Ronnie his assistant kept me at ease. Doctor explained everything and made sure I was doing ok during my procedure and without pain. I was able to have my filling without nitrous for the first time because I was at ease. I am so glad I found them.

Experiencia fantástica: Renée is my hygienist & I started out the day 'early for me' to schedule with her, several weeks ago. Unfortunately, I had 2 cavities to be filled & yesterday DDS Sabel uses local anesthetic prior to the novocaine injection. This really helps with the procedures, of filling the cavities. Thankful & planning on regular brushing & flossing going forward as a preventative of future oral care.

Linda and Nicole are the best at scheduling appointments and helping with the insurance and payments. The office is clean!!! As a treat, they have a coffee/hot chocolate area!!! Love it! The New Berlin office is close to home…no steps or stairs if you use a walker or cane!!!

Update-besides getting me to an endontist within 24 hours after an injury cracked one of my teeth… the follow up for my temporary and permanent crown were scheduled and handled seamlessly. Now I know why they are always so busy!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience as a new patient. I waited three weeks for my appointment, only to be told two hours before that it was canceled. When I called to ask why, they said it was because I booked online and that I “should have called the office instead.” This is completely absurd. If your office offers online booking, patients should be able to rely on it. Otherwise, don’t provide it. They completely wasted my time and then blamed me for using the very system they set up. I originally chose this office because of the glowing reviews, but after this experience, I seriously question how those reviews were earned. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.
