My appointment for 11/25 went so well. They were so friendly and caring. Dr. Williams is a wizard. I felt zero pain. I mean ZERO. Even after getting a screw into my bone. Going home. Hours later. Even this morning. No pain. I'm extremely happy with their professionalism and compassion. Hayley was such a great assistant to Dr. Williams. Collin was a great videographer. The staff overall was so nice and made me feel so welcome. I cannot remember the woman name who called me but I am SO grateful she reached out to help me. I emailed so many doctors office. This company got me for an exam and by next week they got that nasty tooth out . I highly recommend. I just hope they go into network with more insurances to help more people in need. This led me to the office of Dr J Michael Williams and Dr Joshua Byrd. Thus far I've had three visits with two of the visits involving a need for a couple of crowns. I could not be happier with the quality of care and services provided by Dr. Byrd. They have the latest technology as well as a very well-trained, competent and friendly staff. Dr Byrd's care was excellent as is his great personality.
