Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Lopez is one of the best dentist I have ever encountered. He not only cares about your teeth, he cares about you as a person. I struggled with Dentist anxiety and he always made sure I felt calm and safe. He is one of the best, I have recently moved and was traveling from 2 hrs away just to see him. Very sad I can no longer accommodate the travel but, will always remember the amazing staff at Dental Health Solutions.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a loose tooth. That needed to be extracted. I called at 10:30 in the morning, they made an appointment at 1 the tooth was pulled I was home at 2. An excellent experience from beginning to end. Excellent doctor and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: This is mid June 2022 and I am a 80 yo ex Marine Vietnam vet of 1966 and still as tough with good health but needing much dental work ! I found this is a very impressive place with the most up to date technological equipment in a new modern office building ! The staff are so pleasant with a young , Dr Yuan Lopez being so very knowledgeable and so interested in doing the best that he can do for my particular dental needs and he took the time to go over all the options I have available for me to allow me to decide what I would like to have done with approximate costs considered ! I was given the time to think over the options and he will contact me in a week or so to find out my decision as to how I would want to proceed !

Experiencia fantástica: There aren't enough words for me to describe how much I recommend Dental Health Solutions. Dr. Serrano, Dr. Lopez, and the entire staff are excellent. If you have children, bring them here for dentistry. The staffs interaction with children put them completely at ease, to the point where my children have looked forward to going to the dentist! (What child at 7-10 *wants* to go to the dentist?!?!?!?!?!!). The entire staff are consummate professionals all around, they listen to their patients, and are excellent with children.

The process was much longer and involved more than my first lost crown but Dr. Lopez went the extra mile and took the time to make sure this crown will stay in place. He is also so attentive to my comfort levels...always asking if I am ok during the process. The personal attention I receive while in the chair....and dealing with any of his staff always makes me feel great. Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend Dental Health Solutions to anyone. Dr. Lopez and Dr. Serrano are professionals with a kindness you don't usually experience with Dentists. The building is gorgeous and the whole staff is top-notch. They make you feel like family. My last visit was an emergency during the covid 19 quarantine. I had my temperature checked as I entered the building, used sanitizer and rinsed my mouth with peroxide . They did everything they could for both our safety . If you need a dentist you'll never regret this experience.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Lopez is a gentle caring dentist. However I feel there has been a lack of communication on details from the start. It wasn’t until after the appointment to have some cavities filled that they mentioned I could of either had silver or composite fillings. Barb kept telling me they do what’s the right treatment for the patient. Personally I feel like that’s up to the patient to decide what happens inside his or her mouth. Needless to say I don’t think they personally care it’s kind of just take a number. This is mine and my wife’s personal experience but I am happy some people have had good luck. I like knowing all my options and all my choices and being as educated as I can on topics especially ones that involve me being poked and prodded. I felt that communication was limited until they hit me with a bill at the end and then tell me I had other options. Unfortunately that appears to be the way the world works these days... as long as they got your money they don’t care. Thank you wish you were that ambitious from the start! Just be sure to ask all your questions, don’t expect them to go out of their way. What should have been a covered cavity filling under my insurance ended up costing me. Don’t make the mistake I did and trust them to look out for you. Know your insurance and make sure you’re not getting charged for things that have a free alternative! I have horrible anxiety with dentists but this practice has helped me with dealing with that fear. My kids also absolutely love it here! Recently I was even told my insurance was no longer going to be accepted here but I was just going to deal with it because that’s how comfortable I am coming here. Luckily that was fixed though :) HIGHLY recommend for all ages!!

When one of my children had an issue during COVID quarantine we talked to Dr. Lopez over the phone he assessed the situation figured out the best action to take and we were confident in his decision. My child got all better. Then when phases started to open up we received a call 1st thing to get my child in to be looked at and follow up on their care.
