Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment and my appointment was confirmed and I even received multiple confirmations for my appointment. I showed up at 9:45 as it was stated to come 15 minutes early and the doors were locked and I was not able to get in. It appeared that nobody was inside, so I called the support number who tried transferring me to the location, and it went straight to voicemail. I was never able to get a hold of anyone at the location and no one ever came to unlock the door. I can’t comment on whether their skills for dental care are good or not, but it just feels extremely unprofessional to either forget about an appointment or not be available that day and just not reschedule. I did a lot of research and was really looking forward to getting the help I need for my teeth and just ended up extremely disappointed and scrambling to find another place to take me same day. I waited until 10:30am to leave and no one ever came.

Experiencia positiva: Hi the experience was ok. My appointment was at 9:30 & I didn’t get seen until after 11:00am on a Saturday. The surgeon that pulled the tooth was awesome as well as the young lady who was assisting him, I can’t remember neither of their name, but they were amazing. On Monday, a bone spur started poking so I have to make another appointment to get that taken care of.

Experiencia negativa: It was great last year but since the doctor left back in December that's not the case now. I was scheduled to get a tooth pulled on January 5 but now with a new temp doc and maybe not a smooth transition when I came in to get my tooth pulled they told me that they had me down for a cleaning. I said you recently did that, this was to get my tooth pulled. So bottom line I didn't get my tooth pulled. They said they'd get me rescheduled but that didn't happen but what did happen was that I got an email stating that I owed them $32. for getting nothing done. I don't know when they might get a new permanent doctor but getting a bill for an appointment where no procedure is done due to the mixup on their end is not acceptable. Time to find a new doctor.

I recommend. I didn't have a woman dentist today on second visit. He was really nice & good with my seven yr old daughter.

Experiencia fantástica: Although it is weird that I received this survey right after calling to speak with a staff member and was transferred and hung up on and the call not returned , I will still move forward with providing my feedback for my appointment today. Receptionist was polite and promptly provided me with my initial paperwork. The wait wasn’t long before being called back for my consultation. I spoke with the doctor /dentist about her plans for my treatment and afterwards one of the front end staff came in to go over the cost and future appointments for my plan. (I am pleased with the cost of my services that I will be receiving) Everyone was professional and kind.

Experiencia positiva: It isn’t easy to grade thoroughly because the people who work in the office are amazing. They’re invaluable. You know they do their best since they don’t have a regular dentist. They’re only there, like every year, about three weeks to six weeks at a time, which makes it very difficult to get anything accomplished, especially since it’s done through the VA for me and since the VA only will approve work to be done per the dentist or the individual doctor instead of doing it for the entire company. I have a small window to get anything done. It makes it very difficult when you have so much, and if anything changes, case in point, I had a tooth that broke, which changed the entire work that needs to be done on that tooth, so now it has to go back to the VA to get approved. Hopefully, it won’t take too long for the dentist to be there. I really enjoyed the dentist who is there now. I do not like how much they charge for the nitrous oxide compared to any other office. And I don’t know if they have a dedicated person trained on nitrous oxide, which is a little unnerving; they charge three times more than any other office I’ve ever been to. It is necessary for me, or I wouldn’t be able to do it. Still, I am at least thankful that I have someplace to go that the work is getting done so I don’t know if that’s the best way to respond to whether or not they’re a good place or not they are and they are not at the same time if I had any other options I would take it, but since I don’t, I’m hoping for the best.

Experiencia negativa: Not satisfied at all took my 8-year-old there thinking all dentists were the same apparently I was wrong went in there they took a look at my 8 year old and then told me I had to take him to a pediatric dentist because they didn't want to deal with him so I'm $80 out of pocket to be told to take him to pediatric dentist they could have just told me that at the front desk instead of being like Oh yeah it's okay to bring kids here it is not kid friendly it is for adults I was very upset and very disappointed with this my service is never going back there and I highly recommend you do not bring any child below the age of 15 I wouldn't have given it any stars but I have traded at least one to leave a review but in my book zero Stars
