Experiencia negativa: This place is so unprofessional, on so many levels, canceling appointments after appointments ( there were about 15 cancellations between my appointments, my husband’s and child) and doctors showing up late, they made my 7 year old wait in the office for 1 hour and 20 minutes before the doc showed up, and then showed up with his dog who was cover in muddy water and shaking right there next to my daughter while she was getting an anesthetic, I was shocked. The filling that was done on that day fell, and we been trying to get it fixed for a while now, they canceled my child’s appointment 4 times. When I confronted them they acted very unprofessional as if it was not a problem at all they need to look into and improve their processes. There are 2 of my coworkers who also dealt with them and stopped getting their services due to same issues described above

Experiencia negativa: Avoid this practice at all costs. Most especially if you are in search of a practice to provide routine, basic dental care. Have been patients here for about 20 years with a few recent ownership changes, through the most recent owners who seem determined to try to bring in new patients wanting the more expensive, “vanity” procedures with no regard for the longstanding ones who have relied on them for dental care. They have no interest in practicing routine dental care; they are only interested in high-priced procedures. You can’t turn on the TV for the past year without another commercial for their idiotic motto, “a smile that rocks”. They should stop running TV ads to drum up new customers, and instead focus on the ones they have - or, had. After they cancelled our twice-yearly cleaning appointments, they used the excuse that they “couldn’t get any dental hygienists” - yet they continued to advertise everywhere and perform expensive procedures… just not interested in routine cleanings. And most shockingly, now that we have been able to move to a different practice with dentists and hygienists who actually DO care about their patients, the difference has been astonishing! When we needed to have our last set of x-rays from Bristol Park Dental in Williston transferred to our new practice, it took 3 PHONE CALLS to get this accomplished! Each time, Bristol Park said they would do it and then had done it - which was a lie. After my third call, they finally did so. And what a surprise once the x-rays got to our wonderful new dentist… he showed us the very visible cavity in my husband’s tooth which had been evident on the x-rays from 2 years ago, and which Bristol Park did not discuss or treat. Incompetence? Or lack of interest in treating a cavity? Either way, this is unconscionable! As a service to our fellow community members, we felt it important to share our experience and tell everyone to run as fast as you can AWAY from Bristol Park Dental. They have dollar signs in their eyes, and a complete disregard for patient care.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a patient for almost 30 years, before it was called Bristol Dental. I have nothing but rave reviews when it was under Comprehensive Dental with Dr. St Amand. For almost 2 years. I have had my appointments cancelled with statements saying that I would be contacted once something opened up. I was on a three month schedule so this is a lot of cancellations.

Experiencia fantástica: We get our two children's teeth cleaned at this dental clinic every year. All the staff are friendly, and the dentist takes great care of both of our children.

Experiencia positiva: Bristol Park Dental, more specifically the Williston location, was incredible up until last year. Since then, it’s taken a huge downward turn. The dentists that remain at this location are still very good, providing exceptional dental care and plans of action to address issues that are well thought out. Then comes the staff. This is where the nightmare lies. I’ve was set for dental care back in April of 2024, just requiring approval from my insurance. It’s now November of 2025 and this is still an outstanding issue, despite calling on more than eight separate occasions over this period. They don’t call back..: ever. I’ve had to go into the office and stand at the front desk to get any answers. I’ve been the one coordinating with my insurance company to find out what they need. I back brief the staff and then… nothing. Over a year to get an approval because someone can’t be bothered to do their job is unacceptable. As great as they used to be, find another dentist… it isn’t worth it here.

Experiencia fantástica: I broke a molar and needed a crown. Dr. Jaipuria and and his assistant Almana were fantastic! They were very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Due to extremely bad experiences in the past with other dentists, I truly hate dentists, but I would happily go back to them in the future. I highly recommend Dr. Jaipuria and Almana if you need dental care. They make an incredible team.

Experiencia negativa: I'd like to provide a summary of what's going on here. I've seen most of the dentists here and they are all incredible, 10/10. They provide excellent care and advice. Unfortunately the staffing shortage has been handled extremely poorly to the detriment of existing patients teeth. Appointments are cancelled with little notice and no quantifiable information is given of how far behind they are. It seems they lost more than 50% of the hygenists in 1 year? I am 4 months past my usual cleaning date already, waiting 10 months so far. They are not answering calls or returning messages and there is no indication of a range of estimated wait times or if I will be allowed back at all. Is it in our best interest to switch dentists, or drive to another state for cleanings? This could be answered objectively by a dentist considering their current average wait time. I don't believe it is fair to patients to withhold details about possible wait times, since we are now unable to make informed decisions that impact our health. I hope this can be resolved so I can edit this back to a 5 star office like their dentists and hygienists deserve.

Experiencia negativa: Been going to this office for 15 years. They cancelled my wife’s appointment 6 months ago because a bunch of the hygienist left. Told her they would put her on the list. You call they say you’re on the list. They just cancelled my appointment and they still haven’t gotten back to my wife. They are advertising on the radio and tv for new patients when they aren’t even seeing old patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I had always gone to my family dental practice. However, I went to college out of state and when I returned that dentist had retired. I spent the next 10–15 years looking for anything that even resembled that level of comfort and support. I have always had extremely bad anxiety about medical appointments. Especially, because I spent years in a system that automatically dismisses young women with anxiety. Any issue I had was blamed on me, or my anxiety. As a result, some serious health issues were neglected and I ended up chronically ill. This greatly impacted the health and quality of my teeth. I had seen 4 other dentist before I came to Bristol Park Dental. As soon as I called, I knew they were different. I was able to be seen within a week, which is unheard of and it gave me less time to let my anxiety get the best of me and cancel. I first went to the office in Bristol and I was surrounded with welcoming faces. There were office dogs that came running to greet you, like you belonged there. I ended up needing a lot of work, but Doctor H and his staff were with me every step of way. I have had the bulk of my appointments and surgery in the Williston office and I love it there. It is clean and modern, and the dogs are usually there just when you need them. I had surgery in May and within a few weeks I was smiling and felt more like myself than I had in years. Please, if you are needing any dental work do yourself a favor and at least call. Keep the appointment. I promise it is worth it. You are worth it. And Bristol Park Dental is definitely worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Williston Bristol Park Dental by a co-worker as I have a lot of problems with my teeth and anxiety around going to the dentist. My smile is so very important to me and being able to smile confidently I need help to make my teeth as beautiful as they can be so I called on a Tuesday and had an appointment by Thursday that same week and am so thankful that I made that phone call. Dr. H and his team showed me that they cared about me as a person not just a patient and as I shared my experiences they listened with compassion, concern and empathy which is hard to find nowadays. Experiencia negativa: My family have been going here for dental services for over 13 years and we were generally happy with the services and care we received. The practice has changed hands several times and we never had a problem until Bristol Park Dental took over and fired us all as patients. They called all 4 members of my family and cancelled our cleaning appointments indefinitely because “all of their hygienists quit and there is a staffing shortage”. They claimed we were all going to put on some magic list, and we would be rescheduled soon. That was months ago and despite repeated calls to them no one answers the phone or calls me back. Their explanations and excuses are nonsense and the real reason they don’t want to do cleanings any longer is because they don’t make enough money doing them especially for patients with dental insurance where the negotiated rates are lower. If you need a crown, root canal or implant or something expensive so Dr H. can buy another boat for his house on Lake Memphremagog, then this is your place but if you want a reliable practice that cares about your basic oral hygiene, look elsewhere.

Then out of nowhere (many months later) they send me a text saying I have an appointment, I reply N and unsubscribe to their texting service. So what do they do next they start sending a statement from their billing company. I call leave detailed message and ask them to stop billing me. NO they can't do that either. It's so unfortunate that after years of going to that dentist (ACDC) and being extremely happy never had a hassle like this. As a matter a fact I have never written a BAD Google review. Experiencia negativa: This dental office used to be great, but ever since Bristol Dental took over, the experience has gone downhill fast. Since January, everyone in my family has had their routine cleanings repeatedly “rescheduled” — yet no one ever calls to actually set a new date. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but no one answers the phone, and my voicemails never get returned. I would strongly suggest avoiding this dentist altogether. The lack of communication and basic scheduling is beyond frustrating.

Experiencia negativa: I was told I had a cavity and scheduled a filling. Not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES the office cancelled my appointment the day of, just a few hours before my appointment. Extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. I would not recommend this office as they’ve completely wasted my time. Months later and I still have that cavity. My only star is for the dental hygienist, who was thorough with my cleanings.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a very soft hearted person, and this office is extremely awesome I went to Williston road family denist abd the denist just told me yiur teeth need pulling they are dead .. I was in tears she belittle me and made me feel so upset inlove my teeth I just haven't been taking care of myself due to husband being sick with cancer and a lost of a child . So I left in tears mybteeth not fix. My husband made me call here and I'm happy he did my teeth didn't need pulling my first visit I had my smile back ... not only a fixed tooth but I was smiling again ... when he handed me the mirror I cried happy tears he made me feel good about myself .. I wasn't scared or did it hurt ..he took his time and explain hiw he was going to save my smile not your teeth need to go.. it seems like i had truama and it was killing my tooth . Now this was years laterfrom.that horrible experience at willinston rd .thought my teeth needed pulling and they didn't but I need way more work now cause she scared me to death to get another opinion..and made them far worse ... I was scared and he put me at ease..please give them a call don't wait another day you will be happy u did.. oh one more thing the desk staff awsome ...and the denist assist she the most beautiful kind hearted soul I feel like I've known her forever ....

Experiencia positiva: Maybe the decline began with Dr St Amand’s retirement, but under the Bristol Park regime they’ve grown (at least taken over more space) and put a gazebo (that nobody will ever use) in the yard, instead of raising salaries enough to keep or attract staff, so that now they can’t schedule appointments. Quality is fine, when you can get in, but it doesn’t matter because we can’t.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazingly Positive Experience !!! Called to make an appt. for a consult after not seeing a dentist due to mine retiring and Covid happening. I expected just a consult and to get not so great news. Not only did I get a consult, but they fit me in for an exam, a cleaning, an extraction and complete x-rays all while I was there!! Dr H. is not your typical Dentist. The atmosphere is almost like you're just hanging out at a friend's house!! Highly recommend!!!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve had excellent experiences with this practice in the past but I have now had my cleaning my appointment cancelled twice by this office (last May and last November) and when I checked in today there is still no time-frame for when I will be rescheduled. Avoid this office until they are fully staffed if you want to have your teeth cleaned on a regular schedule.

Experiencia negativa: Started with practice with Associates in Comprehensive Dental Care, with Dr. Latelle, and always great. It had been a few years, unaware the practice was sold, and Dr. Latelle retired. Bristol started out great, with prompt appointment and cleanings in early and mid 2024. Follow up cleaning scheduled for January 14, 2025. Got text that appointment was cancelled, responded to the text for a new appointment, no response. Called twice and left messages no response. Sent message through Bristol's website - NO RESPONSE. Stopped by the office (told Dental Assistant quit after Christmas, but would hear shortly) NO Follow up from practice. Not really sure what they are doing, or if they wish patients would simply go away. Not very reassuring.

I called and spoke with Delilah over the phone to set up an emergent, same day appointment. The staff was very respectful, attentive to my care needs, and explained the process step by step to ease my anxiety. The wait times were reasonable and the procedure was fairly quick for how extensive it ended up being. I would recommend Bristol Park Dental to anyone looking for emergent or ongoing dental care-they're now my primary dentists!

Warning ⚠️ Long-winded story ahead ; For quite some time I have been in search of an environment where I would feel comfortable, safe and heard. With all my research, reading reviews and speaking to friends/colleagues who are established patients of Bristol Park Dental, I was confident that this was the place for me. As a new patient I had a tough time getting an immediate appointment ( because they are that awesome and in demand) . So, for my initial appointment I happily drove up to the Newport location, and was greeted by a warm, friendly and welcoming staff. My second appointment at the Williston location and was an even better experience. Not only did I feel comfortable and welcomed.... I was heard. My goals were evaluated and a plan is in place. Dr H and his whole team are simply fabulous and have helped me begin my beautiful-mouth journey! I'm so excited and looking forward ( with their expertise and guidance) to my next visit. *** Excited? Experiencia fantástica: I find every possible excuse to avoid going to the dentist. That changed when I found Dr. Pati and his dental assistant Suzanne. You won’t find a fancy office but what you will find in the front office is friendly and helpful (with insurance) staff greeting you. Seated in the chair, Suzanne answered all my questions and I started to get a feeling of confidence that things were going to go well. Dr. Pati is a very impressive professional. While working, he explained the procedure and continuously monitored my pain level which was almost zero on a scale of ten. He mentioned some of the very advanced courses he is taking and I believe he is dedicated to delivering the most advanced care possible to his patients. I live in South Carolina but would fly back to Vermont to have future work done by Dr. Pati. That’s the best recommendation I can give. FIVE STARS

I decided to give it another go, BPD in Williston managed to get me in very quickly. Upon the consultation visit I was floored with everyone’s warm welcome and great energy. I have a debilitating anxiety disorder and they did everything to help me feel comfortable. Today I received a root canal. Dr. H has the calmest demeanor, and DA Darla is full of positive light. They were so efficient, informative, and accommodating to any pain I had. They got the job done fast. I left with a smile on my face, and will be receiving all future dental work here. I had three cosmetic crowns put in, and the results are fantastic! I’ve got my smile back! They manufacture the crowns on site, while you have a short wait. No need for a temporary and a return visit. Dr. H and his technical and support staff are professional and thorough, at the same time giving off a great family vibe. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have been patients at the Colchester location for over 35 years. Our visits yesterday the staff was very friendly and professional as always. . However, we are disappointed that we can no longer have cleanings regularly every four months (or even six months) as we have in the past due to scheduling issues. The schedule is such that our next cleaning will be end of July due to staff shortage so an eight month wait. This will not be good with our dental issues. Very disappointing and concerning. We hope this situation can be resolved soon.

Experiencia negativa: Front desk staff were polite and courteous. Unfortunately, my hygienist was the same one I saw four years ago and I experienced the same unpleasant probing exam as four years ago. Dentist repeated the probe with no unpleasant results. I would prefer not to see that hygienist again.

Experiencia fantástica: If I lived in Colchester, Dr. Patti would be my dentist. The office staff is wonderful and got me in for an emergency appointment. They were efficient, caring and knowledgeable. I would definitely give them 5 plus stars. Great experience for it to be an emergency one.

Experiencia positiva: I have really enjoyed everybody at your business. When I went this last time the young woman that worked on me and I think her name started with an M, was cleaning my teeth and I noticed she wasn’t putting very much pressure on my teeth while she was scraping them so I asked her twice to put more pressure on it in order to scrape all of it off. She then took a drilling device and proceeded to remove the plaque off that way. Not only was it extremely painful but my gums were still bleeding from me taking a water pick to them and were very painful too one day later. The same thing happened to my wife a while ago but I’m not sure who it was. I think she was not able to put the proper pressure on her tool because she was standing and not sitting as your other hygienist have done. Thank you for all your great services. Michael Cassidy

Experiencia fantástica: I hate going to the Dentist because of the chairs . I have a lot of structure screws and rods in my back. It just hurts for days. Having said that I like AC/DC usually it’s quick and my wife and I can go at the same time. As always Michele does an excellent job and the Dentists have been thorough. Only complaint if there is a delay it would be great if the front end people would inform people.
