Experiencia fantástica: I had the best experience at this dental office. They were incredibly welcoming to me, especially since I was a new patient. I would highly recommend this dental office to my friends and family! The healthcare coordinator, Katie, was super sweet and acknowledging of my diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Jessee was great and Claire was incredibly knowledgeable in my diagnosis, Periodontal Disease. Gabby was super easy to talk to! Kalea, the Office Manager, was super chill. I know I’ve already mentioned it a few times now, but overall this facility’s management was truly understanding and knowledgeable on everything dental related.

Experiencia fantástica: I Feel good about going to this dental clinic. Not something that you expect to hear about going to the dentist, right. The Techs here a friendly from the Entry to your exit, they make you feel comfortable. I have had several visits and I was not hurt by the Tech. Neither did I feel uncomfortable with them in the beginning. Somehow, I could relax and trust their hands. Oh , it's gone well with each visit for about three or four times now, this year. I just started this clinic in February this year. It's a great Dental place so far.

The team at Mt.Juliet Dental Group was very kind, and also after the visit they were extremely helpful with providing X-ray images, etc. I would 100% recommend them to immigrants and uninsured patients.

Experiencia negativa: I went to this dentist because my old dentist didn’t take my insurance anymore. I went in for a routine cleaning and x ray appt and left without getting a cleaning at all. They told me I had to get a “deep clean” which was going to be 700 dollars and then proceeded to tell me I needed almost 3 grand in work done after insurance coverage. They were very pushy about wanting to do stuff that day and took me many times of saying I needed to go home to talk to my husband before I eventually left. I then received a 500 dollar bill in the mail for a bone scan I didn’t ask for nor know I was getting. Fast forward to today I went back to my old dentist willing to pay out of pocket for him. He did all the X-rays and scans and I have 3 cavities. No crowns, root canals or deep cleans necessary. I never post reviews but I needed to make sure other people know what this place is doing.

Experiencia negativa: Had my partner go in here for a new patient exam and cleaning. He was told he needed a full mouth SRP and paid around $1,000 out of pocket since he doesn’t have insurance. This surprised me because he’s never been diagnosed with periodontal disease before and has good home care habits. We recently got a second opinion at another dental office, and they told us he did not need SRP and was not a periodontal patient. I’d recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to major treatment here, especially if you’re paying out of pocket.

Experiencia fantástica: I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years, but when I finally got around to getting back on track, I was very nervous. Everyone at this office made me feel so comfortable and actually gave me solutions to my problems. They even had options to pay what was leftover after insurance and they took the time to help me plan that out. My gums were all sensitive and bleeding, but after 6 months I had my checkup and I’ve made almost full recovery with my gums. Highly recommend and give credit to Baylie RDH for her care & guidance with that. I also saw Gillian Jessee for some fillings and that went extremely well too I walked out the same day with fillings that were 3D printed to match my prior bite exactly. I couldn’t recommend this place more, and I’m very happy and lucky that I found them when I needed a compassionate yet knowledgeable dentist.

Today was my deep cleaning and Claire was informative, friendly and professional in explaining every step of the process. While I wasn’t there to see Gillian today, she popped in just to say hi and make sure I was good. Gabby, is fun to give a bad time too and will make you feel comfortable during the X-ray part. Christiana up front genuinely cares about you the patient and makes sure to explain the process, why you’re there and make small talk so it’s not weird. I know this is a long post but I really do like this office. I have another visit next week and several more this year to take care of my neglected teeth. Thank you to everyone of you for making my dentist experience very pleasant.

Experiencia negativa: My review was edited, so here I go again rewriting it. I went to this establishment last April for a cleaning. They poke at your gums with an extra sharp instrument to make them bleed intentionally then they can talk you into getting a deep cleaning and other services as a remedy to the problem. They tried to talk me into other services and between taking x-rays and trying to come up with different quotes for services I did not need, I was in the chair for an hour and 45 minutes before the cleaning even began. Once she finally started cleaning my teeth, she was rushing through the whole process. I have since gone to another dentist for a cleaning and they found absolutely nothing wrong with my gums nor did they recommend any additional services which this establishment thought that I absolutely needed. I will not be going back there again. In lieu of seeing some of the more recent reviews being positive I hope that they are cleaning up their act.

Experiencia negativa: I was told that I needed to see the periodontist that Mt. Juliet Dental Group used to discuss a procedure that I needed as well as the cost. At the appointment, the doctor told me that I did indeed this procedure and wanted to do it that day. I told him that I wasn't expecting to have anything done today, and I needed to know how much it cost. He told me he would send in someone to go over the costs with me. I was shocked to learn that my out of pocket cost, after insurance, would be $6200. I am glad I didn't allow the dentist to persuade me into having it done. Needless to say, I plan on contacting other Dental providers.

Experiencia fantástica: I had work done at the Mt juliet Dental group this week and 5 stars is an understatement. This was the least painful experience ive ever had at a dentist. Ive had ZERO pain since the procedure and no sensitivity issues. Dr John, student Essence, Mari, and Dr. Egbonim were all amazing. I dont want ANYONE else doing my dental work EXCEPT this group.

Experiencia negativa: I came here with one tooth bothering me and by the end they told me I needed a deep cleaning 3 teeth pulled implants and a root canal it was at least 15,000 dollars worth of work they wanted to do on my teeth I was devastated on top of that I received a letter from my insurance saying 1,000 was still owed from my appointment for X-rays because come to find out they were doing all kinds of X-rays that they hadn’t bothered checking to see if they were covered by Insurance. I decided to get a second opinion and they told me I did needed a root canal and a filling and that’s all. They said all I needed was a regular cleaning that my gums looked fine. So if you’ve been here or plan on going here I recommend getting a second opinion afterwards.

Experiencia fantástica: I met with Dr Lee to see if we could save my teeth where my gums have been receding quite badly and Thursday he did the procedure. I was very nervous but he made me hopeful that my outcome would be worth it. It’s Saturday and even though I can’t eat any solid foods for awhile, my recovery hasn’t been that difficult. I’m excited to see how my recovery goes and glad I didn’t wait any longer.

Experiencia fantástica: I've had a lot of work done at Mt Juliet Dental Group and I am not fond of the dentist. Every person along the way made sure I knew exactly what was going on, checked on me as work was being done and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My most recent visit this month (10/23/24) was a cleaning with Claire (hygienist) was as smooth and easy as could be, she made sure I knew everything going on and asked me several times if I needed anything, she understands my anxiety of dental work. If I can sit through hours of dental work, be comfortable and not worried, and love the outcome, I'm confident that anyone else would fair even better than me. Dr Gillian's attention to detail is very comforting, she made sure everything was exactly how she wanted it before signing off. For years I would skip annual cleanings and checkups but now I plan on having them done here, as long as Claire is who does them ;o) The entire staff here is excellent, I've had personal interactions with just about everyone on staff here and they are all wonderful people.

Very careful and detail oriented, very impressed I did not feel much discomfort much less pain. Explained everything I was going to pay out of pocket and what insurance would pay and a game plan for what I will do next along with itemized prices for that as well. Glad I found them. Had to have tooth extraction by Dr Lee and surprised how quick and pain free it was. Even numbness was just around exact location so could not even tell anything was done after. Baylie who cleans my teeth and Dr. Jessee always do an EXCELLENT job. Definitely recommend entire staff .

Experiencia fantástica: Claire was my hygenist.She was very kind,informative, and did not push treatments that were not needed. I have dental anxiety and she was very thoughtful and kind during my exam /cleanings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The office was very clean.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at this dental office. Unfortunately I had to have a root canal and was dreading it. Thankfully Haleigh and all the staff were very kind and welcoming. I will definitely be going back.
