Experiencia fantástica: I went to Aspen Dental to get an extraction for all teeth. I went and got an extraction of my top teeth yesterday(Friday). I was trembling with fear and anxiety. Ms. Jennifer ensured me I 2qs in good hands. My appt was at 1030 I was toothless up top by 1230. I'm so grateful for Aspen Dental. Thank you to all staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Best customer service ever!!! Called at 8:15 in the morning and talked to Nicole. She set me up with an appointment for the same day at 10:30 because of a broken tooth. Staff professional, cordial and very personable. Explained everything to me as they were doing it. Doctor came in and took time and explained and showed me my problems. Helped find affordable financing and set me and my husband up with upcoming appointments for cleaning and getting a new crown for me. I thanked them repeatedly. I hope my future experiences with this office are just as good as today was.

Experiencia negativa: The experience was awful. They don't listen to your concerns. My appointment wait time was 90 minutes. But they make sure they get your money before you get your dentures. My dentures fit poorly there is no need to go back for a refit because they are going to say the dentures are correct no matter how much pain they are causing you. I have had 5 visits in 2 getting my dentures work on. I still cannot eat with them

Experiencia negativa: apparently...after years of hard work and maintenance, and a continued clean bill of health from my prior dentist of decades (i've relocated and trying to find a new local dentist), Aspen Dental - Roanoke Rapids advised me that pretty much everything that has ever been done to my teeth needs to be redone! HAHAHAHA!...i think not!!! funny thing, they told my wife the same thing about her teeth. They wasted three hours of our time when all i went for was a cleaning. i never even got that. please, trust me, keep looking for a dentist elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give zero stars. I took my daughter, gave my drivers license to the office manager who passed it off to the dental assistant she said. No one has any idea where license went. No one is taking accountability and no one wants to return my calls. It’s crazy to me that a business doesn’t follow some type of protocol. You scan a Id and insurance and give it back. The dental tech who it was given to was so unprofessional and couldn’t even come to me to say anything. Choosing to tell me via someone else I need to contact corporate because it’s nothing they can do about losing my personal identification.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a little nervous about the procedure . The worker that did my procedure was very friendly and informative about what was going on so it made me feel comfortable. I did feel the pressure and a bit of pain. She told me to ask for more numbing gel. It was my choice not to get more. She did an excellent job.

Experiencia negativa: I'm only giving this 2 stars because the staff is indeed polite and friendly. However, I will never recommend this to anyone. I found myself out of town on a Friday afternoon with a broken tooth. I came in hoping for some sort of emergency fix to get me through the weekend. They took a complete set of x-rays, then ushered me to a treatment room, where I listened to them calling patients and making one appointment after another for extractions. The dentist told me the tooth needed to come out. I asked if a crown was not an option and she told me this tooth could not be saved and wanted me to make an appointment for Monday to have this done. They also gave me a quote for the other work they recommended. I didn't make any appointments, since I would be able to see my regular dentist on Monday. Monday morning I spent an hour in my dentist office just trying to get my x-rays transferred. Ten days later, they still had not sent them. My dentist said there was no need to extract that tooth and fitted me with a crown. When i walked into the office this afternoon to try again to get my records transferred, they began printing paper copies of the x-rays. I asked if they were giving me paper copies, the receptionist said "Well, how else would we give them to you?" It should not be this difficult to get patient records transferred to another provider. I have the feeling that their first option in most cases is extraction. I have 0 trust in their care plans.

Experiencia fantástica: They ensured my anxiety was at complete ease, no pain during the emergency wisdom tooth extraction, now I’m recovering fairly easily. Dr Spouh was fast with the extraction and was completely understanding. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything.

Experiencia negativa: I retired from the Army after 33 years of service. I had my teeth examined at least annual while serving. I retired in the spring of 2025. After retiring made an appointment with Aspen Dental at 310 Premier Blvd, Roanoke Rapids NC and was seen on May 15th, 2025. After the examination at Aspen Dental by the dentisty, only about 6 weeks after retiring, I was told that I had 4 cavities which need immediate attention, 2 Composite 2 Surface Posterior, 1 Composite 3 Posterior, and 1 Composite 2 Anterior and 5 other teeth that needed to be "watched" as they were deteriorating, a total of 9 teeth. I believed my teeth were healthy having recently retired from the Army. I denied getting the fillings at Aspen Dental. I went to the Veterans Affairs Dental group on February 4th, 2026 and was told by the dentist there, that my teeth were very healthy and that I have no cavities. I believe that if I had continued with Aspen Dental I would have had 4 teeth unnecessarily ground and filled and potentially 9 ground and filled having damaged healthy teeth. Please draw your own conclusion. I strongly recommend against using Aspen Dental and giving Soldiers and Family members referrals to Aspen Dental.

Experiencia negativa: The staff has always seemed nice and friendly, but I ultimately wasted a lot of time just trying to get my teeth cleaned. At my first appointment, I waited about an hour and a half to two hours before I personally had to reschedule. I gave it another chance, came back for the second appointment, and again waited about an hour before the appointment time and another 30 minutes after. At that point, I decided it was time to go somewhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Implant Day. Greeted by experienced front desk support staff, overseen by Ms.Reagan Walker. After a brief wait escorted to the back by Ms. Hillary the tech who was assisting Dr. Spouh. Hillary covered paperwork thoroughly making sure all i's where dotted and all T's crossed. After this procedures where discussed numbing agents applied and Dr Spouh arrives readdresses process and completes the work professionaly and with care. The doctor was great procedure done with success, minimal pain. Overall service was great.

They got me checked in, pulled that tooth with no complication's. Thank you Aspen for not putting me on a waiting list. I highly recommend Aspen dentist.You saved the day. Went in with severe tooth pain and within roughly 30 minutes they were numbing me to help stop the pain. Wonderful service by wonderful people! Just a side note. Never forget to bring your drivers license or form of ID! That will hold you up for about an hour depending on where you live lol

The day before I called and had an appointment set for the next day at 8am. They assess the situation! Technology is wild these days with the 3D modeling of your teeth. Thanks Takai for that! The rest of the staff was nice. Probably a little more than a hr later the Dentist Mrs Rashmi ran over the consultation info and had my tooth out in like 15-20 minutes!! I’ve never felt so much relief ?!! I was in a kind of pain I did t know existed! It’s like 3–4 days later atm. No pain! No I fection!

Experiencia negativa: Worse dentist office I’ve ever been to. Went because I couldn’t get in with my dentist. They wasn’t even concerned about the tooth that I went in for that was giving me pain. They were worried about everything else and money. Called my dental insurance in front of the lady working front desk and she was given my member id. Instead of her checking she gets up & go sits in someone’s office on the phone. There couldn’t find out if I had insurance or not; they wasn’t trying to help with my tooth. Was there 2 hours. Next day I called to see if they received my insurance & they gonna tell me it’s not active. Even after me facing my eligibility . Put me on hold 30 minutes. They didn’t care about anything but money. Staff was rude the guy who did the x rays was rough with my mouth after I told him numerous times that the right side was giving me pain. Didn’t want to send my x rays over. All I heard was “it’s gonna be this price for this & for that” WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! Needs to be shut down!! Went to another dentist office & they did what they were supposed to & got the job done.

Experiencia negativa: Not trying to be mean but this was just my experience. When the office first opened up in town, the front desk and dental staff was very nice and accommodating. Fast forward 2 years and the office is slowly changing staff. Its a name brand dental office, so people get swicthed out alot. About 3 months ago I needed a filling. I went in, sat down, they started to prep me then disappeared for an HOUR. I had a soggy numbing Q-tip get so gross to the point I had to leave my room to find someone to see what was going on. They were all sitting around talking. I asked them if everything was ok and they kinda rolled thier eyes. I ignored it and they soon came after 20 more minutes. They started, and I started to feel pain. I told them it hurt and they didn't believe me, saying i was being dramatic. They continue to drill and blow cold air into a open cavity. I could feel everything and the dentist working on me kept telling me to stand still and stop laughing. I was nervous laughing to prevent from crying out in pain. I have not been back since. Worst dentist experience of my life. Please reevaluate your staff for customer care.

Experiencia fantástica: We love Aspen dental in Roanoke Rapids. I have several teeth that need to be extracted. The Dentist told me that I need dentures to replace the teeth he will be removing. I told him that I lost my job because of a rare skin disease that I developed in March and That I only have the money for only the extraction. Well because of the Aspin dental team I am having my teeth extracted and dentures. THEY ARE A+ TO ME.

Experiencia positiva: Checkups include a 3d scan of your teeth and gums. I found this visual aid very helpful and educational. I was waiting a while for the hygienist and dentist to see me in the exam room, but the facility was quite busy so I imagine that's normal.

Experiencia positiva: I was greeted immediately by a very friendly receptionist. I didn’t have to wait very long at all when I was called to the back. The Dr. was in the hall so I introduced myself. He was very friendly. TeKai took X-rays and pictures of my teeth and took me to an examination room where the Dr. joined me for an exam. He took an appropriate amount of time discussing my teeth and also laid out a plan to help me. He was very friendly, easy to talk with and to ask questions of. I was then asked to sit in a private area to wait for the office Manager who would be going over a potential plan for me including the cost. It’s a unique experience with state of the art equipment and a smooth flow from one thing to another. I was very pleased with my visit, however, the expense to take care of my mouth is too high especially since I am on a fixed income. Overall, I would rated this practice 4 1/2 stars.

Experiencia negativa: I had a terrible experience with this place I came in because I was in pain they did a consultation n X-rays due to the pricing I was given I applied for financing was approved before I left office Debra told me nothing was set in stone and I now have a 1500 dollar bill n all they did was a consultation n cleaning on left side only that pricing is outrageous I would have never proceeded with a half of a cleaning had I been informed that was the price I was under the impression my insurance was covering that n I still had time to decide how I wanted to proceed next thing I know I check my care credit n I’m being billed I did not come there for a cleaning they resolved none of my issues I’m still in pain n owe them 1500 dollars!! I don’t recommend anyone come here they are severely over charging people
