Literally no one there knows how to do their job appropriately. They signed up for one job, but try to play another job. Do not I mean do not take your children. Here you would be better off taking them to the vet.

Experiencia negativa: The dentist was rude! I’ve been trying to get my teeth pulled for 6 months now. They keep saying they don’t have the results from pre op testing and my pcp medically approved me. They want to see the work so my dr office sent it to them 3 times and they keep saying it was never sent I was on the phone with my pcp when she sent it to them! I was told after they get the results they will call me . That was last Thursday and today is Tuesday and still no call! I could have had my dentures by now. I’m goin somewhere else where they know what the hell they’re doing!

My son is on the Autism Spectrum and has some special needs related to that, ADHD, and Anxiety. They made him feel welcome and comfortable from his first appointment on. We always recommend French Creek Dental to anyone in need of services from cleaning to getting dentures. We love them!

Experiencia fantástica: I had one of my lower wisdom teeth extracted today and I give French Creek Dental Group of Butler a big thumbs up. The staff was fantastic. Everyone there was extremely professional, friendly and attentive to my needs. Dr Jason Julius did a great job, and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly and painlessly the tooth was removed. The after care instructions were explained well and then he personally followed up with me a few hours after it was removed to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend Dr Julius and his team for your dental needs. Thank you again for doing such a great job today.

Experiencia negativa: The dentist seemed arrogant. The girls were all very nice. My only issue is with the actual dentist. He never stated his name, didn't believe anything I told him, and was very rude about me having a child. The girls were awesome, the one with me played with my son and continuously complimented how cute he was. I appreciate her. The dentist also seemed very rushed. I believe he should hire another dentist and work with his patients rather than rushing in and out and not taking the time to properly take care of his patients.

I fell off of my second floor and had 3 totally unavoidable cancelations and they had to go to protocol and would not make an acception and I how to start the proceedings for the dental work I needed from the beginning even though I was able to give them absolute proof it would be on my control they said they could not make exceptions. What a bunch of bull they could have they just chose not to. How in human will people continue to get. I would not recommend this place to anybody

My 5 yo son had some work done at a different dentist office and ended up with an abscess/infection and they couldn’t schedule him for over 2 1/2 months to have it taken care of. I called French Creek and they got him in for an exam the next morning and had him scheduled to take care of his issues in a week and a half. From the administrative staff to the clinical staff everyone was absolutely wonderful. It truly felt like each person we interacted with actually cared! We were so well informed at each step of the process and the work they did was thorough. I’m so thankful God brought us to this office. Thank you French Creek Dental!

Experiencia negativa: Not even worth the one star. Wanted to do unnecessary work to not only me but my kids as well. Didn’t want to do it step by step wanted to do it all at once and schedule things my insurance wouldn’t even dream of covering wouldn’t allow us to continue without it. Insisted I sent my non verbal autistic child to the room alone without me would not accept anything but. Left and never looked back. Horrible office. Won’t even prescribe antibiotics.

Experiencia negativa: I have never been to a dental office that somehow managed to do more damage to the teeth than when we came in. My husband had a tooth put in backwards, work that I paid $1800 for out of pocket has fallen out of my daughter's mouth repeatedly along with work another dentist had to fix and I just came home to ANOTHER piece of dental work broken off / out for her. I was prepped for a root canal when I explicitly said no root canal which led to having to fill it in as a cavity causing all kinds of issues, I had a dental assistant straight argue with me (and shame my daughter) that work wasn't done (when it was, it's documented).. The list literally goes on. The only good thing about that office is some of the women who work there are cool. Cannot recommend enough that you don't get work done here.

I have taken him to other dentists and they work with him in his reclining wheelchair. This is not the way to treat the physically challenged.

Proof of these appointments being canceled upon finally getting an appointment. They realized my dentures are so far gone they can’t help. They were refusing to help actually told me to leave or they were calling the cops Aspen Dental. Has been so helpful during this three year nightmare with French Creek Dental Will not take responsibility for what their office did placed blame on me. How do I cancel my appointments and reschedule them they scheduled me for an appointment last month. I went there and the office was closed. They schedule people on days. The office isn’t even open if they’re not doing dental work behind those doors what are they doing? Absolutely no dental help from them. Just stress and neglect now I can’t even get implants as planned because all my bone graft has been broke down due to having dentures that don’t fit and being neglected to have readjustment please spare yourself the time and stress go to Aspen.

"Child is being taken for regular checkups and cleanings, but not bringing said child back for the work that needs done" the reply "said child already had one of the procedures done" "Said Child was in the hospital for a week on oxygen!" Did they ever consider an emergency or maybe they decided to go elsewhere and get another opinion? I mean the reviews speak VOLUMES! Multiple people have gotten second opinions and didn't need they work French Creek Wanted! Sad world we live in......People only see $$$$$. The Dental Assistant is their only saving grace! She was wonderful!

Experiencia negativa: Had fillings done and my whole mouth hurt for a while. I went in and the girl that took my back was extremely rude. She had an attitude with me from the time she opened the door to me and my son about there policy. They were trying to get me to leave my 5 year old in the waiting room by himself. I obviously refused and went back to her room then she accused me of yelling at her and I wasn’t I was just telling her what was wrong. She tried to kick me out. I didn’t leave until I was seen. The dr was rude to me after that he filed my tooth down gave me a referral and kicked me out the door. I would go anywhere else. How unprofessional can you get! Then they send me a dismissal form for my behavior this place is a joke.

If you are professional these people are professional back. Be early, they are early. That's the end of my 3rd appointment. I'm getting full dentures. I have quit a process to go. Experiencia negativa: Tldr: Ruined my teeth, immense pain after minor procedure, do not go here. Bad business. They care about money and thats it. They seem hospitable and caring, but rushed me through paying as soon as they could. My biggest issue is how they stated i had multiple teeth that needed work on (would be 2 visits after checkup) and then proceeded to absolutely BUTCHER my teeth. Since the minor procedure, i had immense tooth/gum pain immediately that lasted months and was told “its routine, it should not last long.” This has not ended and it has been sensitive to chew on my bottom right teeth (where the very minor operation occurred), recently the teeth they operated on have started chipping/breaking and now I have to see another dentist. Do no go here. Find somewhere else. Edit: Tooth became impacted because of them, i have to have two of my teeth removed not just one because they “did the filling too close to the nerve” according to my other dentist. Also my other filling fell off that they did. Still do not recommend, find somewhere else

I just had my biannual checkup, and discussed what looked like a potential cavity, which was confirmed, and they were able to schedule me for a filling 2 weeks out, even though regular cleanings are backed up 10 months. I appreciate the staff's energy and warmth so much as an autistic adult with anxiety. Thank you for all your excellent work, and for helping me keep my teeth as healthy as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: Seriously i haven’t seen a GOOD dentist who cares and doesn’t judge in 3+ years. Recently moved here and was super nervous but they are super professional and quite amazing and made me feel better about my teeth.

Experiencia positiva: Dr and staff were very nice, wait was very long though especially for a small child. Was asked to arrive to appointment a half an hour early to fill out paperwork and wasn't seen until half an hour after the scheduled appointment. So one hour in a small waiting room with a very young child. Again staff were pleasant and very polite. Parking lot is also small made finding parking difficult.

I came to them in so much pain & I had tooth decay in one of my bottom teeth & instead of pulling they filled it and it has been hurting since.. they never fixed the problem i originally came for.. then they harassed me for months to come back then when i called and left a message regarding my concerns the calls stopped. it’s all about money to them

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely terrible!!! Waited over 1 hour for a 5 minute appointment. They said I need a deep cleaning that wasn’t covered under insurance last year and cost me $300. Now a year later they want me to have another deep cleaning “most likely out of pocket again”and won’t schedule my filling until insurance denies the deep cleaning. Long story short I’m going to have to pay out of pocket for a deep cleaning before I can have my filling done that is covered by insurance.

Experiencia fantástica: Broke a tooth on Saturday & called as a brand new patient at 8am Monday morning. They got me in that day & everyone I encountered was amazing. As someone who has a great deal of anxiety about seeing a dentist because I’ve had so many bad experiences in the past, I feel 100% comfortable with returning for my follow up appointments. They promised full transparency on my out of pocket costs before we do any more work & I’ve never experienced that in the 30 years that I’ve been paying for my own dental bills.

Experiencia fantástica: I've had to have several cavities filled by Dr. Wyatt and I would highly recommend him and this dentist office. He's quick, honest and kind. The dental hygienist also spent extra time helping remove a stain on one of my front teeth which has been a huge relief after years of feeling self conscious about it.

Experiencia negativa: Please do not go here, they gave me fillings and I’ve been in the worst pain of my life for the last three months. I have to now go to a real dentist to fix what they’ve done. I will be reporting to the dental association. I don’t know how you guys stay open.! Update! Went to a awesome dentist today, this place drilled to my nerve of my tooth and that’s the pain I’ve been feeling, I also got a serve sinus infection shortly after the filling accompanied by the worst pain in the tooth. Long story short I received an Abscess at my tooth root and now need a root canal. I’m thankful that I’ll be okay but the amount of pain and the money I have to pay to have it fix breaks my heart. Allot more things I could say about this place so please don’t go here. I’m hoping the dental broad will shut them down because as I read current reviews I’m not the only victim.

Leaves and mud all over the floor the waiting room seats have stains all over them and it smells like a dive bar. It’s really gross being that it’s a dental office. Experiencia positiva: I got my wisdom teeth removed today by Dr. Kelly, and besides for a pretty long wait, my experience was exceptional. It was busy in the office, and that could very well have been why my wait was long. Everyone in the room with me was kind and made sure all of my questions were answered. I felt very safe and comfortable during my procedure as well. I had a lot of anxiety going into the procedure, but I am so happy to say that my experience wasn’t traumatic in the slightest. They have a very good team here, and I appreciate their kindness :)

Experiencia negativa: They are allowed to mess up your appointment times and days, and then also cancel them last minute…but don’t you dare inconvenience them. Minor procedures cause major pain. They ask you to be there 15 mins early, and make you wait 50 to be seen. There is never any parking and usually no seating in the waiting room. They don’t make it clear that they split up what you need done into SO many appts. Me along with many others specifically scheduled a simple cleaning, only to show up and find out they just want to do x rays for the first appt..then schedule another for cleaning, then ANOTHER for fillings. So if you have kids, you’re looking at so many different appts for you and them. They do little fillings at once to have you come back. They try to suck more money out of you however they can, and it’s working. They said my teeth were great, my next appt they say they’re all terrible and I’ll need to pay out of pocket to have root canals. After seeing other reviews, i discovered they do this often!! Even with kids, pulling and messing with teeth that are fine. When I first came here I thought everyone was super friendly and helpful, but that changed quick. The only positive comment I have is how friendly and non judgmental the male dentist is, and a few of the assistants. They need to get their shit together, stay organized, and hire new staff.

Experiencia negativa: Missed the first time because I got lost not finding the castle shaped house, and my GPS brought me to where I couldn’t turn left so I called & told them I got lost and they said we had to reschedule. Drove 35-40 min from near Barkeyville the next appointment to be told we canceled because you didn’t answer our text confirming. Why do I have to confirm a million times for every appointment rather than show up which is every other type of practice’s procedure? It’s inconvenient & a pain. Nobody else does that. So a 35-40 min drive & they cancelled causing miss #2, them. So I received a work related call sadly I couldn’t not take. I call them, said my apologies I may be 15-20 minutes late, asked if I should try and make it or reschedule. I’m being honest with all of this, this 3rd time was my fault. So the desk person says, this will be your 3rd miss, we’ll have to cancel you. My appointment was 2:00, she then asked “What time will you make it?”, I told her 2:15 or 2:20. She said to come anyways because she didn’t want to cancel me as a patient. I arrive between 2:15-2:20 the TIME I SAID. The lady says nope, it’s too late, we have to cancel you as a patient. I arrived when I told them I would, and drove AGAIN another 35-40 min coming from near Barkeyville. Why did they even tell me to come? So twice they made me drive 35-40 minutes first canceling for not confirming the appointment I made already, they text you to death as if you don’t get a trillion political texts, or when no other doctor, or dentist does this, “We’ll cancel if you don’t confirm the appointment you already made, even when you never canceled.” When a newer patient counting not finding a house on busy Main St. was ridiculous, then cancelling bc I didn’t answer a text when no place my entire life has done this is ridiculous. Then, I get a call, email, and two texts yesterday & today obsessively to confirm my son’s appointment after they already said you missed too much to me. Why would I bring him after treated the way I was? Why are you this disorganized knowing what you did to me just days back? But organized to cancel people’s appointments they never canceled?!? I should send a bill for gas money driving near 40 min twice.Even if you never said you weren’t coming, be sure to answer their annoying texts & calls everyone!! Had to add, you sit a long time there every time, but like those dentists or docs that do that, if you’re over ten min late they cancel, but your time doesn’t matter! You can sit forever.

My little 4yr old went in for a cleaning and found that she has a few cavities, staff was just amazing and made her feel so comfortable, I highly recommend, they were professional and extremely friendly it was great to see that they loved their job! After having an AWFUL experience at another office, coming here was such a refreshing experience. Experiencia negativa: Do not take your children or adults with special needs to this dentist. They do not allow caregivers or parents to be back with special needs or nonverbal patients. Their policies for special needs at best are negligent and completely unsafe.

Experiencia fantástica: I have severe anxiety. The lady in the office (who’s name I didn’t even get ) sat with me the entire time, talked to me to ease my nerves and even gave me a stress ball when my tooth was being pulled. She went above and beyond and I’m forever grateful.

Experiencia negativa: Out of the options here in butler, this is my favorite. EDIT: WAS my favorite. Key word, WAS. I loved this place, had been going a while. I recently had an appointment but am covid positive so called to reschedule. Which was then informed I can’t be seen here again because I have rescheduled an appointment more than 3 times. No call no show is one thing. But I rescheduled every time, in the appropriate amount of time. I don’t see how rescheduling appointments is not an option? Especially when one is positive covid! Next time I’ll be sure to keep my appointment and just get everyone sick! :))

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience. I set up both me and my kids to have an appointment for cleanings. I took the time off work to go there only to find out they only wanted to do X-Rays, and then they would schedule a cleaning. This would have been repeated for both my children too, only they would have been pulled out of school 2 times for just the goal of a cleaning. I was very specific at the time of my appointment set up that cleanings were the goal, had they told me this process I would never have booked an appointment. What a shame that they are this inconsiderate of peoples work and school schedules.

Experiencia fantástica: I've had nothing but great experience with them, I have trouble pronouncing my dentist's last name, but I call him by his first name Wyatt, when I got my tooth extracted this past Friday, the nurse, and Wyatt made me feel less scared and less nervous, because I was scared and nervous and crying but they both were so awesome at making me feel better, they were telling me what all they were doing, step by step, what tools they were using what was going to happen during the procedure. All staff members are so helpful, kind, caring, compassionate, not rude, they answer all questions you ask. It's an extremely awesome dental practice. That is why I gave them five stars, and they came highly recommended. Amber Hedglin

Experiencia negativa: My kids had an appointment for March of 2023. That morning, the office called me to tell me the dr had called off that day and they’d have to reschedule the appointments. I said ok, when can we get in? She said June of 2024!!!!!!!! (Which August 2024 would be 2 whole years since their last cleaning) anyway, I take the appointment- come in yesterday with my kids- they call my *just turned* 6 year old daughter back, I go to go back with her, they say- “oh we’re just gonna get her X-rays done then we’ll call you back!” I said ok- waited for a little bit then went to go ask if I could go back to be on the room with her- they say “oh it’s patients only but we’ll call you back when the dentist is ready to see her” I said, “no I’m not comfortable with that and I was able to go back the last time we were here, I would like to go back and sit in the room with her please”. They said “uhhhhhh, let me go check” and then basically had me standing at the window for another 5 minutes while they finished the cleaning before I could get back there. They let me go back after it was done where the dentist barely looked in her mouth- and I told them (the dentist and hygienist both) that I wasn’t comfortable with not being in the room with her during the cleaning and that nobody had made me aware of the “policy”. They just stared at me dumbfounded and didn’t know what to say except for “well if they’re 4 and under the parent can accompany the child”. Here’s the thing- I don’t care if 99% of parents are fine with that policy- if there is a parent who isn’t comfortable with their child going back alone, you freaking let the parent go back to be with their child!!!! They somehow didn’t comprehend that concept. Then, when scheduling for the next cleaning appointment- they’re already 10 months out bc “they can’t find anyone to hire”. Well how about you stop taking on new patients if you’re that far behind and take care of the one you’ve got!!! It’s absolutely ridiculous and these kids are the ones suffering because of it! And now I’m actively looking for a new dentist bc these people are COMPLETELY incompetent. 0/5 stars. ⭐️ absolutely would not recommend going there!!!!! Save yourself the hassle.

Experiencia fantástica: The butler office is amazing, got my child in, in a timely manner, even with my child being upset and scared the anesthesia guy worked with me to get the IV in and got the process over quickly, would 100% recommend this dental office, the staff and dentist are also very friendly
