Experiencia fantástica: I love this place!! I’ve had a chipped tooth for 9 years and had the opportunity to come and get it fixed. We were seen quick!! The ladies are super sweet and laughed with us. we were shown around and saw how big their rooms and office is, their massage room, the bathrooms, and even the lounge! They looked at my tooth and gave me a run down on my options and even gave me his own personal opinion. They were quick to address any of my concerns and explained that if I had any whitening in the future my fill would change with it, so there wouldn’t be any dramatic differences. I’m super happy with my smile and couldn’t stop looking at myself after. Definitely would come back for future work. The Dr allowed the staff to come see my tooth after it was fixed and they were very interested and happy to learn more. Always happy to see hands on learning especially as a college student myself.

Experiencia negativa: Dentists said my 5 year old needed FOUR crowns and would only do them in silver. After a 2nd opinion, he did not need any crowns AT ALL. This place is out for money. My child also said that they hurt his mouth.

Experiencia negativa: Adding my complaint here since they have decided to fraudulently send me to collections and sold the "debt"... Again quoted very low, started work, EOB from insurance informed me they were not, forced into payment plan to finish work. BAIT AND SWITCH Now I'm having to file a suit with the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) for them to investigate... ORIGINAL FACEBOOK COMPLAINT: DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!!!! I will try to get this out as best as possible. I chose this provider because they had almost nothing but 5 star reviews. However, my experience has been nothing but a 1-star as of lately. I first went in on Feb 7th 2024 for a full consultation as I needed 23 teeth pulled and dentures. My teeth were horrible!! I have UHC with 5k yearly spending so it’s a very good plan. They did my exam and gave me a statement / quote saying the full work would be around $3200, but that sometimes that amount varies by a few hundred. Okay no big deal Fast forward to the appointment. I had to wait until April 2nd due to saving up the money. I go in and pay my $50 deductible, and the estimated cost of $2500 for the work being done that day. Well, everything goes well outside normal issues with teeth removal, and I go home. 2 Weeks later I get the EOB from insurance informing me that they are NOT in network as they told me several times they were and that my cost was already 5k + for only half the work being done. I call in as it must be a mistake and I’m told that there has to be an issue that the Dentist will call UHC and find out why they are no longer in network and get it fixed, but in the meantime to keep getting services lets setup a payment arrangement and you can be reimbursed. So, I agreed to 1k monthly thinking this would be resolved. Well May 24th I go get the rest of the work done, and insurance kicks back again and bam another 6k I owe. At this point insurance has paid 4.5k to the provider and the provider is billing me another 12k. 16.5k in and all I’ve had done is 23 teeth pulled and immediate dentures. I still need perm dentures. On top of this, I have been unable to wear my dentures and have been losing weight due to not being able to eat as there are complications I cant get fixed due to the cost….. This is a very clear switch and bait. Quoting 3k and it being over 14k is not a minor quoting mistake. I am now looking into lawyers and know there will be a fight on my hands. Please save yourselves from this trouble.

Answers questions thoroughly, never in a rush, explains in detail, knows me by name - he makes sure you are satisfied. I definitely recommend this dentist office! Experiencia fantástica: I went to this Dentist quite a few years ago when a Dentist in Hobbs, NM. broke my tooth and left my nerve exposed all of this on a Fri. In Hobbs there are no Dentist that are open on the weekends. So we looked for Dentist's further away and found Dr.Chrissorne Rameau. In all my 46 years he is by far the absolute best dental experience I've ever had. Already hurting and in distress, from the time I walked in the door I felt comfort from the reseptionist to seeing him. I'm telling ya he was the most gentle Dentist. You can definitely tell Dr. Chrissorne and his wife Rose( she is also a Dentist) take pride in what they do. I cannot thank them enough. And for anyone who reads this and needs dental care at its greatest, Precious Smiles Denistry is the place to get just that!

I unfortunately drove here from midland under the impression that I’d be able to do a payment plan as stated here on the “services provided”. Just thought that should probably be updated. Regardless, thank for the help and for listening to my concerns!

Both the doctor and the dentist provide excellent care and explain everything clearly. I always go for my cleanings every six months. Oh ! Y También atienden en español.

Experiencia negativa: The first time I was seen Dr Chris was excellent. He had great bed side manner and was very informative. He even tried making conversation asking about my day etc. This was the last time I saw him. His wife continued my cleanings after that. She on the other hand isn’t so welcoming and seems uninterested. She is also very vague when explaining things it makes me feel unsure when leaving the office. I received X-rays and she didn’t bother to go over them with me. I understand that she might have not seen anything serious but if that’s the case explain it to the pt. The dentist and the staff get the job done but do not go above and beyond.

Experiencia negativa: I liked them in the previous years, however this cleaning today was not great. It had been two years since I've come. The office called about two weeks ago, mentioned it's been a while so they made me an appointment. That was it for the conversation. Normal right? Came in, checked in, got to the back. They took xrays. Took about 30min of sitting there, but the lady came and cleaned my teeth. So much gum pain from her cleaning. It was rough, but i thought its been 2 years, maybe thats on me. Was silent the whole time other than asking me to turn my head or relax my jaw. She leaves and an assistant comes in to polish my teeth. Then I'm told I'm done. I NEVER saw the dentist. He never appeared, mentioned my xrays or anything. My very first appointment with them a few years ago he went over in detail my teeth, showed me with a little camera the issues he saw, etc. Was very thorough and great. He did great with my fillings in between. Everything used to be great. I actually looked forward to coming back today. Never saw him today. Definitely did not get the same treatment. I went to the front counter and they asked if I could pay the full balance remaining from Sept 2022?! Why was this not mentioned before!? I obviously got their calls and answered just fine in regards to my cleaning. Why was I JUST hearing of this balance? Why did they not mention it when they made the appointment, on their contact call about insurance, or even on their appointment reminder? Was told I needed to at least pay half before I leave today. Told them I couldn't with literally no notice. She said the dentist wouldn't likely be OK with that and he said they needed half payment today. So he can talk about my bill to the reception but not see me about the xrays they just took or even bother to step into the room?? I paid what I could. But for the dentist to not even see me?? Unacceptable. I used my insurance for this so it counts as my one appointment for this 6 months and I know they're billing it as a full appointment, not just a cleaning. Now I can't go to another dentist to have them see if there were any issues with my teeth. The receptionist said there was no cavities, but what is she going off of?? Did the dentist just look and make a note on my chart or did she just assume there was nothing because he couldn't be bothered to look and make notes?? Very disappointed. It's hard to find a good dentist in this area and I had thought I found one. They were so great the first few times that I can't quite give 1 star, but this visit really soured my view. The assistants were very sweet at least. Might have to search for a new dentist.

Experiencia negativa: They called me a few days before my 6 month regular cleaning to let me know they messed up wanted to reschedule my appointment in another 3 months also after they texted me that they had an opening for me a month earlier I called to confirm but it was just for my cavity filling after I tried to change it for the regular 6 month cleaning they put me on hold and never got back to me,no respect for customers just out for the money

Rose and Chris are both sweet and reassuring , they actually take time too explain the dental procedures which in my experience I never had a dentist do in the past. If you have a fear of dentist like me , they are the best dentists I came across and make sure you are comfortable! Also another thing I always been pushed by other dentists too have procedures I did not need but Chris and rose will not pressure you too do anything unless it is ABSOLUTELY needed ! It maybe took a little while to get called in but it was worth it! I had been seen at different dental clinics and no one couldn’t help me I even went to Lubbock and nothing. ‍♀️ I had given up and so I mentioned it to a friend and she told me about this place and so I went to check it out and they squeezed me in for the next day and they took care of me! I wasn’t happy with him. He wasn’t really nice. I came to Precious Smiles. I’ve been here before, but he couldn’t get me in yesterday. I came today. He is so nice and patient. He did a great job like always. He’s definitely a great dentist along with his staff. He took my pain away. ❤️

I need a dentist today on a sunday for my 10 yr old so she doesn't lose her front two teeth had an accident last night at 9:30 pm and there's no one who can help and her front teeth are severely lose and need to be reposition and splint asap!! I've exhausted all options couldn't even sleep Update Chris saw my daughter and came into the office on a sunday (a closed day) to help my daughter with this emergency!! It indeed was an emergency!! I appreciate his help so much, I must of called 50 dentists from 9:30pm to 11am and he was the ONLY one that called back and wanted to help!! My daughter now has a chance to save her front permanent teeth that were indeed broke under the gums. Our family is forever grateful.

Experiencia negativa: Sad because I love dr Chris but his front desk secretary (Melissa) is anything but helpful. Very rude each and every time you call to try and find out about your co pay or any other questions you may have she is not helpful at all on trying to help you or make you feel comfortable. The dentist can be good all day but your office staff also matters in my opinion! Really hate having to find someone else but would rather not deal with the rudeness or feeling like I can’t get help with the questions I have!

Experiencia fantástica: Was needing a dentist I could get into quickly after my ENT found my sinus issue was due to my teeth. I was able to get in the next day and even have the extractions I needed done that same afternoon. This was the best dentist office I have ever been to. All the staff was great, professional, and very helpful. Dr. Chris and his beautiful wife, Dr. Rose are the best dentist. Dr. Rose has hands from God, gentle, and I never even felt the needle from her deadening me. Both sides. I could have even fell asleep. Dr. Chris is so patient and explains everything before and after the procedure. He also is gifted with his hands. I've had no pain whatsoever after 4 extractions and normal bleeding. I really enjoyed this visit and I was in the greatest hands of people that truly care about you and their work. I will indeed make this place my go to dentist. Thank you all so much for being there. Experiencia negativa: Awful experience went there in hopes of a great experience and my worst nightmare happened. They numbed me up for my procedure (a crown) and then left me for 45min before the dentist ever came in. I told him my concerns and then he blamed me because he said I was on my phone. I was never on the phone talking with anyone the entire time!!! My child was with me and her phone was dead so if you have kids you know who had my phone, my daughter. When you 1st go into a room you know people walk in and out getting things ready. The dentist did walk in behind me at one point and my daughter told me I had received a text so I quickly responded with a 4 word text and handed the phone back to her. That is what the dentist was referring to for me being on the phone and said he didn’t want to be rude and interrupt. He was with other patients the entire time. If you have a hard time going to the dentist I highly don’t recommend this one. I left in tears and my 11 yr old daughter couldn’t even believe how I was treated.

I was a little nervous because I hadn’t been to a dentist in so long and my teeth are in pretty rough shape so I know it’s gonna take some work to get them back to normal. Also, I’m a big baby. I opted for the laughing gas and that made me nervous too because I’ve never had it but once the dentist put that mask on me it was a piece of cake. It was pain free. He had already numbed me and I didn’t even notice when he put the injection. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist in my life. I definitely recommend. Experiencia fantástica: It was a Saturday morning. . . eating fresh cherries while cooking breakfast. WHEN CRACK!! I accidentally bit into the pit and horribly chipped my tooth! I was mortified! I was scheduled to host a birthday at my home later that day. NOOOOO! I quickly rushed to Precious Smiles, because THANK GOD they are OPEN ON SATURDAYS! Dr. Chris and Dr. Rose took such wonderful care of me! Ran X-rays to make sure of the damage, then fixed me right up. NO PAIN or discomfort. My tooth looks like new! I was so incredibly thankful. They are my regular dentists and I always recommend them to everyone. They take the time to explain to you and even SHOW you your teeth. Their staff is always kind and professional. Melissa, the receptionist is great at answering questions on insurance, payments and scheduling. If you are looking for a wonderful team to take care of you and your families teeth PRECIOUS SMILES is the place to go!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Rose and Dr. Chris are two of the amazing dentists. They have treated my daughter for a few years and are wonderful with her. I had a horrible experience almost 30 years ago at another dentist’s office, that and shame kept me from going to a dentist. I finally made an appointment for long overdue dental work. Both, Dr. Rose and Dr. Chris put me at ease and we’re oh so gentle in their work. They never once shamed for for going years without seeing a dentist. Absolutely, hands down, the two best dentist in the Permian Basin!

Experiencia negativa: Receptionist was extremely rude and they still did an x-ray on me knowing I was pregnant. Even though the dentists were friendly the filling done on my husband's tooth has been the worst filling he's gotten and will probably have to redo it. I went here because the reviews and was disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: My only comment is that I found the receptionist was rude because while waiting after 30 minutes for my wife to complete her procedure I was told to just leave for no reason. I know it my sound petty to leave a bad review but when you’ve nothing wrong and get treated bad only because I’m waiting that’s bad for business.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Chris works you into the schedule for emergencies, and takes time to explain all of your options. He doesn’t make you feel judged when you choose the cheapest option. He takes time to get you numb, even with an infection. Definitely my go to for dental work.

They didn’t make me feel bad about the situation when I found out I needed a lot of work done either. It was overwhelming at first but they all took really great care of me from beginning to end and they personally text me to check on me as well. He is the first one that has not had to break the tooth before extracting also. He did a great job. I will be returning to him to work on the rest of my teeth.

Experiencia negativa: Heard great things about this place, however when I called to provide my insurance information prior to my apt the receptionist who answered (Melissa) was very rude and not willing to help me. I expressed to her THREE times that I needed to give her my ID # so I could know my copay or make sure i was covered. She just kept cutting me off and wanting to hang up. She was very unprofessional and needs better people skills.

Experiencia fantástica: We were a walk in so we were expecting to sit a while before the dentist was available. To our surprise we were taken back rather quickly. They were very nice and very informative. My daughter had a little anxiety walking in but despite the circumstances she had a great visit.

Experiencia fantástica: The experience great. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and cleaning. She did the cleaning and he did the extraction. Both are very friendly and professional. Extraction was done before I knew it. Would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at this office are incredibly sweet and helpful. I didn’t have to wait to be seen for a fractured tooth. They were proactive and started services so I could get the extraction done when I need it. They were sensitive to the timing, planned accordingly to my needs and explained everything thoroughly. I was completely impressed at the efficiency of their office and the knowledge of the dentists.

Experiencia positiva: I am upset with the staff at this office. Primarily because they are saying that they did not have the insurance information for my children. When I made the appointment, I asked if they took the insurance I have, they said yes so I assumed they put it down when I scheduled the appointments, they then told me to go to their website to fill out paperwork online, which I did and again it asks for the insurance information which I put on there. I did receive a phone call asking to give them a call back and verify my children’s insurance I didn’t think anything of it because I had already let them know when I made the appointment almost 2 months in advance and when I filled out the paperwork online for them it had all that information as well. I called on a Friday to verify that everything was OK they let me know if there was no insurance on file and that the insurance is closed already and not open Saturdays so they can’t get benefits, granted it was at 4:45 when I called, but insurance departments don’t close until five so they had 15 minutes to call and get benefits. They told me I Would have to pay for my children exams. My issue is if you saw that you didn’t have insurance on my children and I told you that there was insurance why would you not give me a courtesy call and let me know. Now they don’t have any more appointments to accommodate my work schedule when I made this appointment 2months in advance. It is irritating because my other son saw the dentist 3 weeks ago with the same insurance and the dentist himself was great caring very informative and my son had a good dental experience. In my opinion the office staff dropped the ball on this issue when my insurance information was completed on the new patient paperwork that I filled out online. When I brought my other son in for his visit the front office lady did not ask me for my insurance because everything was filled out on the paperwork that I filled out online at the same time as I filled out the others

Experiencia fantástica: My experience here was really good. Dr. Chris took the time to explain his findings and gave me opinions for future dentistry work. I ended up having my tooth pulled in which Dr. Chris made sure I was completely numb and comfortable going forth into the procedure. I will definitely come back for further work

Experiencia fantástica: Had a wisdom tooth removed and cleaning done here today and I have no complaints. They are very accommodating and very gentle. I felt zero pain during the extraction. Recommend if ever in need of dental work in Odessa/midland area.

Experiencia negativa: Both Dentists are great but Melissa front staff is horrible!. Had my 17 year old head to his appointment while I picked up my other son and she refused to let him see the Dentist. Said I had 5 minutes or she would cancel. When I explained I was headed there with my other son, she said I could just reschedule. I said "cancel both appointments and I'll find another dentist who's office staff isn't as difficult " she said okay. Not my first time dealing with Melissa.

Experiencia negativa: Both Dr. Chris & Dr. Rose are very pleasant & explain the work needed to your teeth very thoroughly. However, I called their office prior to making any appointments to inquire if they are in-network with my dental insurance. I was told yes by the front staff so I proceeded with making an appointment. Both my daughter & I needed work & were given a breakdown of the final payment before services could be rendered. It didn’t sound too bad so I made my payment each visit we had to come. Well 2 months down the line I’m told my insurance didn’t pay as much on my claims as I was initially charged & more money is needed. Now I’m not sure why in West, TX most of these doctors/dentists require payment in full upfront, but I was not about to dish out $853 more on top of what I’ve already been paying with no explanation other than “your insurance didn’t pay as much as we thought.” To me, it sounded like I WAS in fact being charged out of network rates, but none of the front staff would come out & say it. I called my insurance & was advised that yes the doctors are out of network. So for none of that being mentioned even AFTER the claims processed I’m giving 2 stars. I work in healthcare & I know upfront if our facilities are in-network or out of network with an insurance. It’s hard to predict how much exactly will be covered up front, because of deductibles/coinsurances etc so that part I understand. However, once a claim processes most providers can at least tell if it was paid in-network or out of network, even if the staff can’t fully explain the breakdown of it they at least KNOW that part. That being said, I will not be returning to finish the work. As a customer, I don’t appreciate not being told some information up front OR after everything is all said & done. I’ll just wait until I visit Houston where doctors/dentists allow payment plans for visits over $500.

They extracted three teeth. Making sure to keep the procedure as pain free as possible. I am definitely going to return there to have the remaining work done.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a nervous walk in patient with a serious dental issue when I arrived. I was treated almost immediately. A plan of long term treatment was initiated and future plans were explained in terms that I found very easy to understand. The first treatment was absolutely painless and very thorough. I am thankful for the professional service that I received and am looking forward to a successful outcome.
