Experiencia negativa: Husband booked a cleaning 6 months out because there are only a few late afternoon appointments available and he needs one to accommodate his work schedule. This worked great for years until he showed up to an appointment he had written down in his personal calendar but was somehow not on their schedule. Admin staff became angry when asked why it's not on schedule and we were told we may not be a good fit for their office. Passive aggressive comment, but I got the hint. I gave them two stars because they were great with my 4yr old for her first few dental check ups and made it a positive experience for her- but dealing with the admistrative staff isn't worth the hassle.

Experiencia fantástica: The dentist is really nice and had a great bed side manner. And the people at the front desk are very friendly and professional!

Experiencia positiva: It was very professional and it did not take long to get my teeth cleaned

Experiencia negativa: Well after having them contact me for 4 months to make an appointment I finally did. I needed a 5 o'clock appointment on a Monday so I waited 9 months for an appointment. I got a text message stating they were excited to see me on Monday the 13th... I went to the appointment and they told me they called me to reschedule because they didn't have the staff. I asked is there another person getting their teeth cleaned now. She said yes... why is one patient more important then the next!!! It's been 2 year seen I've been seen and the next appointment isn't until Halloween! Extremely disappointed.
