The hygienists are pleasant and very professional. My cleaning is thorough and comfortable. Dr. White always comes in to look around my teeth and gums to make sure nothing else needs to be addressed. Overall, it is a very positive experience.

You must realize that I’m a bit dramatic and have some PTSD. Always terrified of the dentist office. Can I tell you how wonderful Kindra and the entire staff were?! Calming, kindness, empathy, funny, but keeping professional, of course! And they even have bird feeders outside the window! I’ve got a follow up with an extraction, and I’m not one least nervous about it! Well, nervous, but not… and they have sedation!! While checking out, they had a cancellation so could actually get me finished up that same day. As I am a dental pain baby, off to pick up my prescription and back to his office. Within hours from start to finish, I am good as new! I highly recommend Ron White, DDS.

Experiencia fantástica: This review is for Dr. Kindra Dietrich, DMD who is an associate in Dr. Ron S. White's office -- A crown on a molar that I had for many years fractured one evening. Never happens at a convenient time, right? To make matters worse, the portion of the broken crown that remained on the tooth was jagged, affected my bite, and I was concerned that I might actually inhale a piece of it as more of the crown continued to erode. Early the next morning, I called Dr. White's office and was told that they “could work me in with his associate” at noon that same day. I took the appointment. When I arrived, I was somewhat at ease because I was already familiar with the office staff and dental assistants BUT this was going to be my first experience with the “associate” dentist. To be honest, I was a bit apprehensive. When all was said and done, I had one of THE BEST experiences I have ever had at a dental office – and I’ve had many. As a result, I strongly recommend Dr. Kindra Dietrich to my family, friends and you. Here’s why: Remember, I had been worked into her already packed schedule. After Dr. Dietrich introduced herself and began examining my broken crown, I quickly learned that she was focused on providing me with the best experience and dental care possible. Rather than requiring me to come back later in the day to get the process started, she insisted on working through her lunch hour so I wouldn’t have to make a 50-minute return drive. Within an hour, I had received some treatment options, had a temporary crown in place and had an appointment to set the permanent crown the following week. It's been a couple of weeks since the initial visit. The second appointment went very smoothly and her work on the permanent crown is great. All is good! Based on my experience, I expect that Dr. Dietrich will: * Be guided by what is best and most convenient for YOU * Provide you with detailed information and treatment options * Keep you informed throughout the procedure * Be concerned about your comfort during the procedure * Be courteous and extremely competent * Have a pleasant chair-side manner * Provide a clean, comfortable office that is staffed with friendly and professional people.

Experiencia fantástica: After some seriously bad experiences with Dentists, I have long been reluctant to make an appointment until absolutely necessary and skeptical of anything the Dentist proposed right from the start. That being said, my experience with Dr. Ron White was a completely new experience. He spent time to get to know my dental concerns and priorities. His casual, non-pressured and fully explanatory approach made me feel comfortable from the start. I felt like I was being helped by a friend, not upsold by a professional service provider. As a result, I ended up entrusting his advice and have been extremely happy with the treatment, price and results so far after the first couple of visits. I have never had a regular Dentist, per se, but anticipate that will be changing going forward.

Location is excellent right off 290 between Belterra and Drip. Scheduling was a breeze (next day appointment) and completing paperwork digitally from my home was such a relief. The building is one of a kind - more of a spa vibe than a typical dentist office. Staff was very warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. White and Dr. Dietrich are true professionals, even throwing in some banter when I initiated. My new patient exam and cleaning were thorough yet quick and I even had some minor cosmetic work completed in the same visit! Possible future cosmetic treatment plans were discussed in detail, but it was not a pushy sales pitch like you get from other places. You really feel the community come alive in a business like this which was a big reason for my family moving here. Keep up the stellar work guys!

I don’t usually feel comfortable in places like this, but they made me feel excited to come back! Their intensions are you to feel confident and girl did I! They also quoted proverbs outside their door and you can absolutely tell that they do their work through Christ. I even told my friends about them in hopes they will move dentists

Experiencia negativa: Service was great. Until I found out service was out of network and I paid the full amount before I left. I was told by employee Delta Dental would reimburse me. But Delta Dental reimbursed the Dentist a month ago and they have not reimbursed me back. So they were paid twice.
