Experiencia fantástica: We recently visited with an emergency dental need for my husband. I have to say that we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. They were very thorough in explaining payment options for today's procedure and a treatment plan for the future. All in all, I was impressed with the fact that they seemed to care more about the patient's overall health than anything else.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is super nice and walks you thru the whole process/ options. They are not pushy like other offices, which is nice if you have dental fears. Gave several reminders of appointment. When i called in to go ahead with referal- she was on top of it.

Experiencia fantástica: 10 outta 10 HIGHLY recommend!! Patty the hygienist is amazing!! She is totally down to earth. Eased my fear of the dentist, and had me out the door before I realized I was even being worked on!! Ty Patty you are an amazing lady. My daughter also came to Alpha, and Kayla connected with her on a personal level as well. She was able to help me teach my daughter all things dental. Ty Kayla for all your hard work. You rock. Dr Shawn is awesome. He did so much dental work on me and never let me feel pain. I have a huge fear of pain and dentists. He calmed all my Fears and got the job done. I look forward of coming back with no Anxiety :) I have had 2 visits so far and my teeth look amazing they are not there to judge you... thanks to the whole team. :) and I never was excited to go to a dentist .. But Alpha dental makes you wanna keep coming back to see them

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Alpha Dental in Logan for four or five years. Patti the dental hygienist is the best at that job of anyone I’ve ever been to. The dentist is exceptional, for example he repaired a rather tricky root canal for me a few years ago and there have been no issues with it since. Friendly staff. If you have to go to a dentist I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I think this is the first time I've been to the dentist where I felt no judgment.

Experiencia fantástica: The dental hygienist was awesome one of the best cleanings I have ever had ! And everyone there was so nice and easy to get along with ! Great place

Experiencia negativa: Poor experience attempting to schedule with them for a wisdom tooth extraction. I waited 4 days for a call return from my voicemail left. I ended up calling in again, waiting on hold 15minutes to be told im getting transferred to someone to schedule with. They were hard to understand, had an obvious language barrier, and transfered me to voicemail instead. I called back in, waited another 15 minutes and got another person who also had a language barrier and they then made it seem like there was a high likelihood they couldn't do the wisdom tooth extraction, then hung up on me.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an excellent experience at Alpha Dental in Logan. From start to finish, everything about my appointment was great. There was barely any wait time, and everyone I interacted with was pleasant, professional, and genuinely helpful, from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist. I originally came in for some tooth problems I was having, and even though their next available appointment was a month out, they had a cancellation and were able to squeeze me in right away for a cleaning and fillings. I really appreciated how accommodating and efficient they were. I couldn’t recommend Alpha Dental Logan more. They truly go above and beyond for their patients.

Experiencia negativa: Last time i was here a male asian doctor poked several of my teeth with the second needle for the pain killer not my gums like it was meant to, i think he thought i just wanted more not that i could still feel everything. Then as he worked on my teeth he decided to grind flat the tips of 3/4 of my canines, which hurt for months and im really scared of it cracking down the middle the way he grinded it

Experiencia negativa: They have a call center making their appointments. I made an appointment scheduled for the next day after driving an hour there they said I did not have an appointment scheduled. I called the call center back got ahold of the same lady then she told me I said I didn’t want the appointment I said I never said that. She argued and yelled in the phone talking over me very unprofessional!

Experiencia fantástica: Going to Alpha Dental was great! This was the first time my husband and I went there and we were a little nervous, but everyone at Alpha Dental was so kind and friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: They were so polite, and did a great job!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was polite and welcoming. Definitely going here from here on out!

Experiencia fantástica: I was amazed at how well the staff made me feel at ease. They explained everything to me. Thank you all for the great care I was shown.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice people and good service. I didn’t feel rushed and they answered all my questions. First time I’ve been to a dentist in 4 years and I’m glad I went to this one

Experiencia fantástica: My adult son has autism and the entire staff was so accommodating and kind! 5 ⭐️service!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Best service I've ever had in the dental industry they check multiple times throughout your procedures to assure your comfortable even offering different techniques to ensure your comfort!!! Delicate delicate hands!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Kim was a very Kind Professional Dental Worker that helped me feel comfortable and understanding of what to expect

Experiencia fantástica: Patty gave me the most thorough cleaning I have ever had! Very much appreciated!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm terribly afraid of the dentist. But, Alpha Dental Logan made me feel right at home. Very friendly, kind and understanding. Would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Did a great job! Very friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: It was a very nice visit staff was very friendly and everything was explained

Experiencia fantástica: I drive an hour to get to Alpha Dental because they are the best in the area. The staff is professional, friendly, and always welcoming. They’re exceptionally thorough and take the time to explain everything, which makes a major difference to me. Even my teenage kids, who used to dread going to the dentist, don’t mind going anymore since we started coming here. That says a lot. If you have dental anxiety or a phobia, I highly recommend Alpha Dentistry. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for.

Experiencia fantástica: It was good and the service was nice and it was respectful to you and they listen to you when your having issues

Experiencia fantástica: I've had nothing but good experiences with this dental office. They are quick, attentive and exact with their work. I will continue to come back for my dental work!

Experiencia fantástica: love this office. They are friendly and take care of their patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome crew they were so accommodating and careful I hate the dentist and absolutely only come here

Experiencia fantástica: My son had a great experience today.

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who has not been to the dentist for tens of years and has had a history of teeth problems, I was extremely nervous to schedule this appointment. In fact, I almost didn't exit my car after arriving to the building because I felt like I was going to vomit thinking about the various ways my appointment could go badly. However, I am so glad I bit the bullet and entered anyway. The staff was incredibly friendly, concise, and did not shame me at all for my lack of dental work. The appointment went so well that I feel silly for being anxious in the first place. I am now scheduled for at least two more appointments (and assuredly more in the future).

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional service and didn’t have to wait. Took me in right on my appointment time.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter was seen for a wisdom teeth removal consultation two months ago. We were told we would receive a call back with a scheduled appointment for the procedure within three days. Not only did they not call me back, but every time I go directly to the office, they are closed. Additionally, when I call the main line, I start to talk to someone and they disconnect. Every. Single. Time. Is this place a fraud or a front for something?

Experiencia fantástica: So accommodating, they were very friendly, timely, and explained everything to me in a way I would understand. Whole staff was amazing and I will recommend them to anyone who asks!

Experiencia fantástica: The professionalism of the staff was outstanding. The doctor and his assistant were caring and ensured my dental experience was quick, efficient and comfortable. On top of that they worked with me on a payment. Kudo’s Alpha Dental! You guys are awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: This is by far the most outstanding dentist practice I’ve ever been to. They are fantastic.

Experiencia fantástica: Everybody there was nice and didn't judge me for the things that I told him and was very fair and just very respectable and great and was very understanding about my anxiety and I really felt that they was genuinely concerned when it come to why I was there and I feel that at the appointment everything that I needed to get taken care of was taken care of and I would highly recommend that office if anyone was to ask me

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so kind at this office. They inform me every step of the way through. Very professional and fast.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing dental visit with Dr. Sean. My 10 year old daughter absolutely loved his calm demeanor and thorough explanation of what was occurring. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and courteous. Enjoyed my visit. Had 3 fillings did not feel a thing. Will be glad to tell my friends and family about my appointments.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was great. Thank you for creating a positive experience.

Experiencia positiva: I went To have a visit and cleaning They were nice was a great visit BUT they failed to notify me that I wasnt Getting a cleaning due to them not having a hygienist so I gave To wait until they hire one. I gad Fillings on the second visit. They done a great job

Experiencia fantástica: This is day five of my recovery for my wisdom teeth surgery, I just wanted to say this place is amazing! I recommend EVERYONE to go here, the staff are wonderful, clean and very organized. I have struggled with social anxiety all my life and I mention that when I first came in, they were very understanding and caring. Everytime I come in, I am greeted with a smile and a warm welcome! Give them a shot, you will not regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff treated me with great care! I have more dental work to do, and I am more at ease with how they treat their patients!

Experiencia fantástica: After the xrays were taken, they were shown and explained to me.Also I was given options for next steps to be taken.Loved the experts giving me an education then letting me decide. Thanks to a wonderful staff at ALPHA DENTAL !

Experiencia fantástica: Have been coming here 9 years. Love Dr Sean and all the staff! So sorry Patty retired. She was the best hygienist ever!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff are great and dentist explained everything thoroughly. Nobody dental work but a good visit none the less. Have had an extraction, fillings and crowns here and each time had great results.

Experiencia fantástica: Best experience I've ever had at a dentist. My after surgery pain level was zero, granted they were in much need if removal. The staff and doctor were excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are very nice and kind, the gentleman that took my daughters X-rays told her everything he was gonna do and he was patient with her, usually he has anxiety really bad at the dentist but she never at this one, I would recommend this dentist office to everyone, we went to the Logan office

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was empathetic to my fears. It was honestly a great experience! The thing I was most fearful of was done without me realizing it. I plan to stay with Alpha for years to come, until I need falsies!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sean and Kim were wonderful! They both answered all my questions and kept me calm thru the whole process. Best dental experience I've had by far. I will certainly stay with them for my dental needs. Thank you guys so much!

Experiencia fantástica: Iv been a client of Alpha Dental and Dr Sean.Im 72 years of age and I consider my teeth with many decades of dental work to be a Jurasic Park experience for Dr Sean and staff. They pull a big 5/5 every time.

Experiencia fantástica: My surgery went great and everyone was professional and friendly. I'd recommend Alpha Dental to my family and friends.

Experiencia fantástica: The dental office is great! I have anxiety and the staff was kind and patient with me throughout my entire procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: Posting for Rick Martin. Upon my arrival I found that parking was easy and when I entered the building I enjoyed the good natured banter of the staff. After a less than 10 minute wait I was ushered into a well lit, very clean examination room and the nurse immediately started asking questions, because this was my first visit. She explained why she needed the information and why she was doing a cat scan of my teeth. Upon completion of the tests she informed the doctor of my needs. He explained what he felt I needed done, the costs of the procedures and if I would like to have them done today. Everything went smoothly and I'm recovering nicely.

Experiencia fantástica: We had the best experience today!! My daughter said she can’t wait to go back for her next cleaning!!!

Experiencia positiva: Appointment went well, dentist and staff were polite and curious. Just to much of a hurry trying to get new patients in and previous patients out. They forgot to schedule a follow up appointment so I will call and do that tomorrow.

Experiencia positiva: They are very good as well as kid friendly. Both my kids and my husband goes to alpha and never complain about how the employees treated them it's always very fast in and out no waiting. They have always gave us referrals to other places if they could not to the work in their office so we love going to alpha dental in Logan Ohio. The one and only thing is if your running late and try to call it's a waiting game in which they do get very busy and you have to wait till it's ur turn just to tell them ur running a little bit late in which normally they will work with u even being late so I would recommend them to anyone and every one

Experiencia fantástica: Great people and for having your teeth cut out a great experience. Very friendly and informative.

Experiencia fantástica: I got right in to have a tooth filled that an old filling came out. They explain what they was going to do and along the way. Very friendly and clean.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are nice and good with kids. My daughter is 5 and goes here for her dental checkups and cleanings. Although she is afraid I just sit with her for the appointment and she does great.

Experiencia fantástica: Removed my wisdom teeth, by far the best dentist I’ve been too! Everyone is friendly & caring and listen to you & make sure every question is answered. Thanks again! Definitely recommend, the receptionist is an absolute doll when I got my fillings she let my daughter sit at the desk to color and make sure she stayed sidetracked.

Experiencia fantástica: Upon my arrival to the office, I was greeted in a polite and professional manner. I was seen promptly to have my teeth cleaned. Patty Lewis was my hygienist, and I can’t say enough positive things about her. Her chair side manner was polite and professional. She politely reminded me of my shortcomings in failing to floss my teeth. And the consequences of my actions. My appointment concluded with Dr. Sean. Dr. Sean Advised me of some repairs that needed to be made in the near future. In conclusion, I would just like to say that Alfa Dental in Logan Oh. has a polite professional, personal-able staff that makes attending the dentist a more pleasant experience. Their team exemplifies professionalism , with a great chair side manner. Respectfully, Anthony Cox
