Experiencia fantástica: So I was a walk in emergency. Never been to an Aspen Dental before. I was greeted at the reception with a smile and a willingness to help (unlike a lot of offices that claim to be walk ins that greet you with an annoyed look). Very short wait. They did a very thorough exam/assessment and discovered a fractured tooth that was causing my pain. They laid out the possible scenarios. They succeeded in saving the tooth without extraction and costly implant. A root canal and temporary crown was done the same day and at a very reasonable price. I have to say one of the things that impressed me the most was how friendly and caring everybody was in the office. I will definitely be back for further work.

Experiencia fantástica: The whole office was great from office staff right to the dentist and here hygienist they got me right in found the problems by doing a thorough exam and got me in the next day and then got me in for a cleaning that day as well after dentist recommended it.

Experiencia negativa: Unprofessional over the phone and make sure to ask how much every thing is going to be bc even if they are "in plan" with your insurance, the doesnt mean they wont try to charge you 150$ for an x-ray. Un real. Just keep driving there's 5 other places in the area.

Conner the office lead is such a sweetheart and easy and fun to talk to. They also look at every financial way possible to have you be able to afford it on any income. I would recommend them to everyone and will be to all family and friends.

They get straight to imaging and reviewing your personal needs and what your options are. I had the pleasure of going over the financing options with Elijah in the Riverhead office. He was very helpful and so nice. He was easy to talk to, which makes financial decisions a little easier.

Experiencia negativa: Felt like this was more of a business transaction. Wanted to get a simple cleaning and was told I needed over 20k in dental work and I couldn’t get a cleaning for less than $2,000. The estimate wasn’t broken down by item. They wanted to replace all of my crowns and add some. I basically said I wasn’t expecting to pay thousands for a cleaning and that I just wanted a regular cleaning the office manager told me well you don’t have healthy gums so you can’t get that. No where is a fee schedule you just blindly are supposed to pay for unnecessary dental work. Definitely felt like a scam.

The person at the desk & dentist has a major attitude of being so annoyed to have to do their job. Even on the phone they sighs you can practically hear their roll. Maybe just that office. I recommend pick another dentist.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give them zero stars, I would. We had a bad experience the first time, but decided to give them another shot. Absolutely awful experience. Had one of our children there for over three hours for two fillings. None of the staff talk to each other and know their office policies. They all tell you different information and then expect you to sign blank forms. Absolutely unprofessional we will never be back. If you’re considering using this practice go somewhere else and don’t look back!

The staff was great the dentist was so pleasant. My denture got repaired and I will be getting a new upper denture in the very near future. Very nice office and staff.

Experiencia negativa: Beware of bait-and-switch pricing Aspen Dental advertises low prices online, but when you go in for a consultation, the actual costs are much higher. Based on their website, we expected to spend around $1,500, but the quote we received was over $7,000. When we questioned the difference, we were told that the website pricing “doesn’t apply in our area.” There was no mention of any regional restrictions or pricing differences anywhere on their website. They also charged a consultation fee that was never disclosed upfront. Overall, the experience felt misleading and not transparent. I’d recommend asking for a written quote in advance and confirming any hidden fees before scheduling an appointment.

Chantel explained everything in detail when it came to pricing & V was so kind. Last but not least, Dr Rojas was top knotch! Patient, gentle & kind. Thank you for your kindness. The one drawback for me was while all their suggested procedures seemed appropriate, there was no discussion of whether they were needed, whether there were alternatives, whether there were down sides or risks, whether waiting and seeing was a viable option, etc.

Experiencia fantástica: We needed emergency repair of a relative’s dentures and we got a day-of appointment. Dr Patina and everyone at Aspen Dental in Riverhead were simply the best!! Our relative has cognitive issues and everyone was incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive. The work they did was outstanding and very reasonably priced. Great facility and great practice!
