Experiencia negativa: I would give them zero Stars I had to come in to do an extraction so it won't get infected and me possibly die claims that they take my insurance but then try to charge me for the extraction because the doctor was out of Network. Never was told that they were out of network. The first time I went in and I was supposed to get a check up and a cleaning they charged my insurance for that when they didn't even give me a cleaning. Told me that they won't even touch my teeth until I get a deep cleaning. SMH

Experiencia negativa: I saw these guys several years back and the dentist refused to extract a tooth upon request and would only do a root canal. Doctors who don't like being told what to do are off my list and it should patient choice with options recommended. Not this do as i say or you're wrong and I'm always right god complex. I've had root canals done before that leave you in all kinds of pain and dentists like this be implying that's impossible. I think i would i know my own body and what it's sensitive to. You come into the picture for a few minutes and act as if all knowing and it's like all the rest? Ergo proctor much? Root canals have complications all the time. Also, one of their hygienist was lecturing me about drinking soda and i hadn't touched it in over ten years. As if soda is the only thing that cause marks you're seeing? Try educating yourself instead of relying on misguided nonsense. I never even met this woman before and she's literally speaking at me like a nagging wife in a bad marriage.

Experiencia negativa: Per my email… I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent appointment. I have been a patient at ForwardDental for over 25 years and have seen the same hygienist for over 20 of those years. I drive over an hour for my appointments specifically to see my hygienist, yet I was not informed ahead of time that she had left or that I would be seeing someone new. Even upon checking in, no mention was made of the change. It is disappointing that the responsibility of informing patients is left to the new hygienists during the appointment itself. While I am flexible regarding which dentist performs my final check, my routine cleanings are scheduled specifically to maintain continuity with my hygienist. This experience has made me feel that my long-term loyalty as a patient is not appreciated. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and improve your communication process for patient appointments in the future.

Experiencia positiva: Same concern about your facility conditions as prior years. We have been steady customers of yours for decades. We have had many different dentists rotate through without many concerns with our teeth. This time, however, we had another new dentist and low and behold, he wanted to do two new crowns on me and two new crowns on my wife (he later said she didn't need one on a baby tooth she still has). All the crown recommendations we due to very large fillings which have been there for years. I have little faith in the credibility of this dentist as it appears that his recommendations may be revenue/profit based.

Experiencia fantástica: Everybody at that practice are amazing. I had a lot of damage. A bridge broke that was supposed to be a permanent bridge. Snapped in half. I almost choked on it with a severe infection underneath. Wasn’t for Dr. Amon and his staff There was a very good chance I would ended up in the hospital within hours or a day. They are an amazingly, trained professional group . I would recommend them to anybody that does not enjoy going to the dentist. They make it a very good experience and get the job done.

Experiencia negativa: Second visit and am not satisfied with the cleaning service. Several stretches and cut on the gum and they swell more than the normal post cleaning feeling. I had to change different dentist due to the insurance and I miss my old dentist service.

I started in Madison and moved to Janesville and was able to continue with the same company. There are never any surprises or extra costs tacked onto your bill. I don't mind going to the dentist here.

(My last Dentist would at 7 or 8 min).So as I was checking in, I thanked the receptionist for not canceling my appointment. You said everything was covered by you. Dr Park is already up to $311 and they still need to get in touch with my insurance. Why was I sent to doctor Park?

Experiencia positiva: Susan, the hygienist, was thorough and friendly. The front desk staff wasn't very welcoming, they were slow, and I had to sit and wait 25 minutes before my appointment began.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff at this office are exceptional in my experience. I called this morning with nerve pain issues and they were able to get me in less than an hour later. Within two minutes of walking in I was brought back and xrays were being taken. They got me fixed up in less time than I spent commuting there and back. The dentist told me his recommendations, including conservative treatment; and the financial representative is going to work with my coverage sources to tell me up front what my out-of-pocket costs will be. I am very happy with this dental office. Just had my 2nd appointment at Foreward Dental. Again, my cleaning was thorough, and my hygienist informative and caring. The dentist reviewed my xrays with me, and outlined a treatment plan going forward. I continue to be 100% happy with my Dental care here! With very little notice, thus clinic was able to see me for a pre-op clearance exam and x-rays. They couldn't have been nicer. A+ all around!
