Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so great with my kids!! We have been going here for years and they’re phenomenal!! My husband also had work done and they stayed after hours crafting his crown tooth and placing it. They made sure it was absolutely perfect!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my new dentist, and I couldn't be happier! From the office staff, to the dental assistants, to Dr. Zan Sattar... the care and attention I have received on multiple occasions exceeds my expectations every time.

Experiencia negativa: Well…I was super blown away with the quality of the crown I got, but my bite has been off every since and I went in to get it adjusted again because one of my teeth were hitting hard and they want me to come in tomorrow for a crown for it which I scheduled. The issue is that the dentist I saw decided to tell me to bite as hard as I could on the crown which hasn’t bothered me at all since I got it a few weeks ago and now I’ve had really bad pain in it every since…not the same pain I had from my teeth being off, but a sharp like this is not ok at all pain…honestly…I’ve had some not so great dentists, but this takes the cake…I’m pretty sure they cracked my tooth under my crown…and what? U now want me to pay you for a root canal? I am extremely disappointed after all of the dental work I have had from there in the last month and may be switching dentists.

She made me feel comfortable and safe throughout my appointment while working on my teeth. The dentist is wonderful as well. He explained oral health concerns in depth while still making everything easy to understand. The women at the front desk were also friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this office.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve looked for a great dentist office for years and years and finally found one at Christian Family Dentist. I believe they really care about doing what’s best for my teeth. My teeth are in pretty bad shape because my experience with my other dentist made it really hard to make an appointment. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly Dr. Zan is the best dentist I’ve ever used. If Dr. Chris is any better he would be unbelievable. I’m so happy to have finally found a GREAT dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chris took me in at a moments notice when I had an issue with an implant. I had to wait only about 2 minutes and I was in a chair. With 30 minutes the implant was fixed and I was on my merry way. One of the nice things about Dr. Chris’s dentistry is that they are capable of handling implants and crowns! Lastly, Dr. Chris and his associates are so pleasant and polite to work with. I would say their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced and my wife and I are so blessed to have found Dr. Christian and we know our future teeth maintenance will be done with care, respect and cost effectiveness! I called Covid after seeing them and was sick for 14 days with it also still have problems with the teeth that they pulled out and the bone graft they put in. They were thorough, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable from the start. Ashley did my deep cleaning and was fantastic — super gentle and no discomfort at all. Definitely glad I went.

Experiencia negativa: Too much went wrong with this appt: my check in wasn't seen - so they call me while I'm seating in the waiting room, the floor around the treatment room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, the replacement bridge cost the same as the 1st one - although they aren't shaving any teeth or performing a root canal. Lastly, the office manager still has not returned my call. The dental experience where everything was crappy.

Experiencia fantástica: The most underrated dentist in the area! My experience is always wonderful! I will say, in the past, the wait times were a downfall. My visit today was easy to book (same and next day appointments were available) and I was out so fast! I had a loose crown put back on, a dental implant tightened, and my teeth cleaned.. I was out in a little over an hour! Over the past two years this clinic has improved dramatically! Dr Christian is the best. They have their own crown machine, so no temporary crowns and need to return for it to be placed. They’ve invested in the best equipment. They won’t send you to specialists unnecessarily, as opposed to other popular dentists in Decatur. I am so happy with my care at Christian Family Dental!

Experiencia positiva: Follow up review: had a root canal and cavity filled. Took 4.5 hours in the chair. Nearly passed out from too much goofy gas. My legs were so weak and wobbly from the 4.5 hours in the chair that I struggled to walk. Very comfortable experience. Friendly employees and accommodated my weird dental needs.

Experiencia negativa: My Mother who is 90 years old was seen today for a cleaning. The hygienist was not gentle at all! She has never had someone hurt her gums and teeth like happened today. The dentist then came in and told her after his examination that she had cracks in her teeth and that the front teeth that have been capped for many years are loose and need to be pulled! She will not be back, EVER!!!!! Not even 1 star was earned on her experience but had to be given to post this!

Experiencia fantástica: Great local Decatur dentist office. Friendly staff and timely service. The doctors seem to be doing a good job so far. I would say they are very thorough. My last dentist seemed to be a bit less proactive. My first appointment was great. They have a camera to show you exactly what they are looking at. It gave me confidence to know they aren’t telling me I need work that doesn’t have to be done. They worked with me to set up a treatment plan I could afford.

Appt at 2:30, numbing injection given at 3:10 ONLY on top, the plan was to have 2 extractions, 1 on top & 1 on bottom. 4:10…dentist comes and had completely spaced on the planned procedure for 2 extractions. After we corrected him, numbing injection given on bottom. Finally we start. The staff is unprofessional. They engage very well each other, lots of side chat and giggles. Not engaging at all with patients.
