Stonebridge Dental Associates

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Stonebridge Dental Associates for all your dental needs. They are patient, gentle, and very thorough. Truly one of the best dental practices around!

Experiencia fantástica: Patricia and Dr Capel were great, as usual! Always leave with clean teeth and a big smile! I know I’m in good hands when I visit and it’s also entertaining!

Experiencia negativa: Please reconsider going here! We have been here with Stonebridge since the 90s with Dr. Coates. We were treated like family when he was there. Since he retired, and the previous staff has left, we have found the new staff to be cold and unprofessional in the way they talk and treated us, When we were there last my wife was given an appointment card for Mar 24th at 3 PM. Without consulting with us they changed her appointment time to 2 which we didn't realize until they sent an email 2 hrs. before on the day of the appointment. My wife called to find out what happened and pam got snooty with her saying that they have it down for 2. After we rushed to get there we showed them the appointment card and they didn't care or apologize for changing the time just giving the excuse that they lost a Dr. and hygienist. As it is my wife had a filling done by them 3 weeks ago, and the tooth is still throbbing. They are not competent to do business with the public.

Experiencia negativa: If someone comes in to pay a bill. They tell you to have a great day and y'all don't even respond and just ignore someone. That's rude. I felt very unvalued as a customer.on my way home I was thinking , wow I've spent a few thousand dollars here. I think I'm going to look for a different dentist, it's the little things like that. And my last appointment wast getting a crown put on, your helper was not gentle at all.

Experiencia fantástica: Brittany just cleaned my teeth and did an excellent job. She’s so friendly and professional. She made sure not to hurt me and was very considerate. I highly recommend Stonebridge Dental. Make sure to book your cleanings with Brittany!

Experiencia fantástica: Loved having a one stop shop for the whole family. Friendly staff, warm environment.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely loved my experience at Stonebridge. Sam is the sweetest, most gentle dental hygienist and Dr. Capel is Wonderful all around. I would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Going to miss Kerrie, she does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth.

Experiencia negativa: Do not go to this dentist Rude and Angry. Save your money and go somewhere else Where you and your money will be respected

Experiencia fantástica: I was in need of a new dental office after my insurance got changed and Stonebridge Dental got me in quickly and everyone from the staff at the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist were absolutely wonderful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: They are super nice and positive! I’ve never had a bad experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff ,concerned about there patients ,prices are reasonable ,they make sure they file insurance and give proper pricing

Experiencia fantástica: Recently moved to the area so I was a new patient. They were very thorough and are using the latest diagnostic methods. Update: 04/28/2025 - they are amazing. They found some issues my previous dentist missed. They corrected them saving me from time, money and pain.

Experiencia fantástica: nice employees very kind and caring

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and extremely gentle!

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great visit. The staff is amazingly efficient and always professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Having my teeth cleaning by Karisa was great! From start till finish I did not experience any discomfort. I am grateful to have her as my Dental Hygenist .

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here are great! They make me feel so comfortable, that my nerves don't get out of control!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough great things Stonebridge Dental Office! Samantha is an incredible dental hygienist—she’s thorough, gentle, and always makes sure I’m comfortable. Dr. Bisset is an awesome dentist who takes the time to explain everything and ensures the best care. The whole team is professional, friendly, and truly makes going to the dentist a great experience. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Was judged harshly for being a recovered addict. treated as though I was lying and refused care.after being upfront from the beginning about my past and requesting Tylenol as my prescription option. and being unable to eat for three days. i'd give zero stars if it was an option.i don't suggest disclosing private personal info at this location.with my tooth throbbing I was given a referral for an "Accessment" in another five full days. The staff up front and assistants were very nice, but things got extremely cold as soon as the doctor set foot in the exam room

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in the office was friendly. My hygienist was thorough, and explained what she was doing, and what she was finding. The doctor was encouraging in the findings. In all I am very glad I found them.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff and convenient . Would certainly highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Great first appointment. Very nice and professional staff. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Stonebridge Dental and glad so many recommended it to me!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental office! Dentist & ALL staff professional, efficient, and great. Very pretty office.

Experiencia negativa: Never got to see the dentist. The front desk is not veteran friendly. Refuse to accept any responsibility for the lack of communication and then becomemake it seem as if it is your fault. Front desk personnel need to realize that they are here for the patient and not the other way around. If you are a veteran, I would tell the VA to send you to a different office.

Experiencia fantástica: Been a patient for 28 years and hope for at least a few decades more! Always professional, helpful and friendly, thorough exams, mindful of costs. It’s a no-brainer choosing this dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my bi-annual visit at Stonebridge Dental yesterday and I am SO GLAD I found them! Every single team member was kind, the environment calming, and overall it was a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first time going to this dentist office, I tell you one thing the staff are wonderful, great service..

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. My dental hygienist Sam is great!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. They take great care of my dental needs. The staff is friendly, caring and professional.

Experiencia negativa: bad business wife paid a balance that was apparently owed that a bill was never given to , then had service to only be told then would not fix the issue that happened with a tooth or see her again paid them and , they were not even interested in getting insurance information or anything is this how your gonna treat your patients now. what happened to this place it used to be the absolute best when i was a child. Already in the process of reporting to the BBB.

Experiencia fantástica: First time going to Stonebridge and it was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent professional staff and state of the art technology. Very impressed & would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient in this practice for 25 years. I was terrified of the dentist due to a childhood experience...true phobia. They have always been so great. Kerrie is my hygenist and she is so wonderful. Always patient and very thorough. There have been lots of changes since my first appointment and Dr. Coates has retired, but I love Dr. Bisset. Highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Super attentive and nice. I’ve always been very nervous about the dentist but everyone made me feel welcomed and were very informative and friendly. Already can’t wait for my next cleaning!

Experiencia fantástica: First visit to Stonebridge Dental Associates was a great experience. I was in need of a new dentist and I'm glad I made the decision to call this dental business. First, the dental assistant took about 20 x-rays of my whole mouth. Very convincing that I was receiving a thorough dental check-up. Then, Dr. Bissette came in and viewed my x-rays and shared all of the existing and potential issues with me. She made decisions based on my best interest, taking into account what I wanted. This approach helped me to feel involved with my own treatment instead of just being told this is what we are going to do. I felt very comfortable and appreciated by all associates. The building and office were inviting and clean. They used cautious measures to not only slow the spread of COVID-19, but to help eliminate it. I highly recommend Stonebridge Dental Associates for your dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Stonebridge made us feel welcome in our first visit, front office where super nice, Stacey made sure our transfer from overseas was smooth. I highly recommend this family dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: From the front desk to the people working on you in the back, first rate. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience...... Even though I had been out of country and hadn't been seen in quite a few years; they took good care of me.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent and caring staff, Great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Dental has always been a stressful time for me. Emotionally. I was not feeling like getting dental work today. The staff picked up on it and as I unload my roller coaster ride in life. Dr. Coates and his staff allowed me to express my feelings. Just that moment of listening made me feel more comfortable which was enough for them to do their job. They were very thorough but quick; just like I like it. I know I have more to do and I can't see anyone else but Dr. Coates and his staff handling my dental needs. I feel good knowing that I am being treated by professionals that really care about me and my dental health which bring a smile to my face :) I appreciate Stonebridge Dental staff. They know what providing "Outstanding Customer Services" truly means.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve never had any dental facility so adept at working with insurance companies to get the best out of the coverage. Thank You Thank You Kerry!

Experiencia fantástica: My faith is restored in Dentistry! I wasn’t look for a miracle just help in maintaining the teeth I have. One of the best recommendation I‘ve received . Experiencia fantástica: Kerrie is the best! Love Stonebridge! The staff is professional and make you feel comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient for a long time and everyone is so friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: Best crew ever for the last 25 years!

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t usually review unless they’re completely trash or great. Luckily this is a great one! The staff is so friendly and so patient. I kept getting appointments mixed up and either missing completely or like today I came late. It’s completely unacceptable to me, to waste a professionals time like that due to a lack of responsibility. Unfortunately I was that person. Yet the staff treated me so nice and acted as if it was no big deal. Though it very much is. They’ve even been so kind to take extra steps with me such as, emails, extra texts to remind me of my appointment etc. I hate that I did that to them but I am so thankful that they are such amazing people and staff. Their work is also quick and quality. Two of my favorite. I always have a good laugh and a smile on my face. I would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome team.. very professional, and caring I highly recommend Stonebridge plaza Dental clinic to everyone thank you all ..

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first post-military retirement dental appointment at Stonebridge Dental today. The office is very clean and presentable. The receptionist was a very sweet, welcoming lady. My dental assistant was Carissa, who treated me genuine care from start to finish. The technology used during the appointment is state of the art. All in all, this is the best dental experience that I have had. I highly recommend Stonebridge Dental for your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: The experience was amazing. The atmosphere felt like the associates enjoyed what they do and wanted to be there. I wasn't made to feel like I had neglected my oral care, they simply told me what they saw and what the cause was and what they can do about it. Definitely recommended

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Bissette has continued the excellent care I received from Dr. Coates for 20 years. Lately, Stonebridge Dental Associates has been tirelessly and patiently wading through the maze of VA benefits on my behalf. Good people doing a very good job!

Experiencia fantástica: Greatest staff, no long waits, no pain!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is very polite and professional. I was a new patient and they explained everything very clearly to me so I knew what they were doing and why they were recommending the services they were recommending. I have been very pleased overall with everything at this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Always have a good experience when I go to Stonebridge dental. Everyone is so friendly and nice and professional, too!

Experiencia fantástica: My first time there and I absolutely loved them. Felt so welcomed and so cared for !

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff, appointment was actually at the scheduled time. I would definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this dentist office since I was a little boy and even though Dr coates is no longer the owner years later his office now owned by a colleague it is still the best dentist office around and I have been to a few of the other ones around but nothing compares to how the work is done and the care and expertise is top notch .I remember not wanting the shots to numb my mouth and once I went there and Everytime after it never hurt at all they are so good at make no you comfortable .and I went there today and still is the same practice where it was comfortable and no pain at all .they really are that good .and great people working there as well everyone remembers your name and isn't there just for the money

Experiencia fantástica: Kerri was great. After having dental trauma and being nervous for the dentist, she made it a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I walked inside the building, I was treated with kindness and respect by the front desk personnel. The hygienist and the doctor were knowledgeable and friendly. Then again on the way out the door there was nothing but smiles and friendly interaction with an expedited checkout. This was the absolute best experience in a dentist office I’ve ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding, Great bedside manner...AWESOME.

Experiencia fantástica: Was seen by 2 great dental hygienists but Dr. Kam is honestly the best! She’s an honest provider. For more context, I was seen at another local dentist and they wanted to complete 2 fillings. Due to insurance issues I had to switch to another dentist and when Dr. Kam saw the x-rays from the other dental office, she said the concerned areas had not changed. So long story short, had I stayed with the previous office, they would have done unnecessary work that wasn’t needed. Dr. Kam is the real MVP! Also, I’ve never been to a dentist that has such updated technology! They even take professional pictures of your teeth! If you’re looking for a great office, I totally recommend Dr. Kam and her team.

Experiencia fantástica: Fast politeness and knowledgeable service. Great doctors and assistants all the way through receptionists. Great bunch of folks there.

Experiencia fantástica: Very Friendly Fast and Informative!! Definitely recommend . I was in and out in less than 30 mins!!I Definitely recommend anyone in the Area to stop in..You don't find many Dental Offices in the area that take new patients and they Do!!

Experiencia fantástica: I took my 4yr old granddaughter for her first visit. She loved it so much she is ready to go back. She kept asking for braces. Love her visit everyone from the time we walked in made us feel comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: Kari, my hygienist, is always a pleasure to see. She is always professional, attentive, thorough, and friendly. she has provided outstanding care to me for over 27 years. Very anxious, felt ill, embarrassed and from the first contact with Stacy, dental assistant Raylynn and Dr. Kam, knew I made the right decision. They were so compassionate and caring. Took good care of me and made me feel comfortable and most of all safe. I am so grateful for their care.

Experiencia fantástica: Kerrie is very profesiional , caring and knowledgeable. Please give her kudos on her customer service skills.

Experiencia fantástica: Attended dental appointment today with my husband. The staff were awesome, very attentive, friendly, and detailed. Hygienist Sam is wonderful, warm, and caring. Dr. Bissette is very knowledgeable. Removed our concerns of dealing with VA referrals. A very productive and organized staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Stonebridge for a second opinion and appreciated Dr Kim’s explanation and opinion. She and her assistant took photographs of my questionable tooth to show me the exact problem. Excellent communication and professionalism.

Experiencia fantástica: Broke my front tooth. The dentist office is not my favorite place to be at. Saw Dr. Bissette and Brittney they did an awesome job on my tooth. The whole Stonebridge team is wonderful. They make the experience very pleasant. I appreciate their help.

Experiencia fantástica: Love my Dentist and her crew.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the staff; they’re just the best! Always friendly and genuine. However, Kerri is the best of the best! I was once rather uncomfortable simply walking into a dental office. Through years of Kerri’s compassionate care, I am over my dental fears! I’ve told her the only problem is she’s not allowed to retire.
