Aspen Dental - Lehigh Acres, FL

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Lehigh! I went in for a cleaning and was very happy with my visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The cleaning went well, and I appreciated the care and attention they gave me. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend Aspen Dental in Lehigh to anyone looking for a dental office that makes you feel welcome and taken care of!

Experiencia fantástica: When I was little, I had a trauma PR and they went up and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I didn’t feel pain that didn’t feel nothing. Thank youTahima,Dr.ochoa,Nicky For helping me

Experiencia fantástica: Very thorough, kind and helpful! This team earned my trust!

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment for a cleaning with this location. My appointment was rescheduled last minute 3 times. I work for a living so I requested the last appointment of the day, as this is the only time I can come in. They proceeded to schedule me and a day before the appointments they call me to push it out 3 weeks (3 separate times). On the last call, the girl tried to insinuate I didnt have dental insurance, even though she clarified the name of it on the call and I offered to send them a picture of the card. They then proceeded to tell me they dont accept my insurance. A quick look on their website and they show that they accept my insurance. Extremely uneducated and unhelpful staff, please do better.

Experiencia fantástica: I had the most amazing experience at this Aspen Dental Location. The team is exceptional , specially Dayani Hermida , she is a sweetheart , Very comprehensive, compassionate , Professional and helpful ,In reality the best Experience ever . Thank You Aspen Dental team for giving me a chance to recuperate MY SMILE . I am looking forward to my procedure day , and YES ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED 3 of my family members and I will keep talking about my experience . Can’t wait for my Next appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience after not being at a dentist in many years

Experiencia fantástica: Very welcoming ,extra testings on your teeth and gum overall before diagnosis, ways they help you pay for your treatment .

Experiencia fantástica: The people at the Lehigh Acres office are nothing short of wonderful. I was hesitant at first to use Aspen again because my dentist in Titusville left a lot to be desired. ALL of the people I have had contact with in the Lehigh office has made me feel comfortable and heard. All the way down to asking if I wanted a blanket and then not just handing it to me but actually covering me with it. Highly recommend this Aspen!

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant experience each of the girls were experienced, personable, and caring. Dayani and Vivi were so sweet, patient and genuine. Dr. Soto was gentle and very uplifting. Thank you to the staff for all they do.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you to Nicky and Dr.Ochoa for taking good care of me today. They were very nice and made my extraction easy to handle and a great process.

Experiencia negativa: They try to milk you for the little money that you have they sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy and they didn’t even order it when i was supposed to start taking it yes they may “help” financially but they will say you need more work done than what you had planned.

Experiencia fantástica: Good service dentist was awesome you work with me

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was good and everyone was very nice and professional

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service!!!!! Dayani hermida is very helpful and truly go above and beyond! She’s Someone I very much recommend to get service done with. Please ask For Her!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very friendly and informative about my procedure. The doctor did a great job of repairing the tooth that fell out of my denture. I was so grateful to have this repair done the day I was there. Thanks so much!

Experiencia fantástica: If you want to be treated like home, come to Aspen Dental. They are very professional, respectful. This is my second time I come to them and I am very satisfied, so is my husband.

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn't be more pleased! I came in for a new patient appointment postpartum and worried my dental health took a turn due to mental health concerns! Prior to this appointment I came in with my infant and immediately was told due to X-rays I couldn't be seen- NO WORRIES! I was taken back and given a Saturday appointment. The young lady as so kind and squeezed me in ( I can't thank her enough) My hygienist Amir was so kind and so educational and actually took the time to explain what I needed and why! Dental degradation runs in my family so I prioritize my oral health! The office manager Dayani was so so kind. Taking the time to explain my treatment plan and get the care I needed. Dr. Patel was very supportive and thorough about my filling. Made sure I was numbed and it took all of 30 mins... I've had fillings take hours. She took 30 mins!! As a new mom I rarely have time for myself! They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed for myself! The ENTIRE STAFF was warm, attentive and efficient! I'm so glad I decided to come in and get a second opinion and my annual done!

Experiencia fantástica: After 60 years, yes 60 my dentures are on the bottom broke. I was a bit leery about having a new set because the ones I had never had a problem ever. From the minute, I walked in the staff was friendly. I was a fellow in the lab that came into assist. Alexa was friendly, and Alexa herself was amazing.. She came up with the idea of how to fix my teeth so they would feel comfortable as the old. I walked out of that place very very satisfied. Alexa herself deserves a raise or promotion both. Thank you all for treating me so kindly and making me happy.

Experiencia fantástica: All the staff are caring, friendly and really awesome. They made both my appointments smooth. My Hygienist (sorry I forgot his name) and Dr. Patel Who did my filling was so accommodating .They let me stay in my powerchair while they we're working on my teeth. Thank you so much

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience in my life. This place is a total scam with sales people playing the roll of medical care givers. I have perfect teeth. 46 years old never a single cavity. They lied and told me that I had to cavities and severe gum disease. They attempted to sell me 1000$s of dollars of services and treatments. My fiance who went there had a Spanish last name and because they thought she could speak Spanish she had her entire visit in Spanish even though she can't speak Spanish. She was clueless as to what was happening as was I. I suggest you all Google Aspen dental as I did and see the many class action lawsuits currently going on with Aspen Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: I found the staff to be very capable and extremely friendly. As much as one may dislike going to the dentist these people made it pleasant!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a visit today about my teeth discomfort and They were great ! The staff was amazing and they broke everything down to me. I had no questions leaving my appointment. Thank you so much for being kind and informative. I will be back !

Experiencia fantástica: Very attentive people ! I had a good time experience with everyone that helped me! Dr.Soto was very knowledgeable and kind! She answered all my questions ! Everyone was a great! Dayani helped me at the end to pick a good route for me in my finances! I felt very welcomed and well serviced !

Experiencia fantástica: Everything went smoothly despite how busy they were, and everyone was extremely kind and professional. Dayani, in particular, made the process much quicker by making sure I received everything I needed quickly. She was also very friendly and helpful throughout the experience.

Experiencia negativa: The staff was wonderful however they work for a company which demands a push for sales. I was interested in new dentures only and felt pressured to agree to much more. Had it not been for the high pressure sales I probably would have gotten dentures. My time was wasted on sales pitches. I went to Affordable Dentures and I was very happy.

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment we walked in, I felt at ease. The clinic is spotless, the staff is friendly, and Dr. Soto is both gentle and thorough. She took the time to explain the treatment options and made sure we were comfortable during the entire time. The cleaning was Painless. The entire office is fantastic. They make you feel like family. They’re all about prevention, which is a huge relief. You can tell they care about your health. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my mom in for a dentist appointment. We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Soto, Aspen office located in Lehigh acres. The office staff was incredibly welcoming and got her checked in right away. The facility is spotless, modern, and very calming. Dr. Soto and the dental hygienist were gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which really put me at ease. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dentist in Lehigh Acres.. Thank you, will definitely be going back.

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant and friendly. Very prompt dayani was a pleasure.

Experiencia fantástica: Aspen Dental in Lehigh Acres is my go-to dental clinic for routine exams and anytime I need specialized care. The entire office is so friendly and professional with treatment planning. I had to stop by without an appointment because I cracked my tooth when I was eating lunch and they took me in right away. Dr. Patel is hands down the best dentist I’ve come across! She takes her time explaining what she’s doing during the procedures and she saved my tooth instead of extracting it right away. I felt extremely comfortable from the moment I sat in the chair to the moment I left. Dr. Patel, you’re a life saver! 10/10 clinic, highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: There was a lady there called Mia very nice and polite went beyond her job she deserves a raise

Experiencia fantástica: Nia was absolute sweet and my hygienist and Dr.S were extremely kind and answered all my questions.

Experiencia fantástica: Probably the best dentist really friendly staff and good energy everyone was amazing compared to other places we have been will be only location we will attend recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was friendly...And Nikki up in the front got me financing to complete my treatment. Thank you Team!!

Experiencia fantástica: Called several dentist offices for an emergency extraction. Finally decided to call Aspen and got me right in. My procrastination in calling was price. They accept insurance and from the first time I stepped in the door I felt comfortable. Everyone I saw that day was extremely professional & non judgmental. I was so scared because of a very bad experience I had a few years ago. Yes it’s a bit expensive (maybe) but what isn’t. To summarize-go to Aspen on Lee Blvd. And you will be treated with respect & empathy. I will be returning for further treatment. I no longer have fear of going to get dental treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great visit. I knew I would need multiple visits but with demanding travel schedule, I also knew it would be a challenge. The team here worked with me to get everything set up and scheduled as needed. Incredibly efficient but also personalized. Every interaction from the desk, to Amaury the hygienist, Nia the Assistant, Dr. Patel and Nicki with billing. Great work and I’m looking forward to going back.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, caring, and very efficient team. The clinic is clean, modern, and they make you feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: My first time visit at Aspen in Lehigh Acres was Great! Dr. Patel, Nia, Nicky, Tahimi were all very pleasant and professional. Bringing the whole family here ! Thank you for your service and all you do.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is always so welcoming and friendly Dr. Amari is great to work with and very gentle. Love his feed back every visit. Thanks Aspen Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and helpful. Overall pleasant experience

Experiencia fantástica: I usually get really anxious going to the dentist, but after going to Aspen Dental in Lehigh several times I can say that I no longer feel that way. I always have the best experiences here. Everyone is so kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walk in. The office is clean, calming, and ran on time, which I really appreciated.

Experiencia fantástica: Letty and Nikki Amazing.. My fear of the Dentist is gone because of this place. Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice, understandable & affordable! Can’t wait to come back again

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was nice but Nia and Dr. Patel were so good during my visit . Helped a lot when I couldn't catch my breath.

Experiencia fantástica: First time visit took an hour to be seen but they were super busy, HOWEVER, I was seen quickly and taken care of during my second visit. Loved Dr. Patel and Vivi for their excellent service. Made me WAYYYYY LESS NERVOUS when they were humming!

Experiencia fantástica: They were all very kind and the waiting room was very welcoming and clean ☺️

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was super kind and clear. The facility was clean and spacious. TVs available to watch to keep you relaxed. I had a good experience which isn’t always the case at the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a really great experience at Aspen Dental in Lehigh Acres. From the moment I walked in, everything felt organized and efficient. I was seen by Emily, and she was honestly amazing, super friendly, quick, and very helpful throughout the entire visit. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and kept things moving without making me feel rushed. It’s not always easy to find a dental office where you feel both cared for and in good hands, but this was definitely one of those places. I would absolutely recommend this location.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here is really nice I love this location everyone is really kind and friendly and very professional in explaining everything.

Experiencia fantástica: Tahimi was amazing!!! She helped me out with all my needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Just had my first appointment and was a new patient, with Aspen Dental and it was great. Everyone was patient, thorough and gentle. I expected a lecture as it's been so long since my last dental visit, but instead I received words of encouragement and suggestions on my options . Dr. Patel was sweet and very understanding . The best part was no high pressured upsell. I will be referring to my family and friends! Thank you Aspen Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Been coming to this location for almost a year now and always end up happy with my results. Letty did my last cleaning and she was amazing. Highly recommend. Will be coming back every six months!!

Experiencia fantástica: I feel very good about my first visit to Aspen dental

Experiencia fantástica: I was happy with my visit 4/27/26. I was treated with respect. The doctor explained about my care

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing staff!! Very helpful and thorough explanation of treatment. Everyone there is very personable and professional. Various financial payment plans. Highly recommend <3

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. This was nothing like a typical dentist visit. I specifically scheduled my appointment for a cleaning, but after arriving, I was told they do not perform cleanings the same day as the exam. I’ve never experienced that before at any other dental office, and it was not clearly communicated ahead of time. I ended up spending about two hours there for an exam that felt like a waste of time. The dentist was unable to identify the source of my tooth pain, which was frustrating, especially since it’s already on my treatment plan with my regular dentist. I only switched to this office to avoid driving all the way to Miami, but unfortunately, it was not worth it. On top of that, I was told I needed a “deep cleaning” that would cost around $1,000. I go to the dentist regularly, so I seriously question whether that was necessary. The one time I previously needed a deep cleaning, it was nowhere near that cost, and I have the same insurance. Overall, I would not return to this office and would not recommend it to others.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great visit with Aspen my name is Christa! They were so patient and kind! During my procedure they did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and safe! I walked out of the office after my procedure with a full set of new teeth! And I have to say honestly my pain level is very minimum! Thank you everyone who helped me get my smile back!!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing staff! Great group of people that genuinely look out for their patients. And do equally great work! Will be back soon.

Experiencia fantástica: I don't care what you have heard, GO SEE THE AMAZING PEOPLE AT ASPEN DENTAL IN LEHIGH!!!! Everyone we have come in contact with has been SO AMAZING!!! Especially Nicky!!! The dr there and the hygienist!!!! They're all understanding and there to help, go check them out!!!! Thank you so much Aspen for taking great care of my son!!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: They were very nice people. They treated you really, really good.

Experiencia negativa: This review is for Aspen dental in general, very unreliable service, my insurance have them listed as "providers" for all ages. I called and set up an appointment, and they scheduled my daughter. Right before the appt. I get a text from the dental office, letting me know that they appt had been cancelled because their doctor doesn't see patients under the age of 16. Ok, that's fine, I called them to reschedule, and again, the clueless scheduling department apologized for the inconvenience and now rescheduled my daughter for a a different office in Ft. Myers. The day of the appt arrived, I had to be there with my daughter at 8 am, but at 7:10 am. They again text me to cancel the appointment because the other doct6they have in that new office also don't see patients under the age of 16. This is ok, but the simple fact that the scheduling department is clueless about all of this, and that they keep trying to reschedule my daughter for new offices is very unprofessional. I was planning on going there because my insurance have them listed as providers, but now I'll just find a new provider for my daughter and the entire family.

Experiencia fantástica: Xray tech very compassionate Hygienist was very personable. Made me very comfortable Dr. Adam's has great bedside mannerism. Will follow up on next appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was professional and very kind. I felt very comfortable. Joyce Sroka

Experiencia positiva: They were all really nice, which is good considering they wanted almost 1700 to pull one tooth . They gave me a "discount" by taking the 300+ xray off then another 400 off because I was about to walk out. I guess I understand they "have" to do a bone graft. Idk so if you dont get ripped off already paying dental insurance prepare to pay 1000 to pull a tooth if your lucky. This isn't anything to do with the employees, they were great.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing group of people!!!! Everyone is so very friendly and tries to make you feel comfortable, from asking if you want some water or a blanket if you are chilly. I highly recommend coming here!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this dental clinic 100%. The personnel was very patient, caring and with a lot of patience. They did four extractions and it was done perfectly. They explained everything before and after and the procedure came out perfect. Very pleased and happy with going with them.

Experiencia fantástica: They were very personable. They were VERY thorough, the cost that I was quoted was an AMAZING amount less than the 2 other specialist that I had seen. Hands down I am overjoyed with the quoted amount. I would at this time tell any of my family or friends to go to ASPEN DENTAL.

Experiencia fantástica: Techs excellent. Dr. Perez above average. Humble. Smart. Thinks of patients only. That's a fantastic dr. WHEN IN DOUBT SHE SENDS YOU TO A ORAL SURGEON. Sincerely JANET

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience with everybody in this office! I felt so welcomed and every step was consulted with me. Definitely a 10/10.

Experiencia fantástica: Great personnel very fine people they all did a good job

Experiencia fantástica: My adult daughter is special needs. I couldn't have had asked for better service. I feel confident in their services & kindness in working with us. Thank you so much❤️

Experiencia negativa: Super expensive! Just for arriving on time for my appointment, they rescheduled it for later or another day. The receptionists told me I needed to fill out some documents, which I completed in 5 minutes. What was the reason for rescheduling, just for 5 minutes? My appointment was at 1:45 pm, I arrived right on time, and the new appointment was at 4:30 pm. I think it was a huge overreaction.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Customer Service , great communication and their time management is on point . Im someone who takes going to the dentist very serious and Im glad i chose this office to take over my treatment & they have great financial options !

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Perez and Nia was very professional so far every one makes your office comfortable to visit I would recommend this office to everyone

Experiencia fantástica: Tahimi is very patient and understanding when it comes to my specific dental needs. Every staff member I have interacted with has been friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Other than needing to get smaller and more comfortable X-ray "bites". the entire rest was perfect! Everyone working there were friendly and good humored. The overall experience was awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: The lady who did my teeth cleaning was very nice, as she had great communication skills with a bright smile. Moreover, the people at Aspen Dental are reasonable and can work with your schedule when it feels inconvenient, offering a suitable date within your means. I've just started going there, and from what I can see, at least to my knowledge, the prices aren't too outrageous. Maybe I haven't undergone a major procedure yet that requires an overly high price. But so far they great, great customer service I highly recommend you come here and see for yourself

Experiencia positiva: If I’m being honest the wait time is a little long and is more expensive than other practices however in my opinion it’s worth it I absolutely loved Dr. Patel she was so sweet and very talkative with me she made me feel really safe and her assistant Viví is amazing I adore her. She also was such a vibe she didn’t make the environment feel like it was a clinic she made me feel like if I was a long time friend. I will definitely be back because of them, they were truly amazing. I was there for 4 hours because I had quite a few cavities and a deep clean but it honestly went by so fast because the girls would engage with me and made me feel at home!

Experiencia fantástica: Letty, whom I really enjoy talking to and is a great hygenist did my teeth cleaning, ketia out on the fluoride and Dr. mark polished a tooth that was irritating my cheek. They were all very personable, friendly and professional. They took really great care of me.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. The environment was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and took the time to explain things clearly. Overall, a very positive experience—I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care . Emily and Dayani are the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you to (DR.patel, DR.Soto, ana Nia) for do a 10/10 job a letting me play epic the musical I think it made it ten times better

Experiencia fantástica: Great visit I was listened to and I was helped way beyond what I expected. And Adriana sierra helped me so so much she understood my financial situation and help me work out a payment plan that fits my budget shs stayed a hour and a half after closing to help me and I couldn’t be more greatful

Experiencia fantástica: I'm nervous at the dentist but everyone here is so awesome. Nia was such a comfort while I was having fillings done and all the doctors are so professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Came in a couple weeks ago with an achy tooth as a new patient the dental assistant Nia was so kind and funny made all my nerves go away after years without going to the dentist. Dr.Marc was very informative mentioned I needed filling they attended me the same day treatment! days later pain went away. Staff is very friendly office and holiday friendly I would recommend this place to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: This people are the best I have been to a dental office they really take care of you in need. Come and meet the staff every one is great and good care you are in good hands. Is been 10 or more years I been seeing them they are like family. You will not regret coming here.
