Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love access dental. The staff are always so professional and friendly. I never have to wait a long time to schedule an appointment. When I arrive I'm always seen within 20 minutes. I have never spent more than an hour including getting extractions or simple cleaning. They do a Thoreau job and make sure I understand everything going on. 10/10 best dental office in town

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Access Dental for my dentures, they referred me to Starr Dental to have them removed which was an excellent choice, they were amazing! I came back to Access to do all of my molds and try ins, and when I received my teeth, they were perfect! The Dentist said that he is picky and if he didn’t like them and I didn’t like them, he would send them back until they were right. But we didn’t even have to. I was so self conscious and terrified of the Dentist before I went but their staff made me feel so comfortable. I could not recommend them enough! Thank you so much for giving me my smile back Access Dental

Experiencia negativa: Dentist denied treatment saying my mouth didn’t open…without doing any steps such as…asking me to open? Dentist just doesn’t have skills and its easier to blame the patient than to do any problem solving.

Experiencia negativa: The offices have been closed for over 2 weeks due to “technical issues” with their computer system. I should have had my top partial by now. I’ve been told three times a time frame til they open offices back up but was told wrong three times. My insurance has already paid for my teeth yet I can’t get them and I’m really getting angry and don’t know what to do…….Amee Embry, disgruntled patient.

Experiencia fantástica: Just got my dentures from Access dental. And I'm pretty satisfied, I did have to go in to get just a minor adjustment just trying to get used to them but they did a great job. It did take about 3 months because they took the time to measure everything right. I finally got good looking teeth. Thank you!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was so nervous about going to the dentist as I have put it off for too long but I finally went yesterday to Acess Dental and oh my goodness, the staff is absolutely amazing and Haley ( I’m pretty certain that’s her name) who took care of me the whole time was so sweet and caring! I am so thankful that I chose them to help with my teeth! They’re absolutely amazing!

Experiencia negativa: If there was possible to leave less than 1 star there would be. Place is an absolute joke. Lost 3 of my fillings not even a month after receiving them. I don't eat anything really hard either. On top of the dentist himself( Joseph Jermin) being excessively rude and rough, telling me I need to keep my mouth shut because I'm screaming in pain and asking him to stop because I can feel my removal and he insist I quiet down and just keeps going. Also he will try and try to take teeth that were asked not to touch. He wanted take 3 extra teeth not because they needed removal he said it wasn't necessary but something he wanted to do. I declined, yet he still decided upon himself to give me extra shots and forcefully tried taking my teeth until I became hostile. This place just honestly seems like an insurance scam. Forcing work on people after being asked not to just so they can charge more, and also the work they did do already needs redone not a month later. The place is absolutely nasty. The chair i was sat in still had blood slatter on them and trashed worked area. As if no one cleaned from the person before just walked me in and sat me down. If you actually care about your teeth and the respect for yourself please take your business elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Well my mom went here and they was very rude and made her feel very uncomfortable. Yes my mom is hard to deal with sometimes but that is literally your job to deal with all people. You should not make them feel stupid or uncomfortable. She called me crying because this woman who worked there was mocking her and made her feel some type of way. If you don’t like people from all backgrounds then you shouldn’t work in a dentist office. They couldn’t even get my dads tooth out left some there now he has to go to the oral surgeon. If you could not pull the tooth they should not have tried pulling it now he has a crumbled tooth still in his mouth. By the way my dad is 80 years old so they should’ve been more considerate made him wait two hours and he run out of oxygen why they was treating my mom like crap. Would not recommend them

Experiencia negativa: I have sat on this contemplating to post this. 1st I want to say I have taken my kids here and they did a good job. However, on my day of appointment, I arrived 15 min early because I knew I had paperwork. I sat in the lobby until my appointment time. They took me back, the lady did my Xrays? Which was painful and she was not friendly. I sat in the exam room for 2.5 hours!! I had to go find someone to ask what was taking so long. Which I got the response he had a procedure run over. This "procedure" was for a person whose appointment was not until 4pm but they called him in early because they had time. I was there before he was. The staff was rude when I asked how much longer, and just kept saying he will be here soon. All other dentist I have been to the girls clean my teeth before the dentist ever comes in. NO ONE!!! I was invisible. I could hear the workers in the next room over laughing and just having a great time chatting about the shopping trip they were taking on their lunch. When I said I needed to leave I had to pick my kids up from school the lady laughed and said o well. I finally walked out and said Im leaving. I try not to post much negativity as I work with the public but this was unprofessional and uncalled for. I drove and hour for this appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Jermin did an excellent job as well as his assistant. Had over 12 teeth removed and barely felt a thing. I’d recommend him to anyone. Kept asking if I was ok and you can tell he cares. Thanks again access dental!

Experiencia negativa: I went to the Terre Haute, Indiana location. I had a very bad experience there. The dentist walked in on a walker and smelled bad. He did an excellent job numbing me and pulling my tooth. The assistant was using the suction on my mouth and it was very uncomfortable and painful. She didn't use any water and kept the suction on my tongue making in very painful. Then once my tooth was pulled. I was bleeding and she gets up and walks away for almost 5 minutes and my mouth is full of blood. She comes back with a syringe full of water and handed to dentist. He then wash the area where tooth was pulled and it started going down my throat cause the assistant was doing the suction. Very bad experience. Then the reception when I was leaving kept trying to push a schedule date for a crown. I told her I live pay to pay and couldn't afford it and that my insurance wouldn't approve it. She said they will approve setting the pins and that I need to go ahead and do that. I just dont think I will return back to this place. They acted like they didn't know what they were doing and very unprofessional

Experiencia negativa: So I went to Access dental to have a couple bad teeth pulled that was bothering me really bad and the dentist without talking to me about how many he was going to pull or what he was going to do he ended up pulling 3/4 of my teeth out the nurse said something to him and then they walked out of the room for a minute and came back in and said to me (Well apparently I pulled more teeth than I was supposed to, and that they're not going to charge me any more than the price they gave me.) my insurance only covered to have three extractions and now 3/4 of my teeth got pulled out and my insurance doesn't cover dentures and I don't have $10,000 to pay for dentures so now I'm stuck now with 3/4 of my teeth missing and I haven't heard anything from them about what's going to happen now the only thing they did was set me an appointment to come back in 3 weeks and I'm not quite sure if I'm going to go back because I don't know what going to take place.

Experiencia negativa: My experience at Access Dental was absolutely disgusting and beyond unprofessional. After my appointment, they left me sitting in the exam room for over an hour with no communication at all. The dentist went off to lunch without ever checking on me, and not a single staff member bothered to explain or apologize. When I finally asked how much longer it would be, the nurse/assistant was passive aggressive was incredibly rude, mocking me to my face, and even cussing at me. Instead of treating me with respect, they laughed and ignored me like I wasn’t even there. This is not just poor customer service, it’s downright disrespectful and unacceptable in a healthcare setting. The entire environment was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and showed a complete lack of care for patients. No one should have to deal with being mocked, cursed at, and left waiting endlessly after an appointment. If you are considering going to Access Dental, think twice. This was one of the worst, most disrespectful medical experiences I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and take your health, and your money , somewhere you will actually be treated with dignity.

Experiencia negativa: Unsatisfied. I called and scheduled an appointment for an exam and a cleaning. I was informed that since it’s been 2 years since my last cleaning I may require a “deeper” cleaning that could not be done same day. Appointment day: drive an hour there. Assistant takes Bitewings and PAs. She begins giving me a prophy (basically brushing my teeth). The dentist comes in and only looks in my mouth with the mirror and views my X-rays. Says I have beautiful teeth and to have a good day. The treatment coordinator comes in to dismiss me and reviews what happened in the appointment. When she says I had a cleaning. I am very shocked because I didn’t receive any calculus removal. Or perio charting (things I assumed happen at EVERY cleaning 6mos-1 year) My concern is that I have not had a cleaning in 2 years. (Known by office) yet they didn’t do any perio carting to see if I’ve had any changes in my gums since two years. I also did not receive any calculus removal from below the gums or between my teeth. Only a crown polishing with paste. I called the office back to explain my concerns and basically was told that it is all at the discretion of the doctor and if he didn’t visually see calculus no reason to remove it. But the office manager could not explain HOW the doctor could visually see calculus under the gums. Besides saying that “if there’s no calculus above the gum then there shouldn’t be any below the gums.” What an uneducated thing to say for an experienced dental assistant. Every cleaning I have ever received in my 28 years of life has included the removal of calculus whether it was with an electric hand piece that shoots out water, or hand scaling instruments. These instruments are used to remove buildup that cannot be removed with a rubber polishing cup. They are also made to get between the teeth and under the gums where the dentist cannot see visually. I feel disappointed in the services I received and the services billed to my insurance. I drove 1 hour to the appointment spent 2 hours in the chair and drove the hour back just to have my teeth brushed for me! Note to self: dentists make their money off restorative care (fixing problems after they occur) HYGIENISTS make their money from preventative care (taking steps to prevent problems) I’ll make sure to schedule all future cleanings through a hygienist from now on and keep the dentist for when/if I need a filling.

Experiencia fantástica: Had to have a root canal, filling, & then a crown. The doctor/dentist was very proficient. Each transition went very smoothly. Hannah & staff were very kind; as well as Judy whom was instrumental in corresponding with my workplace & insurance. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone; & should I need any work in the future I plan to go back to Access Dental & Orthodontics.

Experiencia negativa: I was told I needed to see an oral surgeon and was handed a referral form. Very unprofessional form: No address/phone to contact Access Dental. Only my name, no address/phone so the clinic could contact me. I called a clinic listed on the form in which they told me the referral needed to be faxed to them. I called Access Dental and they told me they would fax it. I called the clinic today (2 weeks later) and was told they never received the referral from Access Dental. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Experiencia negativa: Went in for my appointment at 8:00am. Was told that the call center canceled my appointment without my knowledge due to me seeing one dentist but requesting Dr Joseph for my second one, no call no text NOTHING. (The first dentist was RUDE! I’m terrified of dentist. Which they knew) they were able to get me in around 9:30, which I am thankful for. I go to do the cavity fill. In the middle of the cavity fill the assistant looses the Drill bit in my throat. I had to puke to get it up. I’m terrified to go back.

Experiencia negativa: Parking lot was absolutely disgusting! Old food and drink containers everywhere. Entry door had not been wiped down in God knows how long. SO NASTY!!! If you don’t take care of the outside you are probably not taking care of the inside either. NO WAY I was letting these people anywhere near my mouth. I was afraid I would end up with some bizarre infection only seen in third world countries. If the outside is not clean and hygienic then the inside is probably not hygienic either. That’s a fact! I’m a store manager. Any business that I manage MUST BE clean. This is the customers first impression of your business. If that means that someone needs to arrive 15-20 minutes early to make sure the store front looks clean and welcoming to customers then that is just what must be done. This seems especially true for any business wherein medical procedures are to occur. You lost my business based on this. Invest in some Windex, paper towels, and a broom and dust pan. This will go a long way toward making your business more profitable. I drove 45 minutes one way to get to this appointment. My impression was so extremely negative that I turned around and drove another 45 back home and received NOTHING for my trouble. I’m sure the Board of Health would agree with me.

This is hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had — not just because of the amazing dentist, but because the entire staff is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. As a mom of five, I’ve spent years putting myself last. I breastfed all of my kids, skipped prenatal vitamins, and honestly neglected my own dental health along the way. I was terrified to even make an appointment, convinced my teeth were beyond saving. I had dark spots on the front and was sure they were holes — I thought for sure I was going to come out looking like a total mess. But I finally got brave enough to go in… and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt nothing but support. The dentist reassured me right away that things weren’t as hopeless as I thought. I cried through most of the deep cleaning (or “bereavement” as they called it — a very intense but much-needed process). I was so scared of what I’d look like afterward, but I decided to trust the process. After all, you only live once, and I didn’t want something like my teeth to be what took me out! The results? WOW. I had no idea my teeth even looked like that under all the buildup. For years, no one ever explained things to me or made me feel like I was worth the time. But here? They made me feel seen, supported, and never judged. The dentist and nurse kept reassuring me the whole time, telling me I was doing great — and never once made me feel ashamed for how long it had been since I had proper dental care. They understood that I was busy caring for everyone else and had just lost myself in the mix. Now I walk out with clean, white, shiny teeth — and a full heart. I genuinely didn’t know I could feel this good walking out of a dentist’s office. If you’re on the fence or scared like I was, take the leap. These people are angels. They gave me more than a smile — they gave me hope and confidence again. Five stars isn’t enough. They deserve a thousand.

Experiencia negativa: I went today for just a routine cleaning and let me just say I can do a better job cleaning them myself at home. I seriously had food still in between my teeth when i left, i had to get it out with a toothpick in the parking lot. The girl that cleaned my teeth, Ashley, only BARELY touched half of my teeth, only "flossed" about 1/4 of my teeth. I'm suprised my teeth didn't crack from her keep putting the tooth cleaning thing on them (the metal part that she would hold). She shook the entire time. Also the tool that sprays water in your mouth, she didnt even put it together correctly because water was coming out of the base of the thing, not the sprout thing. She didnt even know how to properly operate the chair. Word of advise, either train her better, or replace her.

Experiencia negativa: Expect to pay more than whatever is quoted over the phone. I responded to a Facebook ad that quoted a specific price for an exam, cleaning, and xrays if needed. The appointment was scheduled two weeks out. The day before the appointment a representative from Access Dental called to confirm I could make it and verified the price (they will honor the $1 promotion he said). I was skeptical When I arrived the staff immediately said that my promotion was over. The price would now be +$69 in addition to what I was already expecting to pay for the exam, cleaning, and X-rays. At this juncture trust was destroyed and time wasted. An exam, cleaning, and xray are all pretty standard. Is $69 to much for that work? No, but they lied to me, and it's a petty lie. if the job would have increased such as the difference between painting a 1200 square foot house and a 4000 square foot house, a price hike is understandable. You cannot accurately quote something if facts (like sf) is unknown. An exam, cleaning, and X-ray is all standard, no reason to increase price since the work is going to be similar from one guest to the next. The representative pushed the blame to the call center. "The promotion has been over for a long time' she said "I dont know why they are still telling guests about it". Classic bait and switch, used car salesman tactics at a dentist office! The establishkent can't be trusted for simple pricing information, I definitely won't trust their work.

Experiencia fantástica: Got my son in for an emergency scenario, same day. Handled things very well, and the issue was resolved quickly. Doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Front desk staff was kind and efficient. Also, open on Fridays, which I learned is rare for dentists in Terre Haute.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing dentist!! He took out my wisdom teeth as I was awake a numb. Super easy and so fast. I felt some discomfort in the evening obviously but the next day I was completely better! Definitely not as scary as I anticipated. Now my whole family will be going here.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter went there around a month ago. When I picked her up she was in tears and traumatized by the way she was treated. Said the dentist didn’t explain anything to her made her feel like he didn’t want to be there or that she was an inconvenience. Was very rough when numbing her and during procedure. He even stopped during procedure and told her if she continued to make noises he would stop and she could go somewhere else. Unbelievable that this company would allow someone with this demeanor to continue to work there and treat people this way. After reading other reviews this is obliviously a PROBLEM!!

Experiencia negativa: Do NOT go here unless you are okay with not being explained the medical procedures happening to you! The doctor was extremely unprofessional and did not tell me anything that would be happening with my filling procedure. He started numbing me and then tried to inject me WITHOUT letting me know beforehand and it was so scary, I had to catch/push away his hand and walk out. He did not even apologize nor did any of the other staff ask me what happened. The office does not feel/look clean and they only had child sized glasses? I would not recommend this place whatsoever.

Experiencia negativa: Its been 3 weeks since my appointment. Acted like they didnt even want to clean my teeth. I wasn't in pain for appointment but now I am. They say they are not supposed to send referrals which is a lie because thats the only way to see another dentist with out being see first. And when I did get them to send the referral its not the right info and not the entire med info. A patient should never have to tell a dentist, doctor or any medical facility how to do their jobs!!!

Then I got worked in yesterday briefly tysm for that but he was rude cocky & condensing towards me. Rushed my care & seemed bothered by my presence. I'm not going back.. This was his second chance & his rude behavior just done me in for future visits. I'm going to go elsewhere! As soon as I can find a new Dentist... Jessica

No super long waits like everywhere else and will actually do dental work on your first visit if need be. Experiencia negativa: My daughter has autism and I clearly explained that to the dentist. He said "a three year old can do it l, so she can too." He proceeded to drill into her tooth without anesthesia. The dental assistant was amazing, she kept my autistic child calm. I have nothing against her. Why would my child's tooth chip not even 2 minutes after walking out of the dentist? Not trying to be rude, but I'm disappointed.

My payment is due on the 3rd of November I am not paying for something they never did

Experiencia negativa: Took our daughter to the terre haute location after calling to make an appointment and check on insurance the person on the phone told my wife no problem they definitely take the insurance wife gets there for the kids appointment nope insurance not accepted pay for the vist out of pocket to get the kid taken care of the dentist doing the work does half the work and reschedule for the filling due to the kid starting to half a rough time ok great that I'm grateful for wife gets a call night before next appointment to discuss payment for the filling we paid for the first vist wife tells them it's already paid for they check it and o yep sure is see you tomorrow we get there today to have the vary rude and unprofessional dental assistant behind the desk to get an attitude with my wife and argue about the payment before she even checks the computer to see that yes indeed we have already paid for the service

Experiencia negativa: This place has went down hill since my first time. My last time I was here they said did you approve your appintment, I said yes I sent a text message and they said we have to go see if we have enough cleaning kits. I showed the lady the message response which I think you should never have to do something like approve your appointment. They got me in and out and I was made aware that my dentist left the company and they didnt tell me this before. Afterwards I got another cleaning set up and the day before calls me say it was rescheduled for a tuesday when I work. I will not be coming back to this place just because they have a call center deal with everything and cant be supplied right.

Experiencia negativa: This Terre Haute lacation and the whole company are a joke! Nobody can call and tell you sorry we dont have a doctor right now. This is the second time I have taken time off of work and wasted my hard earned money and gas to drive to an appointment that has been cancelled. I literally walked into the Terre Haute office and 5 employees are sitting and playing on their phones and have the nerve to tell me the call center made a note they told me the appointment was cancelled.....um NO!!!!!! Why is it not the job of these 5 very rude very unprofessional people to call their own patients?! And on my kids appointments you tell us you dont have enough nitrious oxide to be able to take care of them both after the first one is done and they both had appointments for over a month....then magically, a week later, when we bring him back you don't take his insurance!!! What kind of business is this?! What office can not tell you the name of their regional manager or a contact number for them? What kind of company has absolutely no contact number for their corporate office???

Experiencia negativa: Don't say your open online when your not false advertising.. especially when people needs to get a hold of you guys to change their appointments for that morning due to an issue

Experiencia negativa: Service was very unprofessional. I sat in a back room for over a hour and a half for a dental cleaning that took two minutes. My teeth were not checked for anything and the dentist couldn’t give me her full attention because she was between myself and a patient. I also had to assist in my own dental cleaning with using the suctioning because they didn’t have the staff. I completely understand how rough it it to be understaffed but at the same time I know a dental cleaning typically takes longer than the time I was given. I will not be using this dental place again and I hope others have a better experience.

Experiencia negativa: By far the worst experience I have ever had! Called me 5 times day of appointment to say, hurry up and get here, then u say I don't have an appointment after scheduling it several times now. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!! After they get your money they don't take care of you. Phone calls go to Texas for Terre Haute dentist, not good!

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give them zero stars. Terrible clinic. I booked an appointment with them only to have been called the day before the appointment because the doctor was sick. They had to reschedule me a month later and I waited a whole entire month only to be told the day before the appointment again that they couldn’t take my insurance. Terrible clinic.

Experiencia negativa: Great place if you can get in, waited 6 months for implants that never happened and out of a dozen times I was told they’d call back I not once ever received a call back I have to physically go to the office to make contact with them

Experiencia negativa: I would have given this place 0 stars if it was an option!! This places lies!! They are all horrible people with the exception of one girl! My family had been going to them for years but they have just lost 7 patients!! This new dentist working there refused to bill the insurance saying I would have to pay for the visit out of pocket! Everyone I have talked to has said this new guy is horrible as well!!

Experiencia fantástica: I will recommend to family & friends. Staff is very friendly. Dr. Sanku is truly a remarkable dentist. He is compassionate and knowledgeable, my comfort was his top priority. Molar extraction with absolutely no pain, no swelling and no bruising. Highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I highly recommend NOT using this dental place. I scheduled my appointment two months in advance and have had ongoing issues with my tooth due to a cavity. I reached out to them to confirm and explain my ongoing pain. They then proceed to call me 2 days prior to my appointment to tell me that they have canceled my appointment and need to reschedule. They were rude and offered to schedule me out for 4-6 weeks. I would consider literally anyone else before going to this company.

Experiencia negativa: Never will I come back here again. I've had nothing but problems with them ever since I started going there. Not to mention everytime I came in, the dentist here would criticize me and be very judgemental and just make me feel so low about myself... he even told me that it was MY FAULT that my teeth were in such bad shape. Mind you, I've had 4 kids pretty much back to back (not planned that way.) I was forced to put a one star, but if it were my choice, I wouldn't even put that.

Experiencia negativa: I have never in my life experienced a more unprofessional and unorganized medical office. On three separate occasions I took off time for work and drove way out of my way for these appointments. All three were cancelled without notice, and I only found out they were cancelled because the facility doors were locked when I arrived. I wasted significant time and money (missed work, gas) and was offered zero recourse for this. My job actually pulled me in and made sure I wasn’t just trying to skip work, I had to physically show them proof I did try and go to these appointments. Every time I called and asked what happened, I was told my appointment was cancelled and was offered no other explanation. The 3rd cancellation I asked the receptionist to speak with her supervisor. I was met with anger and told she was the only employee there, I then asked for her name, she then refused and immediately hung up the phone. This facility shows a pattern of disrespect and lack of patient care, and it starts with the people who answer the phones and/or make the appointments. The Dr who I have seen clearly does not care about his patients either. I believe it is Dr. Sanku, he is a tall (southeastern?) Asian man in his 50s, obviously has no issue cancelling appointments made weeks in advance at the very last minute, and doesn’t care enough to make sure his staff communicates with this patients. Pathetic behavior by a supposed “doctor”. I am seriously considering having a group of friends make appointments on the same days just to no-show so they can see what it’s like to lose money and time for no reason and at no fault Of their own. Oh, the work is not great either. I had a crown pop off on its own after a root canal, and after being replaced it cracked and broke in half a few weeks later. I wouldn’t recommend a homeless person go here even for free work. It’s by far the worst dental office I have ever been to. Do not go here unless you want your time and money wasted, and mediocre dental work. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Experiencia negativa: Worst dental experience ever! Please avoid this place if you don't want to live a misrable life. The female doctor Gunukula did a crown that is super big and super tight for me which hurts so bad every day so that I need to go to other dentistry to redo the crown. Avoid this place if you do not want spend 100 nights crying due to the toothache.

Experiencia negativa: I don’t believe a single person in this office knows how to do their job. They are one of the only places that USE to accept our insurance so we had to deal with it. My husband went for all of his teeth to be removed, that went fine. Dentures on the other hand failed 4 times and he was unable to have any but they billed insurance. I went for a root canal and it failed causing my tooth to blacken. Deciding to get more dental work done, I made an appointment to get teeth removed. First appointment got cancelled at that minute (literally hours) the second appointment They called the day before saying they no longer take insurance. I made the appointment a week prior. I let them know of the problem and how I had moldings done for dentures depending on this place to pull my teeth. She said I could pay out of pocket. I asked to have a conversation with the doctor so he could understand how the ladies in the office are running things, I was told that would be $140. I expressed they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes and leave people to fix their mistakes and I’d be embarrassed to work there. No company is perfect but they mess up time after time and continue to take no responsibility. I will never go back even if they decide to take our insurance although the website still continues to say they accept ours. I was forced for the one star, they should be ashamed to call themselves a place of HELP people.

Experiencia negativa: I'm mad! Got the whole right side fillings done in May. Since then, I've had 4 FILLINGS FALL OUT.. 1 fell out shortly after getting it filled, 1 wouldn't stay in to the point they just put a crown on it and called it a day, had one that was not even put in and was shifting, now my molar one has fallen out but yet I'm supposed to pay them to fix it when their fillings won't even stay in my teeth in the first place! Would give 0 stars but since it won't let me do that, y'all get 1. Don't go here unless you plan to keep coming back here spending money for work done.

Experiencia negativa: Drove an hour and a half to this place a week before Christmas because I had a very painful tooth that needed extracted. Was told by their front desk lady that it was a certain price. Even asked her multiple times on phone before driving there Needless to say... They charged me 216 more and admitted that their front desk lady not even the call center was at fault because they pulled up my call and listened to it. And I was correct... She told me a wayyyy cheaper price. The manager was super apologetic. And said the girl would be dealt with but it's just super ridiculous they got me for false advertisement and the only way I could have this tooth removed was to pay the additional 216. To some that's not much. But a single mom a week before Christmas who already missed work several shifts. Yeah well... Bah humbug.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Optim Dental today. I went in very nervous about my root canal and the Doctor reassured me many times that I would be fine. He asked me multiple times during the process if I was doing okay. I really appreciate the fact that he cared so much about my comfort level and pain levels. The Doctor wasn't the only great one either. All members of Optims staff treated me nicely and madebsure I was taken care of. I highly recommend Optim Dental as a place to go for your Dental help! Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience twice now. I set my appointment weeks ago, got a confirmation to confirm my appointment the day before and do. To then get to my appointment 5 min late, but call ahead, and told that they're booked and I was scheduled with a doctor not there. Set an appointment for my bf as well and couldn't be seen.

Experiencia negativa: After getting my teeth pulled and dentures put in very very bad fitting wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone the staff was very polite the dentist wouldn't stand behind the denture 3 weeks later my teeth will not stay in my mouth even with glue. They want to charge me ,$800 to get them aligned with no grantee I wouldn't tec6this dentist.

Experiencia positiva: I reeally like this place. And the doctors but today i arrive at 10:15 cause my appointment was at 10:30 for cleaning , i got xrays done after waiting for 30 min. Didnt got my cleaning. And left the office at 11:46.. So much time just sitting and waiting only for xrays..

Experiencia negativa: So I'm going to have to update oh, I originally gave this a five-star for the last two visits have been terrible. I felt like last visit they would listen to me because they were in such a hurry they wouldn't pay attention to what I was saying and I was correct because I went back today and everything that I needed done the fix my top plate was not done correctly not only that it's crooked and I can't wear it and they didn't heed I would have it at least by June 1st and I've been going through this for months I should have just went somewhere and had it all done in one day . They also said that in the beginning the only place to send my stuff is Florida but found out today there is a lab in Terre Haute . And all this time I've been offering to pay the extra Penny to get the work done!

My wife went here to get some work done they “worked” on a tooth that She didn’t ask to be looked at and now that tooth is cracked and hurting and has been for three weeks now and they’ve called and rescheduled her appointment 3 times!! This is completely ridiculous! We already woke our kids up early scheduled a baby sitter got dressed and was heading out the door when they called to reschedule again!!

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO HERE. After 11 visits and a botched root canal I now have to have a root canal redone after months of dealing with pain. I am furious. I spent well over a thousand dollars only to be in continued pain and now I'll have to pay another dental professional to re do it. They should have their license revoked

Experiencia negativa: I felt like they didn't want to deal with us at all. They basically said we had to go to a different dentist because my children are special needs. I was told to find a sedation dentist , even though 2 of my kids only have medicaid and no dentist close even takes that insurance. Very unhappy.☹☹☹
