I grew up with horrible dental genes, poor means to dental care and a history of dentists who were in it for their mortgage payment. This office takes the time to make you feel worthy, feel seen and feel comfortable with the needed dental procedures to make your daily life livable again. I appreciate the gentle hygienist who took her time with my (grand) daughter and the dentist who was 'real' with me when explaining her dental needs. Experiencia negativa: I am just putting 1 star because no star was available. I will never go back in to that office. I took my adult disabled child in for an appointment that I was told several times was covered. It was to put a crown back on. This crown has had to be replaced several times and yes was originally put on by Crystal Smiles. We continue to have to pay to have replaced. They are told at every appointment that my son has anxiety going to the dentist. They were wanting him to have another root canal on this same tooth. When he said he didn't want it the Dr decided to tell him if it's infected its right by his brain and his heart. So let me just say I had a pretty distraught son. All this time the lady from billing is saying we can set you up on a payment plan. When I said I wasn't paying for anything today because they hadn't done anything today. I just wanted the crown back. The doctor says someone will pay, either you or insurance. Let us set you up on a payment plan and sign this dental plan. Nope not today. We have been at this office for years. It's a place I use to take holiday gifts to the employees but the last few years it's went to complete crap. It's no longer about the patients. They totally showed me that today. Now I have a son that's terrified to go anywhere.

Experiencia positiva: I do not like dental work, at all. My good experience with Crystal Smiles over the past two weeks has allowed me to tend to my dental health without fear. I have had an extraction and multiple cavities filled without major problems. Today I had a bad reaction to the numbing injects. But the dentist and staff stayed calm and patiently got me through it. I will not go anywhere else as long as Dr. Forwang is practicing here.

Walked in asked questions they took me to the back to x-ray gave me a treatment plan offered me some dental option plans a week later I got my treatment. Experiencia fantástica: I have had my fair share of dentist’s appointments over the years for all kinds of reasons. This by far was truly the best experience I have had! I’m usually terrified of fillings and this one was nearly painless, getting it done, during and after. 10 out of 10 and will be using them again!

Experiencia fantástica: Today I think was the best experience I had since I’ve been going there since 2023. I’ve actually really got a real deep clean this time And they were super cool and worked with me lol and understood me and was super patient with me hope to continue this for the future .

Experiencia negativa: I’m going to go ahead and leave the 2nd star just because the staff are pretty nice ladies. With that being said though I’ll never return to this location or any other crystal smiles location for that matter. I have stayed away from them for a year from a situation I had with a dentist there and how rude and aggressive he was to the staff and me and the poor quality of the filling he performed. I was in pain for 3 months after that filling. I called it a wash and didn’t go back. Until today. I had a broken tooth and went in for an examination and to have the tooth extracted. As soon as I get back to work I get a phone call that they looked closer at the xray after extraction and there may still be a piece left in my gums. They were rushing through my exam, my extraction, and my release. If they took the time they should have with every patient, this could have been prevented. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere in the future permanently.

Experiencia fantástica: My kids have been seen in this office for 2 years now and it has always been a pleasant visit. The staff are great and love the energy and attitude everyone has. Jodie took care of my childrens teeth and just love her energy overall. Shes such a sweet, postive, upbringing, happy and cheery person and I just love how she makes the kids feel comfortable coming in to get they're xrays and cleaning done. Shes awesome and great at her job. Overall, great dental office to take your kids and one I recommend to others.

One of them laughed when I was telling her how much pain I was in and why would they only prescribe ibuprofen…my wisdom teeth are infected and need to be removed. My throat is swollen and I can barely think straight. I told this all to her for her to laugh in my face like I wasn’t in pain.

Experiencia negativa: After waiting an hour and 20 minutes for a cleaning I found out the dentist is not who saw me last time and completely changed my care from a conservative treatment plan to an aggressive treatment plan. Also made me do another set of X-rays when I had a full set just 6 months ago. The new doctor told me of their aggressive treatment plan without knowing my full history. It appeared to be a case of maximum fee generation happening so I walked out.

Experiencia positiva: I thought overall it was good. I had some swollen gums, and they were sore. They took an xray to make sure there was no abcesses. I didn't, but was told that I needed a deep clean because I showed signs of early peridontal desease. I had already researched, but had hoped it was just gingivitis instead, but sadly it wasn't. I only had to pay 40$. Other places wanted to charge me alot more just to be seen. The Dr. Dhir recommended I come back ASAP, though . I would have scheduled the next day, but I didn't have insurance. I researched dental savings plans, and deep cleans and found one that did save me money. I would have scheduled the next day, but they were full. That ended up working better for me because I ended up finding a savings plan that saved me money. If I had gone earlier I would have had to pay more. On the second visit, I scheduled the deep clean. I was very nervous! Dr. Dhir gave me the anesthesia and my heart started racing. I told her and she said we could wait a little bit until i felt better, and let my heart calm down, which i was thankful for! Apparently, that sometimes happens something about addrenaline i looked it up later..We waited and it starting slowing down ... I do wish someone would have told me before about that, though. I would have asked, but I was so nervous! I think they should let people know in the future that hey this might happen so don't worry so they can be prepared.. Anyway, it was fine after that. She wanted to make sure we got all the plaque or whatever, so made multiple xrays, which I wasn't charged for.. so I'm thankful she did that as well! I do think that the post op instructions from the front desk could have been better, though. I was told I could eat anything after the anesthesia wore off by the front desk lady. I was thinking my mouth is a little sore, no way! I looked it up, and sure enough it said only eat soft foods.. and swish salt water which helped because after I ate soup my mouth was really sore, and the salt water helped! .. but otherwise no problems . I am edited and updated this to add after looking it up further that each patient is different some may can eat whatever depending on the soreness/swelling, but generally good to stick with soft foods nothing too hot or cold for little while.

Experiencia positiva: Unlike my last visit this one was terrible. She tried to charge me.more than what I was supposed to pay after insurance. That was fixed by another girl after I questioned it. Dr. Kaur is the worst. She made me feel like I was not good enough for her to answer my questions or concerns. She told the tech and left so the tech had to relay. While cleaning my teeth she was rough and turned my head with her hands instead of asking me to turn. She has no empathy for patients pain at all. The tech on the.other hand was very patient and understanding. I will never allow Kaur to touch me again.

Experiencia negativa: Intake was nice. The rest of the experience was pretty awful. A weird Ponzi scheme meets a used cars salesman. I wanted to spend $160 for X-rays and a cleaning and $50 to get a crown glued back on. Those were my expectations. I’m a 20 year disabled vet on a fixed budget. The Doctor giving me a 3 minute speech about how much he hates people lying to patients sort of made me wonder. Honest people rarely have to tell you how honest they are. Then behind my back apparently was my X-rays that showed I had a crack that could leak mercury into my mouth at any minute now, so he hopes I’m a gambling man. I asked if there was anything else wrong with any of my teeth and he said no. We somehow ended up talking about politics and religion while he glued back on my crown. I felt some weird chemicals in my mouth so I was super excited for this cleaning I had coming up next. Then (again without showing me my X-rays) i apparently also have a separate filling that needs fixed. I explained that I would likely need to take care of these other items later. The doctor left and the X-ray tech started explaining all the cost and different credit options. I apparently also need a $400 deep cleaning for half my mouth, then come back and drop another $400 for the cleaning of the other side. I asked her if I could get the regular cleaning that I paid for. She said no. I asked again and again. Then she went and got the Doctor. He said that cleanings are just like brushing your teeth. It’s like sweeping the floor. I got up and left as I was starting to get angry. I don’t want their cleaning now as I would not trust them not to damage my teeth. I strongly recommend at the very least showing the X-rays as a reference to any work that needs to be done and giving customers what they paid for (in this case I’m owed 2 regular cleanings).

Experiencia negativa: I am not a happy customer. I had an extraction done today had to have 4 stitches in my mouth after my tooth was roughly removed. I am very tender and in a lot of pain. I asked the dentist if he was going to send me home with pain reliever,he said yes. He prescribed me Tylenol.... Get a Clue Doc. This place sucks and I will never go back. Buyer beware. If you want more pain ,then you should come here.
