Experiencia fantástica: Let me start by saying that I have a severe anxiety when it comes to dentists. I am a 46 y.o. woman with 2 kids, tattoos and have spent many years in public safety. I consider myself pretty tough. But when it comes to dentists I will begin shaking and literally cry. EVERYONE and I mean everyone at this office were the nicest and most polite professionals when dealing with me. From the front office staff, to the dental assistant (Lord I wish I could remember her name), the lady that numbed me, and Dr. V. This was my first visit here, but I can assure you that I will go back and I am taking my entire family to this dental office from now on. Even my husband (who yes, went back with me) said he is switching to this dental office and Dr. V will be our dentist from this point forward. Thank you all so much!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an emergency dental appointment and overall I have no complaints. The crowns look natural and match well. My only feedback is that I was not fully informed about cosmetic options like whitening before the final shade was chosen which left me feeling a bit uncertain afterward. A brief discussion of options would have helped me feel more confident in the decision. Overall I am satisfied with the result.

Experiencia fantástica: These folks do dentistry as well as it can be done. I have a bad gag reflex, and they are patient with me. Tracey always does a great job with my cleanings, and when I had a filling, it went quickly. I’m glad I found Dr. Nichols’s practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I really like my new dentist office I have not been to the dentist in 6 months because no insurance and so I was nervous about going to a new dentist cuz I didn't know what to they expect and I had an impact wisdom tooth and thought that was almost impossible to be removed and he removed it without a problem which was amazing I wasn't no pain at all I had to have a full cleaning done the staff is amazing completely took all my nerves away I had to have another wisdom tooth removed and I end up getting dry socket from it and they were amazing to get me through that process and I had to have a filling none today no pain at all feeling better... 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: Had many teeth pulled over the years.. I've never, ever had a dentist that pulled my tooth within 60 seconds-I'm talking he numbed my tooth and pulled it within a minute! I have no pain, no pain during extraction.. Recommend 10000%

Experiencia negativa: I’m honestly appalled with today…I have a calcium deficiency I was born with and take as good of care as possible of my teeth to prevent anything I can possibly prevent given what I have, and to be degraded like I was today by what I presume to be a dental assistant, is disgusting! My X-Rays were being looked over, and the assistant had the nerve to ask why someone so young like me had so many crowns in the snarkiest way possible, and Dr. Nichols didn’t even care to explain to him that it’s because I have a calcium deficiency that has ruined my teeth my whole life and will cause me to have a mouth full of crowns/implants by the time I hit 30! I’ve been constantly bullied and berated my whole life for my deficiency, and to have someone who SHOULD understand in the dental field also do the same, is downright disgusting and they should not work in the dental field. I left bawling my eyes out feeling sick to my stomach about the choice of words he chose to use about something I CANNOT HELP OR FIX!!!!! The hygienist I had today was so incredibly sweet and understanding about my deficiency, so it was definitely a HUGE slap in the face to have the polar opposite treatment when it came to coming up with my treatment plan.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow! For something I was scared to death of, this turned out to be the easiest major dental procedure I have ever gone through. Except for for the numbing injections, there was no pain, the process was convoluted to me but everyone knew what they doing, did it efficiently and I walked out of the with a new appreciation for major dental work. Highly recommended.

Experiencia negativa: Very painful they didn't give it no time for my gums to numb before they starting trying to pull out my tooth like 3 seconds after the fact not professional at all I felt every single bit of it very painful .... My mouth has taken two weeks to heal from the pain my whole left side of my jaw was swollen for a whole week couldn't eat anything at all from all the soreness. I don't recommend them for nobody but it's up to whoever that's wants to go but my experience was horrible Never again will I return in when I did call for the price the lady told me 180 but I ended up paying 250 at the end of it all.... I will not recommend no one that I know to go there

Today I had a more complex procedure and it started on time and everyone was not only professional but extremely knowledgeable of their job. Tracy is excellent at numbing you painlessly, and Lana took great care of me. Dr. Nichols has a huge heart and is a caring dentist that knows what he is doing. I highly recommend using them!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a cleaning done, and it was easy peasy lemon squeezy. The staff is the nicest group of people I have had a dental encounter with in a long time. Professional but friendly atmosphere Knowledgeable about their jobs Employee communication, so no mix- up’s or misunderstanding by: Carefully managing the personnel that come in for their routine or first time visits. Also I had no pain, which is big for me since I have a sensitive mouth - (no pun intended) The Dental staff is great, thanks for making my visit one to remember. See you guys in 6 months!!
