I had been dealing with a stressful dental issue and was incredibly grateful that they were able to fit me into the schedule earlier than expected. Dr. Lauren Maisano took the time to thoroughly evaluate my concerns, explain everything clearly, and approach the situation in a very calm and professional manner. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or pressured. What really stood out to me was the amount of time and attention they dedicated to making sure I felt comfortable and understood throughout the visit. The office atmosphere was friendly, organized, and reassuring, and the level of customer service went above and beyond my expectations. I also appreciated their willingness to work with existing records and imaging in order to avoid unnecessary repeat procedures whenever possible. That thoughtful and practical approach meant a great deal to me. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience, and I’m very happy with Concord Family Dental for my dental care. Experiencia positiva: Well, I didn’t enjoy my visit but I’m really glad that I got rid of these two teeth and that you prescribed the antibiotics and pain medication for me. My mouth bled all afternoon and didn’t stop until about 9 o’clock. I’ll be gargling with mild salt water for the next two or three days and taking the antibiotics and hope that nothing bad happens.

Experiencia positiva: The hygienist who took me in had the wrong patient thinking I needed a crown replacement. I was there for a clean and check. My hygienist is Emily whom I feel is fabulous and the dentist is also fine. The front office people have never been particularly hospitable.

Experiencia negativa: I had an emergency today. I panicked, called several times, but got no return call. I went to the office after the voicemail changed over, saying they were going to lunch from 1-2. I waited 30 minutes, then walked to the door before I could even reach it. Kaitlyn, the " Office Manager," told me they were closed. I told her the voicemail did not state they were closed today, and I told her my situation, and her response was, " I don't know what to say to you. We are closed. No compassion; couldn't care less about the patients. When I asked if there was an after-hours number to speak to a dentist about my situation, she said again she could not help with that, because they were closed. I will go elsewhere where people actually care and could be more understanding.

Experiencia negativa: My husband is a veteran who was referred here. He’s been needing dental work for some time and he finally went in for a cleaning and a consultation. After the cleaning, his tongue began to get scratched up and injured from a jagged tooth. I had been on and off the phone with a rude receptionist several times back and forth because we’ve never navigated the VA dental, which is frustrating enough. And when mentioned, the receptionist responded rudely that they have to jump through hoops. Anyway, I asked if my husband would be able to get the tooth sanded down so that he could have some kind of relief while waiting for approvals for the rest of the work he needed done, she put me on hold and came back to say that we would need to pay 130$. Again, his tooth was not injuring his tongue before the cleaning. If you’re a veteran, go somewhere else.

From someone who really doesn’t like going to the dentist, I must say I found Concord Dental to be a most pleasant surprise. In October I got called in to work b o two sick nurse It's my duty to go in n work I had to call off my appt for the Dental Hygienist for that day I came in for my cleaning n got charged$25 as per policy of canceling an appt the same day How ab I had to go in to work in ICU and no nurse gets penalized for calling in the same day There r always exception that can be made . I'm very upset ab this It's not the money but the principle behind all this U can keep my $25 but I will always jump up n take care of my critical care pt I know God doesn't like ugly n this to me is ugly

Experiencia positiva: Nice people and service for teeth but they will try to charge a late fee if you cancel for any reason in 24 hrs. If you cancel an appointment do so before 24 hours prior. I never had any problems other than that.
