They saw me quickly and despite me being a complete coward when it comes to dental work, the staff was able to get to work and make it as painless as possible. They don't mince words and tell you exactly what's going on and what's to be done. If you're looking for straight-forward QUALITY dental work with a pleasant staff, I can't recommend Waveland Dental Center enough.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible terrible awful people working at this office! Again TERRIBLE and AWFUL don't even begin to describe these people. As a new patient, I had to wait over a month to get an initial cleaning appointment. When the day arrived I was in the waiting room over 15 min past my appointment time and still wasn't seen. There doesn't seem to be any sense of consideration of the patient's time. I told the hygienist and the receptionist I was at work and this was my lunch time. Her attitude was frankly abhorrent and you could tell no one there even had the slightest bit of consideration. I asked to reschedule my appointment and the receptionist said it would be late June (another two months) before I could be seen. I said I will have to see about finding another dentist. Both the hygienist and the receptionist just flippantly said 'OK' (like good my day just opened up). RUDE terrible people there. JUST AWFUL. If you're a new patient, I'd strongly consider you go anywhere else. These people have so much business they clearly don't need any new patients and they just don't care one bit about inconveniencing you. If I treated my clients they way I was treated today I would be fired. Here, their flippant attitude seems to be just the way they treat people.

Krystal, hygienist has always been Absolutely Amazing! Staff included, her assistant was a pleasure as well!! When my clients ask me who's the best dentist, She's always at the top of my list!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to the Waveland Dental clinic for the past 22 or more years. Dr Bruni is my dentist and I couldn’t ask for a better one. Also, the ladies in the office are very professional and friendly. Christal has been cleaning my teeth for as long as I’ve been going to the clinic and has managed to keep me from losing more teeth than I already had. I have had crowns, caps, root canals, partials and just about anything else that can be done. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and I do, to anyone looking for a good dentist.

I had a few teeth extracted and this has always been a poor experience in the past, but I have to say it was painless each time. They are always on schedule and very little wait. The receptionist knows who you are when you walk in, so she has you checked in when you arrive. Everything about this place is A+.

I explained to the lady in the office what my issue was, all I wanted was a temporary tooth asap till I got back from out of town…. A flipper our whatever. When she said it was going to be around 250.00 plus just for the visit I cancelled. I was able to get in with another dentist and they had me taken care of the following day and didn’t charge me 250.00 for a consultation!

Experiencia negativa: i would not recommend the lady doctor with glasses i went in for a root canal/ fillings and when she put the long needle for numbing in in my gum i heard a ripping sound in my mouth where she put it and after 10 or so minutes she started to get to work it was NOT numbed i told her that so she started putting a bunch of little needles in as well my neck on that side also started to cramp up really badly and while my mouth was numb when leaving my bottom lip was filled with liquids and my face was numb until the next day,

The injections are a breeze, I even ask for more! She repaired all 6 of my front teeth and my smile is beautiful. I am so happy to have her modernized medical dental clinic, in the same place but with up to date procedures. Daphne is the best assistant ever! Going to miss her. This is her last year!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I had a horrible experience with Waveland Dental today. I have been a patient with Waveland Dental for 40 years. My kids have been going for 20 years. I have seen 2 dentist retire. There is a Cristal that works in the front. She is a horror of a person. She is very rude and unprofessional. When I asked if she could call my son’s insurance to confirm he has insurance, she refused. When I insisted, she began yelling and over-talking me. She then hung up on me. I went to the office and asked a different staff member to speak with Dr. Bruni. While speaking to that person, Cristal came out of her cubby and began yelling at me. I asked her not to talk to me because she was exacerbating the issue. She continued to yell and told me to take my service somewhere else. Dr Bruni refused to speak with me. 40 years of growing a relationship gone because new people are in place. I hate the Dr Bruni tolerates Cristal to act this way.
