I scheduled an appointment with him and his team to have two teeth extracted and replaced with two implants, I was a bit nervous about the procedure because I had not had the best experience in the past. He assured me that everything was going to be fine and that I would not have any pain during the procedure and boy was he right. The procedure went so well front the time I sat in the chair till the time it was complete, NOT even the anesthesia shots that he gave me were painful. He and his staff were very informative about what to expect and constantly check to see how I was feeling during the procedure. They were super kind and very helpful. He and his staff are highly recommended.

Of course, I am in the healing process as of now but everything has just been great since the minute I walked in through these doors in November. The staff are amazing in both offices. Very friendly and helpful and willing to answer any questions at any time. Dr. Mojan is awesome!!! He was so quick with the surgery and really cared about how comfortable I was. A staff member named Gilbert in the Pleasanton office adjusted my temporary teeth with such patience and expertise. He was very courteous and caring. I simply just can't say enough good things about the people at Elite Dental.

Experiencia negativa: Waited 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. Staff could not give an accurate answer to how much longer it would take to be seen ("hopefully soon"). Waiting room is full of people. They overbook and make people wait for an available room. They do not value patient's time.They act like this is normal.

I didn't had pain at all, Dr Moham explain everything in the whole process. The staff is very professional and polite. I recommend Dr Mohan with my eyes close.

Experiencia negativa: My children (5yo) were seen by Dr Veena and she did a great job! Super quick and thorough cleaning. Her assistant doing the x-rays was unable to get the rear set for one of my kids (her mouth isn't quite big enough) and was very calm about saying we could try next time, no pressure. Dr Veena also answered all their questions about what she was doing and why. I was told she's very good with kids and it's true! I had to come back and edit my review after my own experience- I had to wait over an hour for an appointment due to them being short-staffed and ended up walking out without a cleaning bc after 2 hours I only had my x-rays done. And then when I tried to reschedule to clean, it appears they already billed my insurance so I'd have to pay out of pocket for the actual cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: On May 15, a superb dentist put 6 implants on the top jaw, removed 6 teeth from the lower jaw, and inserted 6 implants to the lower jaw. There is still some swelling after 27 hours. There is slight pain in the whole mouth, but it has not necessitated subscription pain killer. Heavy diet restrictions for 2 weeks. I have been given 2 sets of dentures. After 3 to 5 months, when the Titanium implants have been fused to the jaw, I'll get the Zirconia prosthetics. I can't wait for them. I'll be able to eat practically anything without loss of taste or biting power.

Experiencia negativa: This is about my third time at this place. The first visit was actually pleasant, maybe because I was a new patient so everyone made me feel welcome. This last visit I had, I had to wait an hour in the room rather than just in the waiting room which would have been a little more comfortable. By the time he came in, he rushed through out the whole cleaning, maybe was upset that I declined to have fluoride and other chemicals for my teeth which is extra out of pocket that insurance doesn’t cover. He didn’t have an assistant so water was sprayed all over my face and by the time he was done, no goodbye or anything. Just told the staff to schedule my next appointment and left the room. Very rude and horrible experience. Might have to try the visit with his wife the next time and see how that goes or just try somewhere else.

There was a little swelling the day after, but I have only taken one ibuprofen and swelling is expected. The use of ice helps tremendously. Their post-op instructions are easy to follow. There is no fear coming to the dentist anymore. I felt anxious on surgery day, but their amazing staff and Dr. Mohan have a way of putting you at ease. This is the only dental office I ever want to go to. Monica will go above and beyond to help with financing options. I am so grateful for her and to everyone here to make this possible for me. After visiting multiple dentist I was ready to give up hope of getting my teeth fixed. If it wasn't for my tooth chipping I would of never found dr mohan. He recommended for me to get some implants. He said he could help. Dr mohan gave me a fair price. I was excited and looking forward to my new smile. The implant surgery was super fast and I had no pain whatsoever during and afterwards. I was expecting to be in tremendous pain afterwards but I wasn't at all. The whole staff is amazing and made me feel like I was at home. Fast forwarding 3 months later today I got my new smile. I am so happy with the results. I can finally smile after 25 years. I would highly highly recommend dr mohan and elite dental.

I even had dentures made and they look amazing I have my smile back.
