Experiencia positiva: I am very happy with the work I had done at Aspen . The staff were all very nice/ pleasant to work with. And they got me in immediately! I am completely satisfied, however I had to have an X ray done , which I don't agree with at all. What exactly did it show that was so needed to get a partial repaired? I think that was a way for them to collect money for getting me in so fast. I don't agree with that at all. Their work was very much appreciated.

Experiencia positiva: So far, everything went smoothly — from the X-ray procedure to the check-up with the hygienist, which was very satisfactory. The only downside was having to wait about 50 minutes, almost an hour, before the doctor finally came in for my dental exam.

I’ve had plenty of bad experiences in the past at other places, but when I first tried Aspen Dental in Norfolk they were all great and explain things well, and are open to questions and concerns. Sadie has done a wonderful job each time and is so happy to be there and help people with their smiles.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars I would. I went there for a pre surgery check. They told me I needed all of my bottom teeth pulled before they would ok me for surgery. I left there crying. I then went for a second opinion. And guess what! I only need one tooth pulled! Please always get a second opinion!!! What dentist you ask? The one that looks like he is 12!

Needed a tooth pulled urgently before the weekend and they were able to get me in within the hour Update 5/1/25 had wisdom teeth pulled they did great job explaining everything extractions went smooth with minimal pain and swelling Update 5/12/26. They've rescheduled 2 different cleanings back to back with a minimum 6 month lead time. Had an appointment for December they rescheduled me for May 14th. I het a text that they need to reschedule and the soonest they could get me in and it was mid December. I always schedule for first thing in the morning so I dont understand how im on the schedule and everytime within a day or 2 of my appointment they all of a sudden dont have an available time for me. Whats the point of even having a schedule if they cant follow it. Overall they did good work but the rescheduling back to back isn't working for me.

Experiencia fantástica: My first initial visit as a new patient was Great! They were so friendly and made evything simple. I think I had a Lilie, Sadie and an Emma helping me that day/or Samantha. I had my 2nd visit today for 2 extractions and it was pain free! Doctor spenner made it quick and simple and Hailey was great in giving me advice for after care and making me feel comfortable. I have probably named just about everyone, but they are all great!

Experiencia fantástica: I just had 2 wisdom teeth pulled, lower left and upper right at the same time, it was expensive but it definitely didn’t even hurt one bit, just like they tell you it’s just all pressure and better part is you don’t know if they’ve pulled it or not, it’s more of a surprise than a painful surprise, local anesthesia will be you’re best friend, no dry socket because I’m pretty sure they medicated the socket before I left. Again there was NO PAIN! The dentists are pretty nice to, they communicate to get your mind off stuff which is better for people with anxiety. If you need molars out aspen dental has you all the way, don’t have the full payment? I guarantee you, you can get a payment plan set up! Hopefully my review makes a lot of you people happy and safe to trust Aspen

Experiencia fantástica: I was in need of a tooth extraction and having a time of it with pain and money. Despite my income, it was relatively affordable. The company found the nearest place available. Be truthful about what's going on...it took minutes to extract. The cost resembled that.

Aspen dental were willing to work with me with payments and were able to treat me right away. The dentist was also very nice and took time to help me understand what needed done. They walk you through everything in easy to understand language, they are quick an efficient with what they do, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. Next talking with the doctor, king of dad jokes, he explained my oral health, and what would be best to keep my smile and teeth for years to come. Experiencia negativa: Approved for "financing " but when I showed up for my visit to get two teeth pulled I was told I owe them $503 before they can pull them. Makes absolutely no sense. There is no point in telling someone they "they qualify for financing" when before they get work done they have to prepay for services. Definitely going somewhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I could yell off the rooftops how beyond helpful and amazing this Aspen dental has been for me. about two months ago. I came in with a cavity in almost every tooth two broken teeth and a multitude of pain, and they have been nothing but helpful and amazing with me since they know me by name they make me feel comfortable. Every time I come in they’ve called me to move in my appointments up if they have time and then today the worst happened and my broken tooth started giving me nerve pain a pain that I’ve never felt before in my life. I called Lily in tears, and I could hear the concern in her voice over the phone they got me in within the hour to get it pulled. I have never appreciated a team more. They have helped Me get confidence back in my smile they are warm and they are friendly. I look forward to going to the dentist for the first time in years. Every single person on this team has been amazing to me and I’ve had almost 10 appointments there in the last two months and I’ve not had one bad experience. I recommend the dentist to everyone. They didn’t have to take time to learn my name and make me feel welcomed every time I walk in that building, but they do.

Then they scheduled me an appointment to clean them and not fix the broken tooth, I haven't eatin 3 days and now I have to fins another dentist so I get the tooth fixed so I can eat and its now a holiday week to try and find a new dentist. Will never do business with Aspen dental ever again
