But today’s visit was to remove a old crown and the decay below , and prep for a new crown. They were great. I was very pleased. If I like my new crown I will be back for two more in the near future. I am very happy with the temporary crown.

No introduction, no interaction. You're here for a cleaning have a seat, let's take your BP. No questions about health changes,which there were, just did your insurance change.

Experiencia positiva: I just started going to this dentist 6 months ago, after my original dentist retired. The ladies in the front are so friendly and helpful! I have had the same hygienist both times, and she is great too! The dentist I saw the first time is no longer there, she wanted to stay in a different area, so I had a new dentist yesterday, and he was nice enough, but different than the woman I saw, she was conversational and didn't seem to be rushed.

They did the best they could and made her feel so much better, she got a prize and left with a smile. Considering they are not a pediatric dentist, they did a great job and referred to a nearby pediatric dentist for her future needs.

However, this place was very different and my experience was amazing. There was absolutely no pain at all during my treatment and Doctor Tommy J. Scarafone did the process so quick and very smooth. All the staff, such as nurses and secretaries, are very polite and friendly. From now on this will be my spot for any future dental treatment. If I have to recommend this to a friend I will do so.

They knew exactly what needed to be done from the xrays to insurance. And had no problem explaining it. They literally broke it down to detail Tony is the assistant to the Dentist, they work very well together They took their time to explain what needed to be done step by step. I had extractions done and the process went very smoothly He was precise and gentle and they made me feel at ease I know I have more work to be done but I am comfortable going back

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and cordial atmosphere. Dr. Tommy was doing double duty as the hygienist and dentist and was very knowledgeable and proactive.

Experiencia negativa: I suffer with impacted wisdom teeth on the bottom. My dental insurance sucks and I haven't been able to have them removed yet. I called the office and asked to be seen because I've been experiencing pain and usually a round of antibiotics clears it up for me. The morning of my appointment and they called and canceled it on me because I cant pay them 150 for a panoramic xray that my insurance only covers that once out of 5 years. I had it done in 2023 and offered to call that office and have them send it but this office won't accept that. I was told I could get a regular wing xray when I made the appointment as my insurance would cover it. Now im being told that a bite wing xray won't show what's going on with the wisdom tooth and they won't be able to see it with a bite wing. Yet every other dentist I've ever been too is able to get regular images of my tooth. This place obviously doesn't care about you unless you can shell out big money to them from your insurance and your pocket.
