Experiencia negativa: I don't know how it's possible that this place has so many good reviews. I question the legitimacy of their reviews. We took our child there for a consultation and the amount of restorative treatment they recommended was quite invasive and unnecessary. We cancelled our treatment appointment with them. Their communication is horrible, unporfessional and inadequate. Everytime we called, it would go on an answering machine.When we emailed them, it came back undeliverable. All I can say is RUN! This office did not come across trustworthy at all in their treatment recommendations.

Experiencia negativa: The administrative staff is completely unprofessional and rude. They are not on top of basic responsibilities such as preparing paperwork or handling insurance matters. They don’t listen to clients, and instead spend their time chatting about their personal lives while people are left waiting. The place also just looks rundown and in poor condition for a pediatric office. The spaces look really sad.

Experiencia negativa: I brought my children in for a dental visit and had a few billing questions, but what I experienced was completely unacceptable. The office manager, Martina, was shockingly rude and unprofessional from the moment she approached me. Instead of handling a sensitive financial matter with discretion, she spoke loudly about my balance in front of other patients in the lobby. It was humiliating and a clear violation of basic privacy and professionalism. For someone who claims to be in a management position, her lack of customer service skills and basic courtesy was astounding. There was no attempt to de-escalate, no professionalism—just dismissive and disrespectful behavior. Because of this interaction alone, I have decided to remove my children from this practice. I would strongly caution other parents to reconsider before coming here, especially if you expect to be treated with respect.

Experiencia fantástica: I i would recommend. I had to bring in my 4 year old daughter to get her cavaties done. They had to put her down sedation thank god everything came out good. They did an amazing job. After that on the July weekend my daughter had an incident on her tooth and I called to book an appointment they booked me asap. And did a follow up. My daughter is terrified going to the dentist and they were so helpful and walk her through, it and made her feel comfortable. Best pediatrician dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Very smooth and easy check in process, both the dental hygienist and our dentist (Dr. Robinson) were so patient with my fussy kid and got his exam done quickly and as painlessly as possible. They answered all my questions and made us feel at home. The token for a toy at the end was a great bonus. The office space is very clean and inviting and kid friendly for all ages!

Experiencia fantástica: My son said he enjoyed their trip to the dentist. We appreciate the warm greeting in the front, they're always so friendly. The hygienist made him feel really comfortable and communicated what they were doing the whole time. The dentist was also really nice and answered all of our questions. Being able to watch a show of their choice during the cleaning is a great distraction and the golden token to redeem a toy at the end is a great reward. Definitely recommend this place. They do a great job with the kiddos.

All because this team is incredibly prepared with all the cool things a kid would want to see/play with! It’s like a little mini-Disney world for him he loved it! Drove to daycare with him in the back saying “dentist!”. Can’t wait to go back for another checkup and so grateful to have this team in our care network

The staff, hygienist, and dentist were all wonderful with our kid and gave us good pointers on what to expect for upcoming milestones. The office has a fish tank and toys and they have nice touches throughout to make it a fun (and distracting) place for kids to feel at ease. Highly recommend for little ones!

The office is super clean and kid friendly. My girls got to watch tv while having their teeth cleaned and got tokens at the end to get a little something from the machines in the front lobby. I definitely would recommend their care and we will be back in six months! Thank you Novato Pediatric!

Dr. Robinson & his assistant were both very kind, thoughtful & patient & explained what they were doing before they did it which my daughter & I appreciated.

Everyone in the entire office was amazing from reception to the team giving her dental care. They all took the time to put her at ease and by the end of the appointment she was all smiles and kept saying “that didn’t hurt at all!”

Dr. Robinson is extremely thorough, patient, compassionate and explains everything in detail. The person who took X-rays was so patient and gentle. She made my daughter very comfortable. Martina is very knowledgeable and always explains everything which reduces the stress and anxiety. I love it that our insurance is in network with them.

We are so impressed with the facilities too, extremely clean and i would even call it cozy! Great play area while waiting and aquarium to watch. No bright lights which is always nice and inviting. We are happy with our choice to come here and we will be back in six months!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient, making check-ins and scheduling a breeze. The nurses and doctors are absolutely amazing — incredibly knowledgeable, gentle with children, and patient with every question or concern I had. My child actually looks forward to visits, which speaks volumes about the environment they’ve created. The office is always clean, colorful, and kid-friendly, with toys and books that help ease any nerves. One came close and the other was super relaxed haha. They had a lap cushion to help keep the babies comfortable. So glad they had a positive experience!

Experiencia negativa: Dr Robinson is one of the doctors who likes to mooch money from innocent parents. My 5 year old daughter had 8 cavities and he stressed on the fact that we would need to get 8 crowns for her. I told him that I would like him to do the fillings and not the crowns. He was very rude and said that I can go to any other dentist and he won't be able to do the fillings. Thankfully I did and got my daughter's fillings done without any issues. n Guess what, that dentist didn't even mention a crown. He filled all the cavities in a few sittings and I paid $250 for the whole treatment and not a penny more. Let me clarify that I had the opportunity to go to India when all this was going on and I took her to the dentist there. And mind you, this was an expensive dentist in a metro city in India. The dentist was absolutely amazing along with his staff. Don't go to Dr Robinson ever.

The front desk staff young ladies greet us with warm smiles every time, and we’re usually called back within five minutes, no long waits! The dental assistants are fantastic at explaining everything they’re doing, which really helps put my kids at ease. Their gentle, friendly approach makes all the difference—especially when my children feel a bit nervous. They know just how to keep them calm and comfortable during cleanings and checkups. And of course, my children absolutely love the little dental goodies at the end. That's the whipped cream on the cake! We truly appreciate the care and warmth we receive every visit. I highly recommend this office to any family looking for a great pediatric dental experience.

Everything is clean, the equipment all looks new and in good condition, and they’re quick yet thorough. My son had a smooth first visit just before he turned two. They really work to make kids feel relaxed and build trust at those early visits. My kids love seeing Dr. Robinson! The dental nurse was also very kind and gentle with my son.

Our insurance doesn’t cover the treatment, but we are willing to pay - because that’s how important it is to take care of her teeth!

Experiencia fantástica: We have been patients here for 11 years. We’ve always experienced excellent patient care & kind customer service. The office is well equipped, organized, and knowledgeable. Today, my daughter was very nervous about her visit. The two lovely ladies at the front desk were friendly and thoughtful with my daughter’s emotions. Stephanie, the dental assistant, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and didn’t rush my daughter. She made sure my daughter was ready for her procedure & put her at ease. I so appreciated her kindness. The dentist Dr. Meekay, was informative and nice. She Did the procedure quickly and my daughter was surprised at how smooth it all went. I wish she was a little more warm and fuzzy with it being pediatric dentistry. We started there with Dr. Banakus who was very warm so we came to love and tell everyone about the office because of her bedside manner but, I get it everyone is different & Dr. Meekay was great. Lastly, def not least, the office manager was awesome! She helped me with my bill and made me feel a lot less stressed when I left. I appreciate this office and their dedication to pediatric patients care! The dentist can be scary and they make sure my kids are comfortable and feel safe. Thank you!!!

Experiencia positiva: Care here is great. Absolutely no concerns, my kids get great care. Administratively costs are never outlined consistently. Sometimes you get a bill at the end for services covered, sometimes the bill is inconsistent with what insurance covers. It’s a pain on the admin sides sometimes but care is great.

Experiencia positiva: Dr. Robinson is a really nice guy. The practice is clean though needs some updating in the waiting room areas. However, we don't spend a lot of time with Dr. Robinson, we interface with the front desk team and the techs. The front desk team needs some major customer service training. They are young and sweet but really need to learn how to handle customers in a medical setting. There is zero professionalism. The techs vary in ability to deal with children's needs. I think if you have bell curve kids, and you don't care about customer service relations interfaces you'd do fine at this practice. We don't so we'll be moving on. I really miss the prior Dr.s staff.
