Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist ever! Very friendly and polite, they treat you like you're welcomed. They even took their time communicating with me and the staff. Also, they took their time cleaning me up before I left which was greatly appreciated not walking around with dental paste and stuff on your mouth lol. Definitely recommend and DEFINITELY will come back. Edit: Forgot to mention their work is beautiful!!

Experiencia negativa: My family and I have been to this clinic a few times for teeth cleanings and fillings. The dental hygienist and the office staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. However, I had two negative experiences with Dr. Buckley. At my first appointment he was overly friendly and made me uncomfortable with how inappropriately close to me he got and how he touched me. I chose to disregard that behavior since some people are not self aware of how they can come across to others. In my most recent visit, I saw the swing opposite mood, where he was rude, accusatory, condescending and extremely hot headed. It resulted in a release of all records and canceling all future scheduled appointments. We have now found a new dental clinic to call home. Will never be back.

The dr was amazing talking my son through getting the tooth pulled. Experiencia fantástica: Everyone there is so nice and understanding Dr. Buckley has a great bedside manner and doesn’t act like he’s just there to b there, it seems at least that he really does care, I had questions about my special needs daughter being seen and he put all my worries to rest! I don’t have a lot of income and my insurance wouldn’t cover everything so they went a step further and checked out another way to help me out with the left over amount and even let me schedule much further without looking at me like I was a loser lol. I would highly recommend especially with how things seem to b with other practices around the area

Experiencia negativa: I had an absolutely horrific experience woth this dentist. He is rude . Approaches with attitude. Long story short I went into his clinic with extreme anxiety. I fear dentists. They said all would be well. The nurses were extremely kind and professional. However when the dentist came in he got one inch from my face and accused me of doing drugs all while essentially telling my wife to shut up. I have never done drugs. I have severe gum disease and soft teeth. Even the nurse in the room.look3d dpwn at the floor and turned red becaue the tone he took with me was berating and unacceptable.....I have severe gum disease and have put off the dentist for a long time because of the anxiety....I have audio recordings and will be turning into dental board today. This is real people. This man proceeded to tell me that I dont get teeth like this "from being good" this man didnt even give me a chance to explain I'm in extreme pain and fear. We walked out. I would never recommend this man to anyone else. For any reason. I will be taking my day today and following up with this with every board and office that applies.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Dr and staff, since I'm 100% disabled from the Marine corps I get all my health care for free, the problem I've been dealing with is the billing department, Hudec dental sends the files to the VA and they say they never received them, unreal, I've been going through this since February, and glad that they take the VA health insurance, the reason is getting paid, I heard for Dr's say they dont take it because some times they have to wait up to 90 days to be paid, but with that taken care of, my hat is off to a great dentist and staff, well done

Experiencia negativa: Waited for 40 minutes before even getting taken back. Then I'm told it will be a "while" before the dentist made it back. After waiting another 15 minutes I left. I had received a text to come in sooner so I did. I also received 2 phone calls wanting me to come in even sooner. Zero respect for anyone else's time. The calling center scheduled me for a cleaning when I clearly said I was having tooth pain. Then the office after getting me in within a week to be checked out said the soonest they could schedule me for a filling is over a month out!!!!!

Hudec is high quality were you are treated like family and respected as a human and more then you’d even excpect. I have never felt so secure in a dentist office before as I do here. This location has almost a five star for a reason which was one of the reasons I chose them as well as looking for the family vibe and I’ve found it all! Small office big impact!

I had a tooth that either needed a root canal or extracted and i had a root canal many years ago that i had so much trouble with so i asked dr. Buckley about my options and how i truly felt about root canals and it is hard to find a dentist that will pull your tooth and not make you go to someone else , but dr. Buckley extracted my tooth without any problems and it was alittle difficult to get out but he had it out in no time at all with no pain, swelling , etc. I would highly recommend this office in canfield .

Experiencia negativa: Waited for 40 minutes to be told I can’t be seen due to being pregnant - needed a release from my doctor. I filled out paperwork two weeks prior and submitted it stating I was pregnant. The assistant who roomed me didn’t even ask, she was going to do X-rays so I asked if that’s okay since I’m pregnant. She went to ask and then told me no I had to reschedule. If I wouldn’t have said anything, they would have went through with the visit. They clearly don’t look at the medical history forms. No good.

Experiencia fantástica: Ally is so nice and funny, she might be cooler than Dr.Buckley himself, but it’s a close call. I love it there, everyone is so welcoming. Also Dr. Buckley always distracts me when administering shots into my gums and I appreciate that. Overall, everyone is so helpful and kind, Ive never felt bad about having dental work done :).

I had a seizure and my tongue pushed my front teeth out ECT so I've been there multiple times. Y'all take my word for it... I have finished all the scheduling. Which included 8 visits! to Hudec Dental . One day a week. For 4 weeks. for cleaning. And then 4 more visits. for a new bridge. that I needed. And I can honestly say. That I still rate. Hudec Dental. 5 stars. On my last day of cleaning. was the day of the eclipse. About halfway through. the session. Donna. said. Come on. It's time for a break. And handed me A pair Eclipse glasses. and the whole staff. And I went out. back to a picnic table. and watch the Eclipse. and we all joked around. and had fun watching the Eclipse. like we've been friendly neighbors for 20 years. And I found that to be one of the best ways I can explain, the friendliness. of the staff. and professionalism.! of the Canfield, OH. Hudec dental. All aspects. from billing. to the timeline. of getting things done. We're all explained ahead of time. and accurate. No hidden costs. Now I have my wife over there. Getting things She. needs done. Update January 23, 2025. My wife now has a brand new set of dentures and had a little bit of problems with them at first, but Dr. Buckley just told her don’t even worry about it. Call come back in and we’ll fix it and that’s what happened with no problems and now they fit Perfectly I’ve been going back every three months to have my teeth inspected and cleaned if necessary and the first part of the year I went in an Had two fillings replaced and everything is still at five stars best Dentist office I’ve ever been to.

Experiencia positiva: I am a very easy going person! With that said I came to my appointment ( well established as a client) 8 minutes late for an 8am appointment this week ! Let me preface that this was a morning when it was below zero in temperatures! I got into office only to b told they were going to tk the next scheduled appointment. ( even though he was not even finished with filling out his paperwork on the tablet) .. let me preface my previous appointment just a week before ………………..I left my job at in more than enough time to arrive for my 4:40pm appointment! And I NEEDED to tk sick time for! To walk in to a room full of people! I was given a tablet and told I needed to fill my info out because they no longer did paper info! I literally sat there from 4:40 pm until 6:00pm. I then went bk to “the chair” and then sat there for 40 minutes ish and then had the dental apprentice come bk an could not believe no one waited on me! LISTEN… I get it shit happens an well I was flexible that day . But flash forward…………………………I again arrived for my 8am appointment on a -zero below day 8 minutes late. …… I APOLOGIZED for arriving late 8 minutes late ⏰ for my 8am appointment ( truth be told my alarm went off but it was on silent) I explained that to the tech an she LITERALLY did not even voice a response! So much so that I literally turned around thinking she left the room! Listen.. I believe that these people r hard working and attentive but why is it exepected for the client to b understanding when at the end of the day well….

Beginning to end it was a great experience, the staff was friendly and very welcoming. They held a conversation with you to make you feel more comfortable until the doctor was able to come in which didn’t take very long at all. I was very pleased the moment he walked in. He explained the procedures and care plan going forward very thoroughly and was very compassionate. I was no longer nervous about being there. However, I was taken back when the dental hygienist started identifying opportunities that could generate additional revenue for the office at the end of my visit. As someone who goes for standard cleanings and checkups with no serious issues, I felt like she was trying to upsell me on unnecessary procedures. It left me feeling like I was being taken advantage of and I will not be returning to this office in the future. I decided to return to my previous provider and pay the out of network rates. I would recommend this dental office to others who are looking for a clean and friendly environment, but be cautious of potential upselling tactics during your visit. It's important to advocate for yourself and only agree to procedures that you feel are necessary for your oral health.

Experiencia positiva: The dental assistant that removed my temporary teeth had no compassion. She hurt me and DID NOT APOLOGIZE!!! Needless to say I don’t want her working on me ever again. Unfortunately she did not introduce herself. So I don’t know her name. But she definitely needs some sensitivity training!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Even though I was experiencing a very sad day with someone selling my beloved home of 30 years, I was greeted by such an understanding staff and doctor. It was especially kind of them to take time to talk with me and most kindly wiped my sad tears away during the procedure. So sorry I was so emotional- but, thank you for all your patience & understanding. Katrina
