Timeless Smiles

Experiencia negativa: I have been a patient at Timeless Smiles for years, dating back to when Dr. Cohen owned the practice. Dr. Cohen set an exceptionally high standard of patient care, professionalism, and trust. He took the time to listen, explain treatment options, and always made me feel that my dental health, not the financial aspect, was his priority. Unfortunately, my experience since the change in ownership has been disappointing. The hygienists and office staff remain the strongest part of the practice. They are friendly, professional, and continue to provide excellent care. If it were not for them, I would have already found another dentist. My concerns are with the current dentist. Appointments increasingly feel like sales presentations rather than dental visits. There is a constant push toward additional procedures and treatments, leaving me with the impression that generating revenue has become a higher priority than providing patient-centered care. Trust is essential in healthcare, and I no longer have the same confidence that recommendations are being made solely in my best interest. In addition, the wait times have become consistently excessive. Even when arriving on time for scheduled appointments, I often spend far too long waiting to be seen. Respecting patients’ time is a basic part of quality service, and that standard has noticeably declined. It’s disappointing to see what was once an outstanding practice lose the qualities that made it exceptional. I hope management takes patient feedback seriously and refocuses on the level of care, honesty, and service that made Timeless Smiles such a respected practice under Dr. Cohen.

Experiencia fantástica: I am 83 years old and have been to many dentists in my life. A friend recommended Timeless Smiles a few years back and I have found them to be an excellent group. Dr. Traband is personable and through, communicates well, takes the necessary time, and is an amazing successor to Dr. Cohen, who began the practice many years ago. They are a unique group in that most of the employees have been together for decades, including the fine hygienists Linda and Sue. The rest of the support staff, Donna, Trish, Tina and Nichole are all first rate. Go to Timeless Smiles and be happy.

Experiencia fantástica: Just came from Timeless Smiles for a filling. Excellent from start to finish! Dr Kim is amazing and extremely skilled and professional. The whole staff is incredible. Highly recommend !!

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I have been patients at Timeless Smiles for over 20 years. Drs. Cohen and Kim are very knowledgeable, friendly, and gentle. I have fibromyalgia which increases the pain of receiving novocaine injections, so I have a lot of anxiety prior to a procedure, They have been wonderful and have worked with me to lessen my anxiety and pain level. Every member of the office staff, from the front desk to the dental hygienists, are equally kind and helpful. It’s nice going to a doctor’s office who actually knows me and my family as people, not just as patients. I would highly recommend this practice to any family!

Experiencia fantástica: Both the hygienist and dentist were kind, knowledgeable, and did a great job. I would highly recommend Timeless Smiles.

Experiencia fantástica: The best! Our whole family loves the staff at Timeless Smiles!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful, professional service and, as always, with courtesy, respect, and lots of smiles. Thank you. Linda

Experiencia fantástica: I am very happy with my dental care at Timeless Smiles. Monitoring and addressing issues have kept my dental health up to date. Dr. Traband and the staff are great! I always recommend Timeless Smiles

Experiencia positiva: I really enjoy going to see the dentist at Timeless Smiles in Drexel Hill, even though it’s not physically close to me anymore.

Experiencia fantástica: Drs. and staff are kind professionals. Dr. Barry introduced my wife and I to Dr. Kim, the newest member of the staff who will be taking over the practice. All the best to Drs Cohen and Kim. Congratulations to Dr Trabant and her husband for the birth of their baby boy. All the best to this wonderful family.

Experiencia fantástica: 30 yr patient and continue to be thankful and amazed at the caring and professional treatment!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent practice and care. Top possible grades

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful check-up at Timeless Smiles! Dr. Yesle saved my vacation. I had an emergency and she saw me right away, made sure that I was comfortable, pain free, and fixed it so that I didn’t lose time on my vacation. It was a godsend. Thank you Dr. Yesle and Timeless Smiles staff!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Timeless Smiles for approx. 25 years and I have to give them a 5 star recommendation. Both Dr Cohen and now Dr Kim receive an excellent review! I would definitely recommend them. Thank you. Darla Roush

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for seeing me in my time of need. Everyone was very friendly and inviting. My tooth look and feel amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Always get great service and care. Everyone in the practice is skilled, efficient, and welcoming! The relatively new primary dentist, Yesle Traband, fits right in perfectly in terms of friendliness and competence and has instituted a number of great practices. My wife and I have been getting our dental care from this practice for decades!

Experiencia fantástica: Trish did a careful and excellent job with my Zoom Whitening.

Experiencia fantástica: In late September 2025, I began dental work at Timeless Smiles on an existing tooth that was covered with a gold crown. Upon removal of the gold crown, the staff proceeded to give me the gold crown and advised me to take the crown to either a pawn or jewelry shop for gold value evaluation. At age 84, I have had my fair share of gold crown removals and this is the first time, a dental practice advised me of turning in my gold crown for cash. I truly appreciated their honesty and professionalism in dealing with me in this particular case. Also, every subsequent appointment I had was handled with the same level of care and professionalism. I highly recommend Timeless Smiles. "Well done." A keeper for sure. Marie Tucci

Experiencia fantástica: Just got two fillings done by Tina and Yesle. A great dynamic duo!

Experiencia fantástica: I was completely impressed with the skill and professionalism of the staff. They make me feel comfortable and actually care about me as a person, not just a source of income. I recommend Timeless Smiles to anyone that wants to keep their dental health and hygiene in tip top shape, 1000%.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Cohen and his team are the BEST! They have taken care of my whole family for years and we love them. My 27 year old daughter has lived in NY for years now, but still insists on coming home to see the dentist! Dr Cohen, all the hygienists, and all the staff are like family!

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic staff! Extremely friendly and very efficient. Best dental office around!

Experiencia fantástica: As usual, Dr. Kim and her team are very professional, thorough and timely. Always a pleasure.

Experiencia fantástica: I don't know if most people look forward to going to the dentist, but I genuinely do. I don't think that that speaks to anything unique about my personality so much as just how pleasant my experiences have been at Timeless Smiles. First, stepping into the office feels like stepping into a time capsule; like "Cheers," it's "where everybody knows your name." I'm not kidding that everyone who works there, from the reception desk to the exam rooms, remembers things about me from one visit to the next that I sometimes can't even recall having shared with them previously. They ask about my pets, what I thought about my favorite music artist's new album, so on and so forth. These days, how many healthcare offices have that level of charm where you feel valued as a person, not just a patient? The personalities in the office are so warm and friendly that it's hard to not be at ease while there. Beyond the positive attitudes, these people know what they're doing. They're thorough. They remember your history and what you've discussed at prior appointments. They're equipped to offer all kinds of advice and interventions, from functional to cosmetic, but they will not -- and I repeat WILL NOT -- try to push you into having work done that you do not need. I have never felt pressured, dismissed -- not for a second. At my appointments, I have only ever felt listened to, respected, and appreciated. I can't say enough positive things about this dental practice and would highly recommend Timeless Smiles to anyone. I feel so fortunate to have found them!

Experiencia fantástica: Always on time, and everyone is so pleasant, professional and skilled at what they do. It is a pleasure to be a patient here. From the front desk to the chair back to the front desk, everybody is so helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Love Dr Kim. She is very gently and precise and is guiding me through all my issues. No more pain!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Dr Cohen for over 40 years and Lynne (hygienist for about half that. Still eating steak and still smiling. Great professionals. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Yesle Kim Traband and her team at Timeless Smiles! Doctor Traband's smile is always appreciated! Tina is a great assistant with cavity repair. Just great people all around.

If going to the dentist usually makes you nervous, this is the place to go. They’ve turned something I used to dread into something I actually look forward to. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Traband is amazing! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, thorough, and friendly dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Earlier this year I changed my dental provider to Timeless Smiles, and am extremely happy I did. Dr. Yesle Kim-Traband is exceptionally knowledgeable, takes her time explaining any issues, preventive care, and treatment options. A few weeks ago, had an oddball emergency situation that needed attention. And after consulting with Dr. Yesle going through pros & cons of various options, we began treatment with implants. The process has been comfortable knowing I’m in good hands. Not only is the service and expertise top notch, everyone in their office is friendly, smiley making the whole experience as enjoyable as possible!! I highly recommend contacting Timeless Smiles to anyone searching for a dental provider. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: This practice is a perfect blend of smaller family dental care and up to date technology. Being new to the area I needed to find a local dentist and was referred here by a friend. From check in to check out I was warmly greeted and received top notch care for my often problematic teeth. Assistant Nicole was a delight to talk with and Dr Kim gave very impressive knowledge and care, and even did my cleaning. Highly recommend this practice and actually look forward to my next visit!

Experiencia fantástica: Timeless smiles is an amazing experience all the way around. The ladies are so nice and friendly and Dr. Cohen is a very cool Dude.!! I just recommended a long time friend to them and he likes it very much.!!

Experiencia fantástica: Hi, I am 61 years old and I had an issue several years ago, where I thought I was going to need an instant root canal and made an appointment with Dr. Robie who took me in that day due to the pain which was unbearable. Only after a quick examination the Dr. explained to me that this was something that was better served with another Dr. He said, not too worry and please keep in mind, that I had 2 root canals with Dr. Robie in the past and his skill and abilities were awesome. He called Dr. Cohen and he walked me upstairs to Dr. Cohen and Dr Schlesinger's office Dr. Cohen welcomed me right in and went right to work to relieve my pain. Turns out I needed implants and Dr. Cohen and his staff were willing to start the basic dental work to help alleviate my pain and decide on a game plan to fix the issues that I was having. Dr. Cohen and his staff took all the necessary films and developed a game plan. First and foremost is that Dr. Cohen' and office staff personnel are top notch and there is a continuing dental education that is second to none. This includes state of the art C-scans, X-rays and routine exams. I have recommended several friends to Dr. Cohen and Dr. Schlesinger and all have been very pleased. Also, Carecredit is also available to most patients, which allows patients to pay for the more expensive procedures with no interest. Donna and the office staff can help with this card availability. They are the best!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Cohen and his staff are the best! Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: My visit was great as always. I've been a patient for 30+ years and would never consider going to another dentist. Timeless Smiles is the best!!!

Experiencia positiva: discovered a hole in a tooth previously filled. An appointment was made in a relatively short time. upon examination by Dr Cohen, it was discovered to be not the cavity that was filled but a different one in the same tooth. Dr Cohen filled the new hole gratis.

Experiencia fantástica: My teeth are in the best care on earth with the most knowledgeable and educated staff … I owe every single tooth to Dr. Cohen and his staff. I have short roots and they have saved every one … In addition to being the best practice you could possibly go for the care of your teeth, the entire staff is kind, caring, knowledgeable, capable and up to date on equipment and all that is new in our ever changing world of technology! I feel like family as soon as I walk into the office … It is my least favorite place I want to be … But I know that as soon as I enter I am confident having chosen the best team who respect each other and me! Janice

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Cohen and his staff are amazing. I’m having quite a bit of dental work done. They finished my veneers yesterday and they are beautiful, absolutely perfect.

Experiencia fantástica: I am one of those people who are petrified of the dentist, but the entire Timeless Smiles staff is so amazing. I have been going to them for over 20 years. I particularly love Lynn and Donna! Lynn is spectacular (and is never allowed to retire!), Donna is always so helpful and caring, they both help my anxiety of being there. I got to meet one of the newer members of the team Dr Val, and she was also so patient and caring with me. They are definitely worth the commute and self pay.

Experiencia fantástica: It is always a very pleasant experience at this office. The staff is always very kind and are all very efficient. Love this place!

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment that I entered the office, I felt the friendliness that everyone shows. Even the plants are thriving and healthy, some have names, like Phillip and Peg. Dr Barry is a "SuperStar" in his field, and each of his staff, too in their supporting role is friendly, professional and engaging. They make you want to come back. I was so comfortable and cared for during what I thought would be very painful dental procedures that I could have dozed a little. Thanks Dr Barry and his Ladies at Timeless Smiles.

Experiencia fantástica: Lynn was very professional and very caring. She spoke to me about my issues. Gave suggestions how to better take care of my gums assured me that there will be an improvement and set an appointment for me for three months. Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Barry and Associates are amazing,. They gave me back my Smile that I had been missing for years very professional and caring. Highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: I really can't say enough about this entire practice. I'm so glad I made the switch as I wasn't a big fan of my previous dentist. Both the hygienists and Dr Lisa are so warm and friendly. They take the time to explain everything and really make me feel comfortable in a setting that is usually very stressful to me. Donna at the desk is so good at her job and so easy to talk to. Recently my son asked to switch from his pediatric dentist, and I took him here for the first time. He absolutely loved his visit and loved Dr Barry as well.
