Twin City Dental

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely friendly staff with amazing knowledge and care for their patients. This was a totally painless experience!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here is friendly and helpful. They were even accommodating with bringing in my newborn so I could get my appointment done. I hadn't been in for my last two appointments due to being so nauseous my whole pregnancy. When my baby was fussy, one of the gals working held and got her to sleep! They have also let me bring in my toddler for his appointment and then have him sit on my lap during mine.

Experiencia fantástica: I always get great care!

Experiencia fantástica: They have super flexible hours which is great- but I just had a cleaning with Macie (Marcie?) and she was the sweetest! I hope I get her every time! Very gentle, gave great advice, and touched up a rough, dirty spot that I’d been tonguing for weeks and was driving me insane! Everyone there is really sweet :)

Experiencia fantástica: As a dentist, I can say that Twin City Dental is an excellent place to receive care. The staff are friendly, the office is immaculate and you will receive a very detailed and efficient exam. I walked away with the cleanest teeth I’ve had in years. Thank you for a great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: The front desk staff went out of there way to get me a quick appointment and understood I always have issues with dental visits and true to form my extraction crumbled. Dr Anderson and assistant handled my care like true pros. You need a good dentist. Twin city is the right stop. Thanks for 5 star care

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy with Twin City Dental. I got three teeth extracted from another location and I ended up in severe pain. I thought maybe I had a dry socket or some type of infection. Of course it was Thanksgiving and black Friday than the weekend so I’ve been in miserably pain Since Nov 27th! When Monday hit, I figured Troy Dental would call me back means that I left quite a few Emergency phone calls. They didn’t so I reached out to them and they did didn’t answer. They followed up with the text msg letting me know that they were busy and wouldn’t be able to see me. I explained to them how much pain I was in and then they squeezed me in. They said oh we’ll be able to get you in real quick before lunchtime. I get there. The dentist looks in my mouth for two seconds, and says I definitely have dry socket. There’s nothing he could do for me. I reached out to Twin City dental for a second opinion and they got me in right away. I was in there for 10 minutes and she medically packed the dry socket and gave me some antibiotics. Let me tell you I feel 1000% better. Why couldn’t the dentist that treated me in the beginning I’ve done this. It was so simple and could’ve kept me out of severe pain for the holidays and the weekend. I will be sticking with Twin City Dental because they actually care about you.

Experiencia negativa: I completely understand, agree, and support the fact that there is an opioid crisis. I am a truck driver. I don’t look like a junky, you can clearly see the swelling in my face from my lip to my eyeball caused by a broken tooth I can’t get into the surgeon for a couple days to get it pulled. No food, or sleep for three days, and I can’t get two days of pain relievers to let the antibiotics kick in and start taking down the swelling. Thanks guys. Sure appreciate the he”ll out of it. I won’t be back!
