Experiencia negativa: I took my daughter to this business, and I was told that she had 19 cavities over the next three days. She remained in pain from a simple dental cleaning. We wanted a second opinion so we took her to another well trusted and very reputable dental practice we was told that she only had five cavities.

Experiencia negativa: What a joke! Do not go here, don't waste your time. Told them on the phone I had just had surgery. They took my insurance info and never said a word about charging a consultation fee? What? Have never in my life with 2 forms of Dental been told that! 5th denial of Dental care in MO with 2 forms of insurance. Filing a complaint with my Insurance and the State of MO. YOU LET SOMEONE DRIVE THERE RIGHT AFTER SURGERY? TELL PEOPLE ABOUT THIS ON THE PHONE! THIS IS JUST WRONG AND WOULD NEVER TRUST A DENTIST LIKE THIS! IM STRAIGHT UP WITH REVIEWS AND THIS PLACE IS A NO WAY, NO HOW! Watch for the complaints!

Experiencia negativa: Go ANYWHERE else. Directly because of their actions and negligence I now have to have surgery with an oral surgeon. The woman in charge has zero bedside manner, and zero care for patients.

Experiencia negativa: 4/30/26 at approximately 9:15 am… I had a very frustrating experience with Four States Dental Care at the Webb city location. I arrived roughly 4 minutes late, and had to complete an important call with a large client of ours, prior to beginning my treatment.. as I would be unable to use my phone during that time. I understand that schedules matter, but the way I was treated at the front desk was completely unprofessional. When I asked a simple question about whether the doctor would be able to complete the entire procedure in one visit, I was met with a rude, smart-ass remark from the blonde woman at the desk about “showing up on time.” It was unnecessary and came off as condescending rather than helpful. What really stood out was how dismissive the front office staff was when I tried to explain my situation. As a business owner working in emergency services, my schedule isn’t always predictable. I made a genuine effort to communicate that, and instead of any understanding, it felt like their attitude was that the doctor’s time matters more than anyone else’s. This woman just cost the business several thousands due to her poor attitude and negative remarks. I will be sure to let everyone know about this negative experience I had at this location, myself along with the other friends and family who receive treatment there, will be taking our business elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Don't let Moore near your mouth. Got fillings on multiple teeth on all four sides and had months of sensitivity (room temperature water hurt to drink) after. I went back and he drilled some stuff down (The whole time he acted like I was wasting his time, probably because I wasn't being charged cause he was fixing his mess) but it's been two years and I still can't eat and I've lost 50 pounds... now I'm not sure what to do, I'm not letting him near my teeth again and now I'm too scared to see anyone else. He also offered to pull my wisdom teeth... thank god he didn't.

Experiencia negativa: They are only getting 2 stars because the tech was truly amazing! So, little back story... I haven't been to a dentist in close to 20 years and didn't brush my teeth for close to 2 years due to mental health issues. I was knee deep in an eating disorder, panic disorder, depression, and PTSD. Brushing my teeth was the least of my concerns. The doctor was pleasant at first, but her demeanor changed after seeing the condition of my teeth. I had stated that I was brushing and flossing nearly every day. The dr stated that wasn't what it looked like. I gave her a more realistic time of 5 days a week... I was trying to be very honest and I've actually been proud of how much I'm brushing my teeth right now... I feel probably like a 7 out of 10 pain in one/two teeth... to which i was told I just needs to floss and brush more and get a cleaning for and that even though the pain was present in those teeth it was the absess that was causing my pain and they would have to extract. The extraction is set for the 22nd, today is the 14th. I only came in due to the pain. I had to re-ask what I'm supposed to do about the pain. Thankfully, the tech went to ask the dr for an antibiotic. The experience just wasn't customer friendly. I ended up just feeling like a 38 year old child being scolded and if not for persistent would have literally been in the same boat leaving as I was coming in. If you have mental health issues... please stear clear of this place. I am considering canceling my appointments and finding a new dr.

Experiencia negativa: We have had a problem every visit, from issues with treatment, billing, wrong treatments scheduled or not scheduled, etc. Nothing ever goes smooth, dentist keep changing mid treatment and the Old Doc who fills in does not seem pleased to be working, it shows in his attitude and care. So glad we found somewhere new to go. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Experiencia positiva: I’ve been coming here for about 6–7 years. The dental assistants are always excellent. They are friendly, professional, and do a great job. The doctors are kind as well, but there’s been a lot of turnover so I rarely see the same provider twice. I’ve also run into a few issues with chart accuracy and billing/insurance estimates, which has been frustrating. Overall, I appreciate the staff and the care I receive, but I hope to see more consistency and accuracy moving forward.

Experiencia negativa: This office is all about the money and not the patient, nor do they provide any kind of warranty for their work! I had a crown procedure last year and it has come off twice since and now they are telling me they will not do anything further without paying over $1000 out of pocket to fix it. The assistant was very nice but the receptionist was very rude and argued with me and didn't care how I felt or what I had to say. They also kept my crown and didn't give it back to me when there was nothing wrong with it, it just needed to be put back on.

Experiencia negativa: What a mess! I had a temporary or intern dentist. When I came back the next day, the tech numbed the wrong side. I told her. All I got was "okay." The dentist came in. I told her I was numbed on the wrong side. They looked at each other and I got another "okay." At this point, most relatively conscious human beings would realize something was wrong and discuss the issue. Nope! She went ahead and did what she wanted. When she was done and I saw the work, I asked why she thought I told both of them they were on the wrong side? They looked at each other and shrugged! Then the dentist offered to do more work! Right! By this time, I'm out hundreds of dollars (no insurance) and still didn't get what I want. Cash customers must be easy targets. Don't ever go here!

She is afraid of the dentist and this being her 1st time here she was apprehensive about going but she love it and at the end she said she loved the dentist. You guys did an amazing job. Experiencia fantástica: Four states dental team are just the best! I've had the pleasure of having Doctor Dodo and Doctor Miller. They and their whole team are just wonderful. I can't even express how great this place is! When I was a child, I was talked down to by a dentist, and I am so happy to know that these dentists care and they never ever do that and they always make sure you're comfortable. If you need chapstick, they have some for you. If you need water, a pillow or a blanket, it's there for you and if you need a pat on the shoulder that's also there for you. They really do care at four states dental five stars to each and every one of you!! ❤️

Until I said I didn’t have the $68 dollar to cover my visit.THEN they said let me check something, oh you have $200 some dollars credit.. THAT JUST IS’NT GOOD BUSINESS

Experiencia negativa: i will not go back to this place. they charged me $829 to pull 2 teeth that took less than an hour to do which was amazing because i was not numb at all and i kept telling the dentist that i wasn't and she would say "u r numb that's just pressure u feel". i am 43 yrs old i know the difference between pain and pressure. So while she is yanking my teeth out of my head i am hollering and coming up out of the chair and the dentist tells me that i need to calm down i am making her heart rate rise, stressing her out and that is not good for her because she is pregnant, so i say once again " IT HURTS, I FEEL IT" she kept pulling and when she got it out she jumped up and ran out of the room didnt say anything and i never saw her again. by the time i got home my face was finally numb. she had given me so many shots and couldn't wait for them to take effect that my entire left side was numb from my neck to the top of my head was numb. The cost of it was absolutely ridiculous. i was told it was priced high just incase it was a difficult extraction and more had to b done, but if not the price would go down, yeah that didn't happen. i was very disappointed and cancelled all future appointments.

Experiencia positiva: For the most part they are a really good dentist. Just like every where you have some really good employees and some that I will never allow to touch my teeth again. Webb city has always treated me good and listened to what I’ve had issues/concerns with.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in not thinking my recently capped tooth needed pulled. But it did and they pulled it .It feels great REALLY and i did imention the aprox. 20 minutes in the chair. They are the best each and every member of that team deserves a raise.

Experiencia fantástica: Make sure to dress warm. The air conditioning is set so cold that they offer patients blankets. Not sure why they need it freezing in there, but it’s over the top. Staff is professional and they are trained to ask friendly questions etc. The way the practice is set up you don’t really get to know the dentists or assistants like you do in a smaller practice, but the staff is knowledgeable and they do a good job.

Experiencia negativa: Our first visit as new patients. After my wife had her x-rays taken they led us to a treatment bay. Where we wait over 30 minutes with no one coming in to checkon her or explain they were running behind schedule. . I had to go ask an employee if and when they would be able to as I also had an appointment supposedly one hour after my wife. I had to be with her to translate. Needless to say it was a disappointing visit. Only positive was they forgot about you politely.

Experiencia negativa: My husband went in for his initial consultation to make sure his insurance would cover dentures came home all excited because they gave him a paper that showed $0 so he assumed insurance covered it all. Fast forward 5 months and multiple appointments and they hit him with a separate paper that said he only had $400 left on his insurance and the other $2200 would be out of pocket. Never mind they have pulled teeth so his existing partial no longer stays in and no back teeth on the bottom so he can barely chew his food. I called to find out what happened they explained that none of his plans showed the teeth being pulled and that was their error but unless we qualify for care credit there is nothing they could do for him. This is unacceptable they did not make it clear the total cost of the process or we would not have even started this process knowing we couldn’t finish. So sad they will not try to rectify their mistake and work with us to at least finish the bottom teeth so he can eat food without choking or swallowing his food hole because he can’t chew it all the way. Not a good way to conduct business. Make sure you get a “master” plan so you know what the total charge is.

Experiencia fantástica: I was able to get in on a short notice to have a second opinion for a root canal. The staff was so friendly. They were able to work me in for my root canal in just a few days. With needing a consult for the next day I wasn’t able to get off work and they accommodated their time and schedule for me to stay for the consult on the same day. They went above and beyond and I’m so grateful I found them ❤️

Experiencia negativa: I will start off by saying Heather is an AMAZING Dental Hygienist! Now the heartbreaking part, I went in for some fillings and Dr. Vinni performed a procedure on me without my consent. I was awake during the whole thing and they didn't mention that they were doing anything more than fillings. Afterwards, when we were discussing what to do next, it was brought up that a tooth on the other side of my mouth would need more work than what was previously discussed because it's similar to one of the teeth that she just worked on and that tooth she had to put medicine on it to seal it and prevent it from getting worse, but unfortunately the other tooth would need a crown. I'm listening to her tell me this and I'm not thinking much of it, except that it stinks because I'm going to need to get a crown the next time I go in. When I go to checkout, they tell me I need to pay for the extra work that was done. I'm confused because I paid ahead and what extra work? I wasn't told we did anything different than the fillings. I'm stressed about the crown so I pay and leave. I sit on it and call them back because I want to know exactly how they billed me. They tell me that it shouldn't have went down that way, I do get an apology. I UNDERSTAND the need for "the medicine" since more treatment needed to be done. I don't understand why I wasn't informed immediately when things were discovered and plans changed. If I took my car to a mechanic for an oil change and they decided to change the brake pads too, why should I have to pay for that decision? It wasn't discussed with me until afterwards. And even then, it wasn't stressed as it being something billed differently. I would've said yes to adding the medicine and doing the extra digging in my tooth to save it, but instead she made the executive (non life saving) decision to change course, while I was awake, without consulting me. They said it was in the notes that she told me, she told me afterwards and mostly only to let me know what she'd be doing to my other tooth, not because she wanted to inform me about what she already did.

Experiencia fantástica: I was not an established patient but set up appointment because of a broken tooth. They got me in to be seen two days after I called. Staff sent all paperwork to complete online. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment with no additional paperwork to compete, they got me back very quickly. After some x-rays Dr made the call the tooth needed pulled. He and an assistant worked through their lunch to ensure I could get the trouble tooth removed immediately. As close to painless as could be expected. Great, friendly staff. Would 100% recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I usually don’t mind going to the dentist but after my last appointment I am a little weary of going until my teeth really start hurting. I don’t know if it’s common practice to fill my entire cheek and side of my tongue with cotton and at the same time, leave the suction probe at the back of my tongue. No rinsing, nor update to how I’m feeling. Experienced difficulty breathing and I thought my tongue was developing fissures. Most uncomfortable hour and a half I’ve felt in a long time. Oh, and it would have been great to know about the 3% up charge for using a card or the 5% discount writing a check during the many texts and calls I received to confirm my appointment. Screwed me both ways. We are all trying to save money. I may be shopping around for different care.

Experiencia negativa: After what Four States Dental called: a simple Crown that failed. Then proposed a 3-step, somewhat easy, treatment plan to fix the problem which I agreed to. Turned out to be anything but Easy or 3-Step. After day One, of Trauma, Chipped teeth, and infection, and Three different Dentist (not Assistants )working in my mouth, I’ve never made it past the first Step.Then they After canceling (or rescheduling) my next appointment without Being told until I arrived. It now would be another month and I would have to go to Neosho for now on to finish or complete treatment. I’ve reached out trying make contact which Dr Kunkel (several times) for Direction and advise with no response for months now. Now the first contact from Four States Dental ( waiting months) in the form of a text is that I’M GOING TO BE CHARGED a late cancellation fee if I don’t keep a Cleaning Appt. Or confirm it. (REALLY ?) I’m guessing Or Thought since my insurance company HAS paid them for some or all of the treatment plan billed, Dr. Kunkel or Someone would have reached out!! I’m left with a hole in my mouth or Gums and some chipped teeth. ???

Experiencia negativa: I had a highly disappointing experience at this dentist office, which claims to offer sedation dentistry but failed to deliver on its promises. My husband was prescribed a medication to take the night before and the morning of his appointment which he did, but it only relaxed him a little. He was given shots in his mouth to numb the area but they started without waiting to ensure numbness. He said he felt everything! Despite being told he would be in a 'twilight stage' where he could answer questions but not remember anything, he was wide awake and in considerable pain throughout the procedure. He even repeatedly expressed his discomfort, but the staff ignored his concerns and simply said he was doing fine. I would not and will not recommend this place at all.

Experiencia negativa: The staff was great but when you are supposed to be sedated for an extraction I would have expected to be sedated. They told me I would need to have a driver to drive me home. I could have driven myself home that’s how not sedated I was. I felt every single bit of the extraction and was in pain the whole time during the extraction with tears running down my face. If you’re looking for sedation dentistry this isn’t the place.

The most friendly staff you'll ever meet. Dr Clark was awesome... Very friendly, if you can't tell by what you've read so far I would highly recommend that you use them as your dental family, because that is how they make you feel, like you are their family! Experiencia negativa: Called for dental emergencyI was told to come in at 3. Was in slot of pain, and my tooth was broke and bleeding. They took xrrays and I was told it had to be pulled. They new I was in pain but told me the first appointment they had was in 12 days to get it pulled, why would the tell me to come in for a dental emergency if they weren't going to help me . At least the receptionist got on the phone and called around and found me a dentist that could get me in the next day to pull it. My face is swollen and painful.

Experiencia negativa: They repaired a chip in front tooth of two of my children that didn’t last a month and the price they gave me quadrupled. When I spoke to manger she was not helpful or friendly. X rays were taken so the fact they over charged tells me they don’t know what they are doing or they scammed me. They didn’t even see dentist only students did all the work so I don’t feel coding was right either but they refused to fix it. I worked in dr office for a long time so I would not recommend this office.
