The two receptionists up front they're really welcoming ladies

Experiencia negativa: I've been dealing with this dental practice for over 2 years now. It started out with billing not being able to read an insurance card, then lying about an extraction that was not authorized by my insurance & getting a surprise bill a month later. I then did their job for them & got all preauth details on my own to ensure that didn't happen again. My insurance covers 100% of pre-authorized procedures & Abbeville Level and wanted an extra $2000 on top of it. This year they have decided they want $2300 plus the insurance total pay. Communication & return calls of any kind are non existent. The lack of professionalism, job training & knowledge, the blatant lying done by business staff is unreal. I do not recommend Abbeville dentistry in Levelland at all. No one working there has any clue on how to do the jobs they were hired for.

Experiencia negativa: The Levelland location is the absolute worst experience we have ever had. My wife went in for a denture. The dental work was poor in quality, we were repeatedly misinformed about what the next step in treatment was going to be. On 3 separate occasions we were told that our bill had been paid in full and now they are trying to make us pay $1200. They are very unprofessional, and very dishonest in their business practices.
