Slick comments in Spanish, sighing, raising the voices (blaming it on trying to talk over the child) and when it’s time to leave and you say bye, you will see exactly how they feel about your child.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an evaluation in Dec of 2024 at the Palmetto Bay office for my 14 yr old son to get braces and I am impressed by the professionalism, detailed explanation of the steps of getting him braces and my financial duties as a first time mom who was clueless in the matter. Additionally, the cleanliness of the facility, the friendly staff member and the knowledge of their job is what sold me in coming back here for my son's braces this week where we finally had them out on! Let it be known, this was my second location where I have taken him and they did not tell me they had to remove 8 permanent teeth in one shot like Florida City Dentist/orthodontist in Florida City had advised me. As a mom, I found that to be little shady and weird, and that's when my colleagues from work, my friends from when my children were very little ALL recommended me Main Street! Im so glad I listened and couldn't be more pleased with the staff and the results of his new braces. And I did not have to pull 8 permanent teeth from his mouth. When in doubt, listen to your intutuon and go with an honest and genuine orthodontist like Main Street. I couldn't thank them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: The Baptist Hospital Plaza is under construction for the moment, but still open for business. If your new parking will be at the Dialysis Center adjacent to the building. Park your vehicle-walk towards the Baptist Hospital Plaza building. There will be a gate with the Plaza’s address and an opening within the gate. Take the sidewalk-once to the door push the handicap button and the door will open for you. Walk down the corridor- turn right, and there will be an elevator. Take the elevator to the second floor. It will be Suite 205-directions to get there will be on the wall and you’re on your way to clean teeth and a beautiful smile. Hope these instructions are helpful.
