She was very thoughtful, detail-oriented, and made sure everything looked just right. Not only does she do amazing work, but she is also so enjoyable to chat with, which made the appointment even better. Experiencia negativa: tbh....this is the worst salon type place ive ever been to. the girls are all like straight out of los angeles. they act like ex strippers or current strippers lol. they are so odd in conversation, u never know if they hate u or not. its not welcoming and blissful. the music they play is the "worst of every genre and album". "gangsters paradise" is not exactly the kind of music i can really relax with. the lash lift did literally nothing for my eyelashes and it burned and itched liked hell. i wanted to tear all the stuff off. if i was the aestetichian i would have looked at the results and only charged like 30 bucks. i cant believe i paid 85 freaking dollars for all pain and no gain. i can lift my own lashes with a simple curler and mascara more than this very painful hour long process did.... im never going here or recommending this place. it has not just no ambiance...but A TERRIBLE AMBIANCE. the staff are literally just talking to eachother. like that is just so unprofessional. the terrible music plus the side talking .... i usually can relax and even fall asleep at any kind of appointment where i am laying down...but this place vibes were soo off i couldnt even relax really.... im never getting a lash lift again...apparently they dont work for all types of lashes... and they should know this and not let me get a lash lift with my lashes...but they want the money anyways... they werent exactly mean or rude...but they were not proffessional and made it feel like the customers were kind of am after thought.... i just didnt think they cared much about the customers experience..no one seemed to have a peaceful or cheerful energy there. they all talked like valley girls or something. basically ratchet with tatoos and weird almost hostile vibes.

Experiencia negativa: As you can see in the photo im balling my eyes out. I went today for a simple tint. I felt super confident after Jenny ran it down with me. After she lined them up i thought it looked great i love the symmetry and how straight and aligned they were. Towards the end she had said i didnt have enough hair to wax so she was just going to charge me $25 for the tint. After i looked in the mirror i realized she cut my price in half because after an 1 1/2 hours in her chair my eyebrows were nothing the same. Im young and was scared to decline the purchase so i paid anyway. Definitely dont come here or work with Jenny. My eyebrows are absolutely terrible and i will be inside for the next month.

Highly recommend her. Kaylei is another amazing gal and I have seen her for my lashes from time to time amd always had great service from her. The last 7 or so months, she has been my brow and tint gal. She is super sweet and does a great job no matter what service you need done. Everyone in the salon I have encountered have been very kind and welcoming. The space is beautiful and clean.

Audrie took care of me and made sure I was comfortable through the after care process. I will definitely do this procedure in another area I want to see tighter skin and less fine lines.

She measures first, all places should! I love this place! We have been going to her now for years!!!

Experiencia negativa: I had my brows done twice here, several removals from poor work, discoloring, bad shape. I eventually had to have laser tattoo removal and redo the whole thing. It was awful. I spent thousands and it took over a year to get everything finally corrected. Think twice before booking any permanent makeup procedure here. There’s much more skilled artists elsewhere in the valley whose work you won’t have to remove.
