunna check insurance and that it would be free. They said nothing they could do and to take it up with our insurance… not going back here.
Please reach out to us and request to speak with someone regarding your wife's account. We would like to assist you in this matter and hate to hear you and your wife were not happy with your experience.
