Experiencia fantástica: Both the dentist and the dental student were amazing for my procedure which took at the most 40 mins. Usually I even have pain during procedures because of the need for additional numbing. I didn’t have to ask for it at all because the amount given was perfect. The dentist was quick and efficient even with teaching in the process. Also so far all of the employees there have been friendly and amazing.

Experiencia negativa: I called to make an emergency appointment. Debra was very rude and quick to get off of the phone. She was dismissive of me and cut me off. She told me they do not do “pediatric dentistry” which is ironic considering it is a family/pediatric dental office. I will not be trusting my child’s care with Family Dental Health.

Experiencia fantástica: My first appointment at Family Dental in Duncan was a great right from the beginning. The check-in was smooth. Drea did an excellent job cleaning up my pearly whites. The exrays, cleaning and polishing was very comfortable. The dentist came in and explained everything and was welcoming and did not pressure me for additional services. I would definitely recommend Family Dental.

Experiencia negativa: This was the worst dental experience of my life and I'm 70! I had a problem with pain after a minor procedure. I saw the doctor on a Tuesday and he assured me it was not a post infection . I wasn't so sure. He told me to call if it got worse. By Friday, I was at level 9 pain, unable to sleep or eat and vomiting from pain meds as the only thing in my stomach. I called and spoke to the receptionist. She called the doctor and without speaking to me, he diagnosed me with a virus and referred me to my personal physician who does not work on Fridays. It turned out to be a jawbone infection. After 2 days on antibiotics, I finally slept and started to improve. I have no doubt I should sue.

I had Laurel as my dental hygienist and she was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. She cleaned my mouth so well that imma be smiling for weeks. She answered all my questions politely and made sure I was ok during my cleaning. You can always tell when someone loves what they do for a living. I’ve had times where I’d go to the dentist and felt like I was there for 10 mins and then done. She took her time with me and I greatly appreciate that from her. They also have a Mc Dreamy in their office, Lol. He’s honest and knowledgeable as well. You can tell by how he speaks he knows what’s best for you as his patient. Not the get over on you type of person. Which anyone would appreciate. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist. Will be back for my 6 months Laurel. Thank you all for making my visit feel like you wanted me there.

She was very knowledgeable and thorough when discussing the options of a dental implant with me. She left no question unanswered. Dr. Marquette was great as well. Very engaging when he entered the room. He also went over the options with me as well as making sure there were no other dental concerns or issues that I needed to address. Experiencia negativa: I found this place to be worse than most used car lots I’ve Visited, I came in for basic cleaning, and I was told later that I had to do what they recommended or demanded. I’ve worked in healthcare for 20 years. There’s never a time a doctor makes you do something unless life-threatening yeah and trust me this wasn’t it was just up sales . Just know, I’m not a fan of this place.

But I was disappointed that the Doctor wasn’t even willing to take a look at another tooth that I’m worried about because the appointment I had was only to check on one tooth. I had to schedule a whole new appointment to have the second tooth checked out. This will cost me another 1.5 hours, while this could have been taken care of in less than 5 minutes. Not customer-friendly.
