All staff has been very friendly and explains things to kiddo in the appropriate way and explains everything to me in a way that works for an adult that doesn't know much about things related to the medical field. My daughter has some crowding and Dr. Heckart has a non aggressive approach to resolution instead of putting her into braces sooner than necessary. Overall, very pleased and I definitely recommend this facility to others

With not having much resources in Humboldt, I was a bit hesitant, but have only experienced the highest quality of care there. The front desk staff are exceptional and are always very welcoming and helpful. The assistants are so nice to the littles! Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this place for your child. My son is severely Autistic and can be difficult in a medical environment. Dr Heckert and the staff there, are always kind and patient. My son requires sedation for his dental needs and they offer those services right in their office. In the past, we have had to take Brennie to the hospital for an outpatient surgery. He has had a history of hospital visits for Epilepsy and it has left him phobic of these facilities. So, when we discovered Dr Heckert, we were overjoyed. The anesthesiologist that assisted Dr Heckert with Brennie’s surgery was skilled, and very attentive, as well. I highly recommend giving this practice a visit for your littles’ dental needs. You won’t be disappointed!

Even at 12 years old can’t wait to get a balloon and a duck. We have a rubber duck collection from dentist visits and they proudly display them. The staff are so kind and talk to the kids and engage with them.

Experiencia negativa: I have had too many uncomfortable interactions at this office to want to return. I have walked out of this office and cried in my car on several occasions. The staff lays on the guilt when you don’t want do what they suggest…. Then tries to make me fill out “bad parent” paperwork….. The pressure sales tactics is insane. And then bullying me into rescheduling now “or else”…….It is a huge turn off. Then comes the letter in the mail aiming to make me feel even worse about not drilling into my kids baby teeth. When you’re the only game in town, you can convince parents to spend thousands upon thousands of dollars on their kids’ baby teeth and then make them feel bad when they don’t / can’t do it.
