Experiencia fantástica: Even after it became Anderson they all are great!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Since Jeff Beasley left and Anderson the new owner runs it, this place is not the same. They call the day before your appointment to tell you they have to reschedule 4 to 5 months from your appointment date and that is unsatisfying to me. I will no longer be going to this dentist.

Experiencia negativa: Started out as wonderful and I loved the place, then the front office lady seemed to undergo an attitude transformation. I had issues with a bill for one of the kids. There was some issue on Medicaid side. She let me know to call and talk to them. I did & phoned her back letting her they said re-run it. The dentist office waited too long. So a few months down the road she became hostile with me about it. I naturally refused to pay it- I am sorry but your lack of promptness is not something I will pay for especially after doing my part. From then on, she was rude, argumentative and would actually hang up on me and refused to see anyone in my household. For me, it’s a no. I always wondered if Dr. Beasley knew how she treated me.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been trying to set my daughter up with an appointment as a new patient and I have been calling for 3 weeks now on various days and at various times and left tons of messages. No one has answered the phone or called me back. I even tried to make an appointment online but haven’t heard anything about it in 2 weeks.

Experiencia fantástica: All I can say is this is the most thorough Dentistry office I have experienced in quite a while. The staff starting from the front door to the exam room are exemplary. For example on a new patient appointment I have never had search attention to detail. So much so that I brought my son and my best friend over.

The Dentist who took his practice over decided not to take my primary or my secondary dental insurance, same with my wife as he was her dentist as well. Dr. Beasley's staff took care of me and my wife and agreed to see both of us and saved us a big headache

I’m always super anxious and nervous at doctor and dentist appointments but Dr. B’s demeanor definitely puts me at ease everytime and he’s pretty funny.

I was apprehensive about a new dentist; however, I have to say I had such a wonderful experience and felt SO good about my visit on my way out the door. Everyone was friendly, but I especially appreciated Michelle, my dentist hygienist, she was extremely friendly, professional, thoroughly knowledgeable, and set me at ease! The dentist was charming, humorous, a true pleasure to meet them both! WOW, it is hard to say you enjoyed going to the dentist, but I did, and will be back in 6 months for my appointment!

His knowledge of what veterans could have been exposed to during overseas deployments and how they could affect dental/jaw conditions was immediately apparent as he knew what questions to ask.
