On May 29, 2026 I broke a front tooth and Dr. Ocharoen and her amazing staff somehow found me an opening in the schedule and saw me the same day. They worked a miracle with the lab so I could get a tooth attached to my bridge in the shortest possible time and go on vacation. I have consulted to Fortune 500 companies for 30 years, often in the areas of client and customer service. Dr. Ocharoen, her mother and her staff are the most amazing client service oriented professionals I have ever encountered anywhere.

The staff of Sirinity Smiles are always friendly, accommodating, and willing to work around your schedule. The Florham Park office does not have that clinical look or feel.I would recommend Sirinity Smiles to anyone who doesn't like visiting the dentist or to someone looking for one.

Experiencia fantástica: The cost of Invisalign here was less than any other quote I have received. I paid for mine with some FSA money, and split the rest with my credit card and some savings. They do adjustments all in the same cost. There is an additional fee for retainers at the end, but because it’s later, and you know it’s coming you might be able to save or use up more FSA. They work fast, and maintain quality. The price has been the thing stopping me from doing this in the past, and now that it’s done, I’m very happy I did it. I tried other companies to align my teeth and my doctors were concerned. I spent about the same price back then for mediocre results. Sirinity Smiles gave me the results I was hoping for!

Even though the office was busy, they were ready for me. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. My x-rays were done quickly and my cleaning was thorough and painless. Dr. Ocharoen's examination was thorough too and did not disclose any problems. I was in and out in no time. I am confident I will get the same great care when I return in 6 months.

Though it was a non-invasive i was a bit anxious. She picked up on that immediately and execute her expertise which eased my anxiety quite a bit. DR. O staff is top tier. I don't remember my assistants name but kudos to her!! She's immaculate!

Experiencia fantástica: I was extremely impressed with Dr. O and her staff- Affie who took care of my wife’s dental cleaning and checking today. My wife has a rare case of dementia -FTD so she is not like a typical patient. The amount of personal care and attentive to details of not letting my wife having any excessive amount of water in the mouth while water picking and cleaning her teeth was incredible; she didnt cough once! When we walked in to the office we even heard my wife’s most favorite song Earth to God from John Rich; I asked Aggie how did you guys know about this song and she said we kept playing this song last few visits out of my wife’s phone so she figure it better to just had that on the TV! So so considerate! The staff in the front all have a great smile and really friendly! The parking for handicapped person is very easy and the bathroom facility is very clean and easy to maneuvering with wheelchair. I strongly recommend Dr O to you when you are looking for a competent dentist and compassionate of helping patients, and especially if you have any special needs in your physical condition. Also notes that they just moved to a new location a few doors closer to the elevator. The new space isn’t comfortable, very spacing most importantly it is just very easy in and out.

X-rays are quick and the rounded corners on the digital targets don't hurt when you bite down. Cleanings are not fun but Sirinity makes them a manageable experience.

And you’re also correct, the Groupon did state the terms and conditions which were as follows: “ What we offer This offer includes a comprehensive Invisalign treatment featuring clear aligners for discreet teeth straightening. The package comes complete with an initial consultation, exam, photos, x-rays, and digital scan for accurate assessment without impressions. Please note that post-treatment retainers are not part of this package. $4000 off Comprehensive INVISALIGN Treatment: Experience advanced orthodontic care with significant savings” Nowhere did it state that the client would have to pay out of pocket. Furthermore when I read the terms to the manager she said she doesn’t care what Groupon says so it’s odd that you’re encouraging me to refer to it now. ———————— I got a Groupon that specified that it was a comprehensive Groupon that included everything from consultation to the Invisalign. When I called to make an appointment the receptionist was very kind but told me I had to pay $3,500 prior to my treatment. When I told her I got a Groupon she connected me to a manager who was so condescending and rude. She said that what I paid on Groupon had “nothing to do” with them and the treatment is usually $7,000 so it’s just a discount. That I would have to pay $3,500 or get a refund. She said that the Groupon doesn’t include the actual treatment which is weird because $80 for just a consultation seems very excessive. When I read to her the Groupon and what it says it includes, she responded with “I don’t care what Groupon says. Either pay or get your refund.” Also, I went to the orthodontist who said that prices depend on how severe the teeth are, but I was quoted at $3,000 at the ortho. For them to charge such an elevated price and say that the Groupon is only a discount applied towards inflated price only for you to end up paying market value and claim it’s a discount is wild and honestly a little scammy. I would never trust these people with my teeth if this is how they treat people before even walking through the door.

One of her well trained hygienists performed my 6-month cleaning and even provided additional home dental care tips. After the visit, Dr. Ocharoen stopped into to check on me. She always has a positive and energetic disposition. We discussed the possibility of either an Invisalign retainer or a 4-6 month program. We'll follow up next week for me to make my decision. The new office looks amazing and it's so inviting. I really could not be more happy with the dental care and service I receive at Sirinity Smiles.

Experiencia negativa: My family went to this dentist because our current one closed his office. None of us felt comfortable with the doctor. Upon first meeting, the dentist immediately tried to sell me cosmetic procedures. I have no issue with upselling, but not within 5 minutes of meeting. Build some trust, first. We all went in for standard cleanings but I seemed to have gotten an extra procedures that was an additional cost. Not sure why. Regardless, I'm sure this dentist is good for some, but we will not be going back.

Experiencia negativa: I had a bad experience at this dentist’s office. I was told over the phone that the total cost for Invisalign would be $3475 but informed of an additional $700 charge for retainers upon arrival. I was asked to sign a contract and pay in full right away but politely requested to briefly see the dentist in person to make sure it was the right treatment before doing so since I had an appointment. Instead, I was directed to her mother who is apparently the office manager. The mother acted hostilely and unprofessional toward me despite my knowing her and the dentist previously and eating in their family restaurant a number of times over about 20 years. She told me I could not see the doctor at all and basically had to pay in full or leave. She seemed to think she was the best determiner of my teeth’s condition despite having no dental training herself that I know of. I always thought this dentist was a wonderful person; it's not right that she is allowing her mother to treat people this way.

Experiencia negativa: My entire family had been going to this dental office for years. I would like to first start by saying Dr O is an absolutely amazing dentist and a lovely person. The office manager who is Dr O's mother is going to ruin the business for her. She is absolutely not professional at all and does not know how to run an office correctly. She is pushy and nosey and does not have any compassion for Dr O's patients. My mom had to cancel an appointment due to her testing positive for covid the day before her appointment and when the receptionist called the day before the appointment and my mom informed her about her positive test she told my mom that she would take care of it. Fast forward I called today to reschedule that appointment for her and I was told she had to pay a cancellation fee because of that appointment. I explained she had covid and after going back and forth with the receptionist she informed me that the office manger aka Dr O's mother said that my mother still needed to pay the fee and that if she did not like it she could leave the office. I asked the receptionist if we could bring proof that she had covid and she said the office manger said that it was too late to show the proof because it was an appointment that had gone to waste because my mom did not show up. I appreciate how the receptionist was trying to help but unfortunately I will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone. Again Dr O is completely amazing and it sad that she will lose business due to such a poor office manager.
