All of the people there are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I have great confidence when I go to see Dr. Becvar. He makes me feel comfortable and explains everything he’s doing. Experiencia fantástica: I’m a patient for almost 20 years! The dental hygienists are always very thorough in cleaning my teeth. I don’t do very well with the sonic cleaning so they do my teeth without it. The hygienists (in this case Jennifer) take the time to coach me concerning areas of teeth cleaning that I could improve. Dr. Becvar always checks my teeth and lets me know how it is going. (I have a watch area). He does not do unnecessary work. He only does work when his clinical opinion is that I need it. Dr Becvar will listen to and answer any questions I have. I recommend Dental By Nature!

Experiencia negativa: Before we get to the anecdote. Just know the dentistry is top notch, 5/5. This 1 star review is left on behalf of Nannette, who works the front desk. Rude and disorganized. Anecdote: I time my arrival to be 10 minutes before my appointment out of courtesy to the staff. I ran into an accident just off of HW287, traffic was heavy. I called Nannette and apologized and explained I may be 5 mins late due to traffic. Nannette chastised me, like a child, or one of her employees, and explained "It better not be any later than that." Taken aback, I specified the reason being traffic and that I'll arrive as soon as I'm able. Again, Nannette doubled down on her threat and belittled me. Nannette, if you're reading this, the appropriate response is either "I'm sorry, we're booked up solid today, we'll have to reschedule you if you're tardy." or "No problem, see you when you get here." Anyhow, the traffic cleared and I made it to my appointment 7 minutes early. Only a 3 minute delay. Guess what? They weren't ready for me on time anyhow. No big deal, not a bother. I make appointments 9 months in advance with a hygienist that I believe is the best in business, Jen, and I make that appointment that far in advance to ensure that I see her. Nannette explained to me that I won't be seeing Jen today because they had to swap up her and another hygienist's schedule. I requested that I either wait for Jen, or reschedule. Nannette brushed that request off immediately telling me how fully booked they were. After a moment's conversation away from me, she returned and explained that Jen had a death in the family, and that's why they had swap their schedules. The swap was so Jen could leave early due the circumstances HOWEVER Nannette would make her work past the end of her shift just to see me! Jesus Christ Nannette, NO THANK YOU, I'm not insane, that is clearly more important. Again, the proper response would be to rebook me at a later date. Guilt tripping your customers is out of line. Not a single interaction today was handled with any decorum or respectable customer service skills. Maybe you've been doing this too long and you've grown comfortable treating people the way you do, but you won't be treating me that way any longer. To the doctors and rest of the staff, I am ashamed to have to leave this review on behalf of an office manger, its upsetting to me and I do it with no pleasure what-so-ever.

Having had my father as my dentist and orthodontist growing up and through young adulthood, after losing my dad, finding a new dentist was a difficult thing, on many levels. I had very high standards, and Dr. Frank and his staff have surpassed all expectations! He is a progressive and reasonable dentist who has such a heart for his patients and their whole health picture. I love his friendly chairside manner. Comfort is a priority, and discomfort has never been an issue, and Dr. Becvar is always ready and highly skilled to give the best treatment to any dental situation, within reasonable financial and personal comfort. Dr. Becvar's staff is extremely proficient and also super pleasant. Many have been there as long as I've been a patient there (well over ten years). That speaks tons about a care provider! From front office to assistants to hygienisyts, all top notch. One time in a difficult period in my health history, Dr. Becvar was the one that stepped into my life and helped start me on a road to recovery. They make recommendations, but typically aren’t overly pushy about them. The only bummer is their no-show fee and that it applies if you need to cancel the appointment within 48hrs of the date. I understand why it’s necessary, but it’s a bummer when life happens and you have to pay to cancel.

They quickly diagnosed that I needed a root canal to stop the excruciating pain I was experiencing. They then set up an appointment for the root canal at an Endodontist at 2:00pm the same day. I got the root canal at the Endodontics office they recommended and I was in and out within 1 hour for the root canal procedure! It was a painless fast friendly experience from the first phone call to the follow up after the root canal. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and I’ll definitely be telling friends and family about Dental By Nature. Thank you for making my life better same day!

The time he took to prepare the old crown was much longer than my previous dentist had done which is why it probably fell off again. Dr. Becvar is professional, friendly and very patient. Preventions for mercury exposure were used (amalgam filling in the tooth), no pain upon numbing or during, great experience with Dr and staff! Supported before and after the procedure with gentle detox protocol and after the crown with some vitamin c to help metabolize the numbing agent. Grateful!
