I was extra high anxiety and they figured out how to calm me and take care of my mouth and help figure out what was bothering me with pain in my mouth. I will continue to go back to see her no matter what. On a side note; The check out was total opposite though it wasn't the sweet lady up front, it was the non professional one who sits behind the door.

Experiencia fantástica: If you're looking for good dentists, this is the place! I have been going here since the two dentist took over for Dr. Sandall. Both dentists are very knowledgeable and gentle. The office is up-to-date with dental equipment as well as new procedures for teeth. The staff is great too, from making an appointment to cleaning your teeth.

Experiencia negativa: I contacted Alpine Creek Dental for a check up/cleaning appointment, they informed of a yearly dental plan for patients without insurance. After the initial visit I was informed that doesn't include any of the services the doctor recommends knowing I am not able to afford any additional services. The Xray showed no signs of any cavities of concerns. They wanted to include additional services not necessary for extra charges and would not honor or perform any of the plan services discussed. I was charged almost 400.00 for the checkup/xrays. It's unfortunate that such business practice holds in this office. From my personal experience, I would not recommend this business.

After years of struggling with a fear of dentists, I am finally wonderfully comfortable with the care I receive at Alpine Creek. I began my journey with them in August of 2025 and it was gentle, compassionate care. So much more than just going to the dentist. What are you waiting for? Make an appointment!

Experiencia fantástica: Even though I got a temporary crown today after all the initial drilling and grinding, I really don’t notice anything different. Minimal discomfort during the procedure and today I’m pretty much functioning as normal although I am avoiding the area that was worked on, but I probably don’t have to great job. Looking forward to getting the permanent crown.

I was a patient of the previous doctor/ owner(Sandell Dental) and decided to stay on with the new doctor because I found her to be amazing at dentistry! I didn't think things could improve at this location but I was wrong. She has continued the great service of the past owner and then some. I recommend Doctor Thurmon highly!

Experiencia negativa: Stay away! Dr Thurmond is worst dentist ever. She thinks only about money and because of this she is always in hurry and doing a lot of mistakes. My fillings didn't last even a year and now I need root canal. Edit: after my review I got a call from office manager that I shouldn't come again. Looks like Dr. Thurmon don't want to hear truth or fix her mistakes.

I was offered a cleaning package at this clinic that I paid for Because I couldn’t make an appointment within three months, I was told that the package has been expired a month ago and therefore I couldn’t make an appointment and lost my money. They don’t tell you that if you don’t come in they will keep your money.

First time and they didn’t need to be held down, they were not crying or screaming except for when we first walked in the door. As soon as I settled them a little, the hygienist and dentist kept them calm and educated them on everything. They left happy, clean teeth, and no tears. Thanks for taking care of my boys!

Crown looks natural and fits perfect so it doesnt mess with your natural bite.

Combine that, along with Covid throwing a wrench on my regular visits, and when I first walked in, I had anxiety. Anxiety lasted but a second. The entire staff is friendly and informative. Freda the Hygienist went through her process, every step of the way, and she put me at ease as she walked me through her findings. Doctor Thurman was kind, knowledgeable, and informative. Experiencia negativa: I the service that I got was way too high I wish that they could lower their prices and make it affordable for for all of us Dr best Dr best does a good job but it's like buying a home when it comes paint to pay for it it cost way too much. I wish they could consider the people who don't make $100,000 a year they're just too high and I don't know what else to do I'm not complaining about Dr best and her performance she's a good doctor but I just can't afford the services it's way way too high.

Dr Thurmon assessed my situation and patched the tooth so that I could get back to Massachusetts for a crown. She gave me great advice and I wish I could return there for my care. To help a client who will not be an established patient speaks very highly about their commitment to helping anyone in their care.
