Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first time there and I had to get 2 teeth extracted. Let me just say that the dentist knows what she’s doing. Her numbing technique is amazing. Even if The numbing didn’t completely work on some parts of the tooth due to infection, but the moment I showed discomfort she stopped and immediately found a different solution right there on the spot to get the tooth out with little to no discomfort. What a fantastic experience for me as someone with anxiety of dentist. Every single one of the ladies were absolutely sweet and welcoming. From the moment you step foot in, all of them are all smiles. Thank you very much for making me feel comfortable. I appreciate you guys.

Experiencia negativa: Do not go here if you want to decline X-rays. They literally will not do a cleaning without X-rays, completely ridiculous when I am paying them for a service. Found a new dentist

Experiencia negativa: Unorganized, unprofessional, scheduling department is crap and makes HIPPA violations, and we’re finding a new dentist.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience of my life! Paid $3000 for nothing. Supposedly had a root canal and deep cleaning. The deep cleaning lasted all of 15 minutes! I went to another dentist because of the terrible job that was done by Bonham smiles and I had a REAL deep cleaning. I was asked how long had it been since I had one and when I told them about a month or so ago, they almost laughed at me! They thought it had been a few years!! When they did it, which took over an hour, they showed me the before and after images and I was shocked. BONHAM SMILES DID NOT DO THE DEEP CLEANING I WAS CHARGED FOR!! I also had to have a crown replaced 2 times because it was not set right. I went on a cruise with a temporary crown and was old that the crown would be in before I got back. Well, that did not happen because after waiting a few days, the Lab said that they needed another molding so i ended up waiting another 2 weeks because Bonham smile did not check to see what was going on until I complained and got their corporate office involved. I am also a marine corp veteran and found out that veterans get a 15% discount. The office knew I was a veteran but failed to give me the 15% discount until I complained to corporate too. My wife is trying to file a complaint with BBB, but we have to get more information and images. Maybe I will upload them here too so you can see for yourself. I think they should refund me at least half the money I paid since they only did half the Job they were supposed to do!!! I would not recommend them to anyone.

Add another put on the next day and it took three attempts to adhere, and now less than five hours later it came off while eating the very same pizza I couldn’t finish yesterday. It may just be my particular situation, but it is getting annoying.

If you don't want to be a good dentist don't go to school to be one it's not about the money it's all about patient care and she 100% lacks that and empathy!

Experiencia fantástica: I Had two wisdom teeth removed and one was super stubborn but they were able to get it out and were super kind the entire time, they let me take as many breaks as I needed and checked with me the entire time to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, and to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any pain. I would 100% recommend and I would return.

Experiencia fantástica: I had 5 teeth total pulled yesterday. I've had very minimal pain. The Doctor took so much care and adiquatly communicated exactly what she was doing. Best dental visit I've ever had... I'm 70 years old.

Experiencia negativa: I went in as a new patient to have a front tooth veneer recemented and the Dr cemented it on turned to the left and making it too long. I hit it every time I eat or talk, they never looked at me from the front to see if it was good before getting it cemented on. The worst part is it can not be removed without running the chance of damage to it. The office doesn’t have the instruments to fix it, so I’m stuck with it like this unless I can find a Dr that can laser it off. There was no mention of paying to have it fixed!!! I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: Do not go here. Please. I won’t get into all of problems but here is a summary 1. Place a crown incorrectly 2. Placed a (poorly made) crown incorrectly, broke it 3. Placed a crown incorrectly AGAIN, said wait for it to fall out. 4. billed us AND the insurance incorrectly. Cost us $$$ 5. We went to a new dentist and the tooth has been through too much grinding and bacteria buildup from the misplaced crown that it is now rotted. $$$$$$$ Do not go here.

We have taken the first major step towards repairing the damage, and even though the process is not fun the doctors and staff here have kept it from being unpleasant. So far, there has been minimal physical discomfort and very little emotional stress thanks to the great people here. Everyone has been very patient, compassionate, and kind, and I am on my way to a healthy smile again. Thank you very much to EVERYONE at Bonham Smiles!

I’ll tell my friends and neighbors about them and hopefully the pricing can go down a little bit, my retirement is only $87 $.40 from Vought and it doesn’t work out too well so if they can help me out or all the seniors that are having troubles digging up money helping them out also I’m 76 years old and I don’t feel like it but I sure do appreciate everything they did for me. Dr and her team made it very comfortable for me. Made sure to check with me every minute or so to make sure I was ok or needed to stop. I definitely recommend Bonham Smiles.

Experiencia fantástica: This office was an efficient and professional team. The procedure and total process was quick and they were subtle but continuous in asking if i was comfortable and how I was doing throughout and after. There wasnt any awkwardness, at least on their end of things and it was with out hiccups or errors and even though I was anxious, the entire office and individual staff had a very calming, controlled, and clean environment and a pleasant attitude. The information given was simple and to the point. There was no wait time or heavy duty paperwork and even though im low income, no insurance, none of these ladies made me feel inadequate, unwelcome or a charity case. There was an understanding of what they could provide and what I needed done with out anyone being rude or disrespectful and no embarrassment. Which was really really really great. I appreciated that almost as much as the dental problem itself getting taken care properly. Thank yall so much and I hope I never have to go back. No offense ladies! :) I would recommend to others for sure! *Edit* The procedure was an examination, x-ray before and after, and extraction of an abscessed back molar. They offered a discount by waving the exam and x- ray fees if same day pay for extraction, total cost was $400.

Also every time I went to have my dentures adjusted, they always come in the same day. I have had 3 sets of dentures and they all bother me so bad that I did without them and eat soft foods for about 9 years and going to smiles i wear them day in and day out. I simply love them I feel better about myself and I just want to smile. I highly recommend smiles to anyone especially older folks like me and I'm 66 years old. Happy

The only reason I must take away a star is because I have general anxiety really bad and it is difficult to control, just in general, let alone getting dental work done. I would really have loved nitrous oxide and oral conscious sedation to have been a viable option at this clinic. I much appreciate their kindness, respect, and focused attention. However, I don’t look forward to my next appointment without having the options I’ve mentioned above. Luckily, their doctor-patient care was comforting to make up for some of the discomfort I felt. :) Thank you Bonham Smiles for caring for me today. I just edited my review. I found out today they do offer nitrous oxide. I was apparently just misinformed. I think we can give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s now.

Even through the slight pain that I had before arriving was quickly relieved as the Dentist worked on my teeth and they all continued to ask if I was comfortable and ok while the procedure was taking place. My daughter needed 2 cavities filled; they put her at ease and made sure she was comfortable the entire time. Great job guys!!! My dentist that proceeded with my entire procedure in the same day was extremely talented and she was stronger than many twice her size I noticed by her hand strength. I feel this is extremely important for anyone in this profession to make haste in any procedure. The entirety of my situation is a long story, but my two hour ride each way was worth it. The experience has even help me get past some traumatic memories. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I hope I can reciprocate the experience in some strange twist in this crazy life. I love you all at Bonham Smiles. Every one of you that graces my path helped me so much.

Experiencia negativa: My niece went to Bonham Smiles for a check up a few weeks ago. They told her she had 4 cavities and we set the appt to have them fixed today. She checked in, and then text me that they hurt her so bad with the shot to her gum that she was shaking. They only filled 2 of the 4 cavities, and one of the staff had their child at the office. My niece said the child was running around and screaming which didn’t help the situation.

Experiencia fantástica: Sadly, have to edit my original review (below)...If you use insurance for your visit, be very aware of how you are being billed. This office is in network for me. However, they started charging me out of network prices. With their billing department offshore (out of the country), we were unable to get our billing issue resolved. It seemed that the local office manager finally didn't want to deal with it any longer and started responding with nonsense emails, rehashing what had already been discussed....So, not resolved. Not happy with the amount of more money we had to pay over what they originally quoted for the treatment. If they ever get a better billing system or staff, I'll reconsider going back, but now, forget it. Wouldn't step through the door. Original review I can't say enough great things about the doctor and staff here. I came in suffering with a problem I had neglected for some time expecting the worst. The doctor and staff put me at ease, explained what needed to be done, and accomplished the task in one sitting. Bravo. Excellent job. A very knowledgeable and skilled doctor. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I am going to start this off by stressing the point of being DEATHLY AFRAID of the dentist. It doesnt get worse than me "I dont think so anyway" but I am here for the review . I couldnt of asked for a better team to take care of me during this scary time. I learned that i would need an extraction and instantly fell apart. If I wasnt going to be okay, they sure fooled me because the comfort i felt upon learning this was top notch I did get the gas and their faces became EVEN friendlier THAN before. I assure you "I WAS RELAXED" and the dentist was very gentle and fast. I didnt even know she had my tooth out. I definitely recommend this dental clinic for your choppers my friends LAURA will take good care of you.
