She has worked hard to get to know me, my family, and my current needs. When the time comes, it's all professional work on task to do a quality job of prepping the client for the dentist's checkup and the next six or so months. The dentist's check up is efficient and through. As time permits, it's friendly and catch up on what is happening in our daily undertakings. Unable to find a dentist in Florida willing to replace a crown without a full work-up, including full mouth x-rays, I called Dr. Serafin's office and was able to get right in ( as always). He replaced my crown and then did not charge for his and his assistant's service.
