Dental Arts of Tellico Village

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and pleasant. Best dentist and hygienist ever.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Angie performed the most thorough exam I have ever had. This is saying a lot, since I come from a family of great dental hygienists. She took extra time to explain what was going on tooth by tooth.

Experiencia fantástica: I really like the dental care and all of the staff. They are proactive with their care and accept the Medicare Advantage dental insurance.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasure. Courteous staff - no wait appointment times.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never had a more "pleasant experience" at a dentist's office yesterday. Thank you. I appreciated the time and effort Sherrie, and Amy and of course Dr. Burns - I learned so much and she may have provided the motivation to figure out how I will use my electric toothbrush, etc.; I really appreciated all the explanations - in 67 years, this has NEVER been done. Again, Thank You. Again thank you for all your support and encouragement, and as a new resident to TN, much appreciated. Bill

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have been a patient with Dental Arts for 15 years. We have enjoyed the friendly professionalism they provide. Dental Arts is so clean and friendly. Any question I was concerned with the staff took care of immediately. Most of there staff have been there for years. That tells you a whole lot about the office environment and the real patient experience. My only suggestion if they wear name tags. Love to be able to address them by name. My brain is helped by a visual. . Don’t miss the opportunity to be served by this team! We hope to enjoy them for years to come.

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks so much for your service yesterday. Everyone was so attentive. I

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic first time visit. I am terrified the Dentist and from the moment I walked through the front door I felt so welcomed. Such a great place.

Experiencia fantástica: Most people dislike going to the dentist. When going to Dental Arts of TV, they make you feel very comfortable and you feel like you are apart of their family. The staff is fantastic and Dr.Angie is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Fabulous, as always. Dr. Angie, you are the best dentist I have ever had. Honest, thorough, explain everything, and best of all, you treat me like family. Katie is such a personable hygienist. Pat and Evonne are friendly, kind and helpful. People complain that dentists are ripping people off doing things they don't have to do. I do not believe that. Everything Dr. Angie has ever predicted about my teeth has come true - she KNOWS!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Burns did a procedure that 2 Californian doctors were scared to do, The whole staff is excellent, By far the most professional I have ever experienced. Thank you John Hammond

Experiencia negativa: I had a very bad experience getting my teeth cleaned. I was called that morning to have a cleaning done because they had a cancellation. When they called I had just gotten up. I have several health issues and a severely compromised immune system. That day I had oral sores on my inner lip and cheeks . I stated that I didn’t want ex-rays done. The thought of shoving cardboard in addition to regular cleaning was a step I didn’t want to take. The hygienist was very rude telling me they wouldn’t clean my teeth unless I had ex-rays. The dentists decided to proceed but I was informed that I couldn’t return for treatment unless I booked a separate appointment for ex-rays first. It would have been so much easier to show some compassion and agree that on my next appointment I would get the ex-rays done . Clearly this practice is more concerned about getting money from their patients than making accommodations for their health needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Always friendly and caring. A real "family" dentistry. Between Dr John and Dr Angie, they have taken care of our dental needs for almost 14 years. They are family, the staff is very courteous and caring.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff at Dental Arts of Tellico Village was amazing. My 92 year-old mother was having a pain in her tooth and they worked her in the very next day. The dental assistant was so kind and patient while treating my elderly mother. Dr. Burns was above amazing and took such good care of her. The charges were reasonable, and the climate of this office was very professional and compassionate. It is clear to me why they are very well loved in this community. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had my first visit to Dental Arts. As you will see, my remarks will be very positive. The first thing I noticed was that I had a minimum wait time. Most folks can tell you stories of going to a doctor or dentist and waiting forever to be seen. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The dentist was very professional and took the time to review my situation and what lay ahead for me. Even though I have issues that will take time to resolve, I feel that i am in good hands.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my teeth cleaned today at Dr. Burns's office. The technician was extremely gentle and had x-rays taken as well. No problem there either in years past with other dentists my teeth always hurt the day after having them cleaned not so with Dr. Angie's office I'm not a good dental patient, but today's visit was pleasant

Experiencia positiva: Suzy is the best -- quick, thorough and so pleasant. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Experiencia fantástica: My first experience was awe inspiring! The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and made you feel at home and comfortable. The dentist was amazing. I have never had a full teeth inspection and a full explanation of what is going on, what we'll watch for and what should be done in the future. The time spent was so worthwhile. She's friendly and you feel at home. My husband is going in soon. I can not say enough good things. Thank you! Patty

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient at Dental Arts for 12 years and have always been well impressed with every aspect of my experience.
