Hawkes Bay Dental Care

Experiencia positiva: My experience with Hawks Bay Dental was very pleasant and the dental assistant helped me understand the process with my Visalign.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience, everyone is friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Hawkes Bay is very efficient and treats patients well and efficiently.

Experiencia fantástica: The best office all around! The whole staff was amazing!!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I recently moved to The Villages and were looking for a great dentist. Hawks Bay Dental came highly recommended by one of my wife's clients, and after our experience, I can see why! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff made us feel welcome. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. The office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, making the whole experience comfortable and efficient. A special shout-out to Kimmy, who is hands down one of the best dental hygienists I've ever had. She was thorough, gentle, knowledgeable, and made my cleaning a great experience. I would strongly recommend Hawks Bay Dental to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. If you're searching for a dental office that combines outstanding service with modern technology and a caring team, this is the place. You will not be disappointed!

Experiencia positiva: Jade is excellent. Front office great. Unfortunately, the dentist left for the day and I had a sceduled appointment for 6 months. Have not seen a dentist in over a year. They are never there. Very disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Kimi is the gentle dental hygienist… wow the best visit to the dentist !

Experiencia fantástica: Kim was my dental hygienist. I like the way she explained the processes which made me feel very comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: Super nice, fast and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: All of the personnel at Hawkes Bay acted in a top professional manner. They were always so respectful to me, and that’s rare these days. I would highly recommend them to anyone (but check with your insurance first!).

Experiencia fantástica: So happy we found Hawkes Bay Dental. Great service, outstanding staff. No unnecessary uncharted so many people complain about in TV. Just quality dental services..Dr. Biniamin is a 5 star dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Caring. Kind. Thorough. Front office is fine. Disregard the negative stuff. Like all modern dentistry, they will provide you a list of every possible work you need. It's up to you to ask questions and decide what you want within your budget. Pricy. Yes.

Experiencia fantástica: Initial visit. Extensive work up and a detailed plan resulted in an unrushed environment. Staff is friendly and competent. Great communication at each step explaining the method and reason for what was being done. The physical facilities are clean and attractive and their technology is impressive. I have committed to extensive work after this visit. Overall, so far I’d rate them A to A+

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and Professional care! I'm very pleased.

Experiencia fantástica: Sydney did an excellent job cleaning my teeth

Experiencia fantástica: Office is very nice, the dentists have the latest equipment and my dental hygienist was excellent, she was gentle and always talked through what she was going to do next, Highly recommend this dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. Friendly, professional staff. I had broken an old filing & part of the affected tooth. I was able to get my scheduled teeth cleaning & a temporary crown installed during the same visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful staff, great first experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had two appointments in the last week, and the staff, dentist, hygienist and technicians are truly professionals. I highly recommend Hawkes Bay Dental to anyone residing in and around the Villages!

Experiencia fantástica: State of the art equipment and you don't even need to leave the dentist chair. Kimmie was amazing. She was very gentle and had a wonderful personality

Experiencia fantástica: Very great experience once again from all of the staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Office spotless- all staff polite, courteous, helpful - hygenist Sydney professional, informative, considerate, explained in detail every step of procedure - Dr. Bhatia pleasant, reviewed in detail results of x-rays - good report and best of all Dr. Bhatia did not try to sell me on replacing old fillings - she simply indicated they looked fine. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Bhatia and her team.

Experiencia positiva: Awesome staff. Another great visit today to Hawk bay. I had to have a crown performed as I had a crack too. The dentist was extremely caring, thorough with explaining the procedure and even let me listen to Christian music!

Experiencia fantástica: The front office staff was friendly and efficient. Even with a last appointment slot of the day I was called up on time. Sydney was a friendly, informative, respectful, efficient, caring, and excellent Hygienist. My appointment concluded before the expected time and I received a reminder for my next appointment as promised.

Experiencia negativa: $100 should include a cleaning. Too costly overall. I won’t be back. Sorry !!

Experiencia fantástica: I did not have to wait beyond my appointment time !!. All of the people working here are very nice, easy to talk with and show a genuine concern in taking care of my dental needs.

Experiencia positiva: Long time in the chair as a new patient. Would be nice to break up the initial X-ray and pictures into 1st and 2nd visits The service provide was done well and the ladies working on me talked me through everything so I was well informed. Dentist was friendly and covered issues she saw and made recommendations and those they would keep an eye on. Second visit was much faster - just a cleaning. Very professional.

Experiencia positiva: The last two times I went for my appointment, a cleaning and exam, the dentist was not there so I couldn’t get the exam. The first time, I was told that the dentist had to leave early. I can understand that difficult circumstances sometimes happen so I was disappointed, but understood. Now, five months later, when I asked about seeing the dentist at my appointment, my insurance covers two exams a year, I was told that my dentist is out on maternity leave and won’t be back until September. And the other dentist in the practice was not available. I can’t understand why I wasn’t called in order to reschedule my appointment. The staff wasn’t apologetic and acted as though it was not a big deal. I’m pretty disappointed in this practice. I also feel that they are trying to upsell me, suggesting braces for my bottom teeth that are barely crooked, and special gum cream for $120. Not too pleased!

Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday my bridge fell out and I got a call back after I had called them. Had me come in @ 3pm yesterday and accessed the area and talked with me about future dental work. Highly recommend this dental office

Experiencia fantástica: I feel so blessed to have found this dental office. Everyone is awesome, I’m so relaxed in the chair which is a miracle. They have modern equipment and technique. I had a deep cleaning and 2 crown, with no pain. I will be getting invisaligners soon. I plan to keep up with all maintenance ….

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with this dental practice . They were very thorough, professional, and personable. I was extremely impressed with everyone, front office, techs, and dentists. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit and I was very ompressed with their high level of professionalism, flexibility and promptness. They were also clear on what they were proposing to do and asked for my permission on each task rather than just assuming they could go ahead with what they wanted to do. Asking is much better than telling and assuming zbout your customer.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a cleaning and check up. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but dental hygienist Sydney was great-very gentle, calmed my nervousness, and was very professional.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an emergency situation and was not even a patient yet. They took me right away and made me very comfortable. I felt no pain during the procedure and they even gave me ice cream afterwards. They had a complete kit including meds and ice pack and a tea bag just incase I needed it. Everyone was amazing. I’m definitely making this office my new dental home.

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Appreciate the time they spend to explain procedures and treatment plan

Experiencia positiva: Love this office. Staff is always friendly and efficient. My only feedback is that the number of emails and texts that I'm sent leading up to my appointment is excessive. Two or three is fine but anything beyond that becomes an annoyance. I asked the front desk staff if so could be removed from either the email or text list and hopefully this will resolve the problem moving forward but I'm mentioning it for your other clients as I must have received at least ten emails and texts combined. This was after I confirmed my appointment

Experiencia fantástica: I was so happy with the service I got at your dental office yesterday. Your staff is so well trained, polite and did excellent work on my teeth. Thank you for everything you did

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience, everyone was very nice and compassionate. I have alot of work to be done , so it's alot to think about as far as the financial side of it, which is normal. My biggest thing was , that I did not feel judged at all, like I did at the last place I went to. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit and l was very impressed with everything. Latest equipment, staff friendly and helpful. My technician, Jade, was excellent. She made sure I was comfortable, not stressed and did a great job with my cleaning. Both jade and Dr Biniamin gave me suggestions which will help me in the future. They were great about explaining what my teeth needed and why. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service! Everyone was very professional and attentive. I am extremely happy that I found Hawkes!

Experiencia positiva: I went in due to pain and found out I had a cracked tooth which now is a temp crown and the pain has been off the chart for 3 weeks. Permanent crown coming if I can stand the pain of the process. This really hurts. Never had pain like this before and it is worse since I first went in. Praying that the permanent crown solves the issue.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is always happy and helpful. Kim is a thorough and pleasant hygienist. Great experience. Hawkes Bay Dental is a “keeper”.

Experiencia fantástica: Just started with them. Staff is very professional & kind.

Experiencia fantástica: I just had a visit at Hawkes Bay Dental Care and was seen very soon after I arrived for my appointment, on time. A dental Hygenist came to get me and started my cleaning immediately. She asked if I minded a changed in Hygenists due to scheduling changes, I told I didn't mind at all. I appreciated her telling me, but I appreciated they offered to keep my appointment and very nice about it. My cleaning and fluoride treatment went well, the dentist was notified and she didn't need to see my right away but had me scheduled for a follow up for my next cleaning and stated to call if I needed to be seen earlier. The staff at the front desk are great and friendly, they helped each other in getting me checked out and my next appointment made. I had positive experiences on all my appointments and can't be happier! Thank you to all the staff for your professional and friendly care, I feel very comfortable at my visits! Sharon Snyder

Experiencia fantástica: 3 crown and bridge turn out wonderful. Very quality dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: Today, my mouth is a total mess since moving to The Villages, Florida, five years ago. My neighbor highly recommended Hawkes Bay Dental, and he was right. I have a plan to recover from the two other dentists who put me in this embarrassing situation. Thank you, Dr. Biniamin and Dr. Bhatia, you have built an excellent team of very caring professionals. You may add my before and after photos when I am dentally sound again.

Experiencia negativa: Thank you for your referral to another dentist who was able to take the xrays and clean my wife's teeth which you were unable to do.

Experiencia fantástica: Very efficient, patient oriented. Answered all questions thoroughly. Staff is very pleasant and show concern. Price is good.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and efficient staff. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Hawkes Bay. Not just for the quality and state of the art treatment, but also for the welcoming people. Sydney is outstanding, and makes me feel very much at ease. Dr. Vit is very easy-going and great to chat with. the front office staff is also unlike the usual fuddy duddy reception staff I’ve seen elsewhere. Together, they all create a welcoming and pleasant experience. A great team who I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at Hawkes Bay Dental was very helpful and did a wonderful job getting my new partial plate!!

Experiencia negativa: Went for a cleaning. Dental hygienist spent an hour doing fancy X-rays and pictures. Dr came in to upsell on unneeded crown, sensitivity treatments and Invaslign that I never got my teeth cleaned. Appt over. I would never go back, feel like that’s on purpose so you have to go back and they’ll try to upsell more unnecessary dental treatments.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and thorough. Spending the time needed to explain what’s needed. Very happy with visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at Hawks Bay Dental is friendly and welcoming. I especially like how my comfort and peace of mind is high on the list! Every treatment is explained in detail, including pricing, so there’s no surprises.

Yadelsy, my hygienist , is very knowledgeable, sweet, and explained what she was going to do with each step of the process. Thanks. See you in 6 months. Kat

Experiencia fantástica: First time at this dentist. I’m super picky about dentist. They have high tech equipment and are very good! I would highly recommend this office. I saw Dr Bahattia and she is very good and knowledgeable! I’m hooked for sure !

Experiencia negativa: If you like being canceled last minute and then you're wife drives in for her appointment which they also canceled for no reason except for incompetence this is the place for you. Highly recommend avoiding this place!

Experiencia fantástica: I hate needles, i never felt no pain at hawkes bay, and the staff laughs at my stupid jokes. ALL AAAAAAAA's.

Experiencia fantástica: I was scared to pieces when I first arrived but was put to ease by my hygienist and my dr. Was so kind to me knowing what a nervous wreck i was. I look forward to going back.

Experiencia fantástica: I needed extensive dental work and I couldn’t have chosen a better dentist than Dr Biniamin. Everyone in her office treated me with compassion and gentle care, especially assistant, Eloisa. The digital scanning insured that everything that was done, crowns, a bridge and a one tooth denture all fit perfectly. I highly recommend Hawkes Bay Dental and Dr Biniamon.

Experiencia fantástica: This was such a wonderful experience for me. Everyone was so pleasant, happy and professional. I was not rushed through and everything was explained prior to anything being done. I had a very thorough cleaning and exam and issues identified were clearly explained and the treatment plan and cost was reviewed. There was no pressure to do anything , only sound advice given. It is a relief to find a dentist I can trust with my care

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful dental group led by two amazing g dentists. My wife uses one. Nd I the other. State of art equipment and everyone knows what they are doing. Dental hygienist ( Syndney) was wonderful. Highly recommend while practice.

Experiencia fantástica: The Technician, Jade, and the Dentist as well as the office staff were very friendly, professional, and willing to explain the process and conclusions. I checked my insurance website the morning after my appointment and found all charges for my visit were submitted as I had expected and as was explained by them. I was very happy with my first initial visit to Hawkes Bay Dental. Thank you all for helping to calm my initial anxieties as I always have when securing a new medical or dental provider.

Experiencia fantástica: We had our dentist in Ocala for many years, do to our health, we wanted to be close to home. We our very pleased with our new dentist and staff at Hawks Bay. They are very kind and take their time with their clients.

Experiencia fantástica: Always friendly, professional and accomplished... highly recommended

Experiencia fantástica: Ms. Jadely, the dental hygienist was awesome, as well as Dr. Miniamin. Everything from check-in to check-out was nicely done. Keep up the good work. Well done! Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: The Front desk staff greeted me with a friendly smile. The hygienist gave me a great cleaning. She was professional and very gentle. I would deffinately recommend this fine group.

Experiencia fantástica: Updated 2/4/25 We have been patients for over a year. Dr Biniamin is great. She's patient and caring. Her assistant Eloisa is awesome. She knows that I'm a nervous patient and is always very caring. (She should be employee of the month. Inside joke). I highly recommend Hawkes Bay to everyone who asks me who is my dentist. Only thing they could change, is to keep the front desk staff and not change it all the time. I like walking in to an office where the staff knows me and I know them. It's more inviting and family feeling. Old review :Very good experience. Both me and husband felt the office was kind and friendly. Clean, modern, and a caring staff We will staying on as patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Sometimes you just know, and I was right. Everyone at Hackes Bay Dental Care was so pleasant to work with. If I lived in The Villages I would become a regular patient at Hawkes Bay Dental Care!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent staff and great dentist!! They are up to date on all services and an absolute pleasure to have as my dentist office!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy to find this dental practice. From the minute I walked in for my first appointment the front staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The dental hygienists were absolutely the best. Visiting with the Dr. was great and she eased my concern about any future issues.

Experiencia fantástica: I"d like to say that Hawkes Bay Dental has the most courteous and professional staff I ever had working on my teeth. Verna Biniamin helped me with my problem crown. She and her assistant did such a good job I would recommend them to anyone that needs a dentist. Even the front desk helped me with getting a better price through my insurance. Even if you are scared of the dentist, they will make you comfortable Top notch care. Five stars,***** P.S. They use all modern equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: Brenda did an outstanding cleaning. Enjoyed her professional demeanor. Thanks. Hopefully my next appt will be when she is working ❤️❤️❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place great staff friendly and the latest equipment. Needed a crown and the whole process went extremely well

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Biniamin is outstanding, professional, and caring You have the most Fantastic staff, thank you all for making me feel comfortable!

Experiencia negativa: The dentist I saw was a young girl who looked like she was fresh out of Dental school, and she was more interested in up Selling me orthodontics and veneers, then addressing an abscessed tooth. And the tooth she said I had a problem with wasn’t even the correct tooth, after I went to another dentist. It was four teeth over from what she said. And she even said the x-ray didn’t identify anything, but she wanted me to go to an endodontist to get a root canal, which would’ve been on the wrong tooth!

Experiencia fantástica: The front office staff was kind and friendly. The dental hygenist was kind, gentle, and made us aware of each step of the appointment. Both the hygenist and dentist took the time to answer all our questions. We are so thankful we found this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Great establishment for your dental desires. Courteous, knowledge staff. Doctors who take time and explain your treatment options.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in for a cleaning and as whenever I come into Hawkes Bay I’m always very happy. The dental hygienist was lovely. First thing they always do is take my blood pressure. Which is always good but something that never happened before. I started using Hawkes Bay. She explained everything she was going to do. I like to know beforehand. I have been going to Hawkes Bay for over a year. From the front desk where every person is friendly then the dental hygienist to the great dentists. The best Dentist office I’ve been to,

Experiencia fantástica: I find Hawkes Dental very professional, they listen, they explain, and make sure you understand ....The front desk takes care of all your insurance issues. I would highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent staff. No waiting. When my appointment time came, so did the hygienist.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very happy with Hawkes Bay. Dental. My hygienist was excellent. The treatment/billing seems fair. The staff is pleasant, respectful and well trained.

Experiencia fantástica: Sidney was very sweet and kind. I feel she did an excellent job.

Experiencia fantástica: The hygienist was friendly and gentle. The dentist also was very nice. No complaints at all.
