Experiencia fantástica: First off, I'm terrified of the dentist. My nerves were settled as soon as I walked in. I was greeted warmly. Seen promptly. I only had xrays done today, but my treatment plan was explained completely. They were professional and friendly. I'm still nervous about my upcoming procedure, but I have a feeling that they will take excellent care of me! Update: I had my extraction on Monday and I was nervous for absolutely no reason. I felt no pain from beginning to end. Shots were a little uncomfortable, but nothing like I had played it out in my head. I need more work done, and I'm not afraid to go back. Thanks again for being so gentle and caring!!

Marla was the nicest and the young man that did the extraction was very professional, had a nice appearance, and did remarkable work. They helped me feel comfortable, eased me anxiety, and all worked very well with one another. I’ll be back to get more work done soon. Happy Holidays

Experiencia fantástica: Very good staff, wonderful dentist couldn't ask for more . Thanks b.

Experiencia negativa: This place is awful pulled out my finances tooth without fully numbing it and they were aware because he told them multiple times he could still feel pain but they didn’t give a damn. I have them the benefit of a doubt and tried to make an emergency appointment with them and was turned away for being a couple minutes late…what ever happened to having a couple minute grace period especially when people are in PAIN. and then wanna tell me I’d have to wait another seven days to be seen because I wasn’t even 15 minutes late. This place is trash

Experiencia fantástica: I was in and out so quick! Everyone was very professional and courteous. I can’t wait to go back.

Experiencia fantástica: As usual very friendly. Making me feel like family! Will work with you any kind of way to accommodate your needs. TWO THUMBS UP!!

Everyone from the front desk to the back was super nice and helpful. Dentist and dental assistant were awesome!!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing! I have SEVERE dental anxiety! And they were amazing from the very first phone call! Everyone I encountered went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with every single set. I can NOT thank this business enough. Far from over with what I need to do, but it’s a HUGE start! Thank you to every single one of you!

Experiencia fantástica: Very patient and gentle. I will be returning for my dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: The conveniently located dentists office in Lacombe is under new management. Woo hoo!!! It is now Affordable Smiles. While, thankfully, the super sweet receptionist, who calls everyone “my baby” hahaha, has remained, I am SO glad that they have a new dentist and a new dentists assistant. Dr. Barient is patient and gentle, taking her time when administering the shots, and C.J. was the BEST!!! She remained calm and soothing through the whole ordeal, reminding me to breathe, assuring me that I was doing good, and even offering her hand for me to hold. Thank you :)

Experiencia fantástica: Codi is a wonderful dental hygienist. She takes her time and cleans your teeth thoroughly. The staff is very professional and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: My dentist wasn’t in today but all the girls were patient with me and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely friendly staff, very clean, quick appointments. I would recommend everyone to this dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Today's dental appointment was very professional. The ladies in the reception area are quite friendly and likeable and the dental professionals are exactly what a patient desires, true professionals. I highly recommend other patients to engage this office for dental services! It was almost fun, but alas, it was still a root canal!

Experiencia fantástica: Great service doctor does great work please let me know when me insurance renews so I can return ty

Experiencia negativa: I had no idea that somebody with Medicaid dental insurance would be given such an EXPENSIVE treatment plan. If I could afford to spend that much, I wouldn’t need Medicaid. I was nervous about the appointment and the experience was devastating. I have PTSD and my visit made me go into a crisis. I will NEVER go there again!

Experiencia fantástica: All of the staff were amazing and kind. This was our son's first dentist appointment and they definitely made him feel so calm and not scared Thank you to all of them!

Experiencia fantástica: New Dentist. Changed my plan. Did not really ask my opinion. Did a filling on my tooth and part of filling has failed. Will be calling soon and I would like my dental plan that Dr Patel had recommended 12/18/23 Crown came off after a year in place call clinic at 7:45am. Lila answered, professionally. Made me an appointment for 9:30am. New dentist cleaned and repaired. So Happy. Everyone at this office is so professional and nice. Especially Myra.

Experiencia fantástica: All employees were professional, knew what they was doing and made everything easy and comfortable

Experiencia fantástica: Great service and even better staff!!! Thank you very much....I can smile again.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing staff, and willing to work with you. Front desk ladies are amazing and very helpful. High recommend them to anyone

Experiencia fantástica: This dentist is really good.. I didn’t even feel it when she pulled it out and I’m driving myself home. I’ve never felt so satisfied after the dentist. They did exactly what I came in there for! I had minor pain and swollen.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience everyone makes you feel at home with smiles and happiness

Experiencia fantástica: It was a severe weather day but as soon as I got to Dentist Office Marla, Jamie, Tasha, Codie and Dr Murino took excellent care of my oral care Tasha and Codie are so gentle I didn't feel any discomfort during my cleaning

Experiencia fantástica: These people are excellent in everything they do for their clients. The best ever.

Experiencia negativa: Holy crap if I could leave no stars I would and I didn’t even set foot in the place. I’m having an emergency with my tooth and I was referred to the lacombe office. I called and the operator asked to put me on hold, before I could respond, she just did which is fine because I get that—she’s busy. I’m on hold maybe two minutes and my phone looses connection so I have to call back. BIG mistake because she yells at me as soon as I call back. Insanity. Do the call pull at 9:27a and listen to how she spoke to me. I’ll find somewhere else because that was simply uncalled for.

Experiencia fantástica: I drive from over an hour away to come here because I Love Them So Much. Wonderful Ladies, Great Service and Fast In And Out. Choosing Them As Your Dentist Is A Great Thing To Do.

Experiencia fantástica: I've always loved this place, the staff are amazing & so welcoming.... Definitely everyone should visit with them if they need a dentist ..... Have a blessed day and thank again y'all for being so amazing & helpful ☺️

Experiencia fantástica: I’m satisfied with my recent visit everyone was kind & courteous good service

Experiencia negativa: I’ve heard great things about this dentist however my experience with trying to schedule an appointment was horrible idk the receptionist name but she hung up in my face before I can even finish my sentence! Very rushed and rude idk if she didn’t have her coffee this morning but her services was very unwelcoming!!!

Experiencia positiva: Everyone was really sweet, the only thing I wanted done was one tooth that cracked but they gave me a list of all the teeth that I know needs fixed . But everything was out of my budget even the other insurance the lady up front told me about. I won't be back unfortunately..

Experiencia fantástica: Great communication , nice staff , fast pace … Best dentist I’ve been to in years

Experiencia positiva: I'm not a fan of the dentist, but they still got me through the appointment as quick as possible And very informative.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience yesterday was amazing. I had a traumatic experience the last time I went to the dentist 17 years ago. I’ve made appointments through the years other places but my fear and anxiety always got the better of me and I cancelled. Dr White and Cori were amazing yesterday. They understood my fears and were patient with me. They calmed my nerves and were extremely caring. I will recommend them to anyone who has a fear of dentists!

Experiencia fantástica: My overall experience was awesome, the staff was very friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a dentist office where ALL of the staff was so friendly and kind. Excellent experience and I’ve already booked my best appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Callie felt very comfortable with the dentist and hygienist! She came out smiling!

Experiencia negativa: Waited in the back for over an hour not one person spoke to me. Got up and left and no one even noticed. It was my first time and I won’t go back!

Experiencia fantástica: My first time at Lacombe Dental was a great experience. I was seen right on time. The dental techs were friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable. Explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Walters was great to work with and did a complete exam of my teeth and mouth. Going back in a couple of weeks for cleaning!
