Experiencia negativa: This is a terrible establishment. I had an appointment that i scheduled online. I took off work for this appointment, filled out all the paperwork that was sent to me and received the confirmation email. I show up to the appointment and they tell me that they don’t have any appointment for me that day. They said because I scheduled it online it didn’t get to their system. Why do you have online scheduling if you’re not going to honor it? Just take it off your damn website. And the office also just looked dirty too. Will never try this place again. And from other reviews I’ve read this is a known issue. On top of them just cancelling appointments. Very unprofessional.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been looking for a new dentist for awhile since moving to this area. I went to 3 different dentists before settling into Brighter Dental. Dr. T is so patient and kind and Dr. Dobron helped keep me calm when I was panicking that my crown fell off. Dr. T also did 2 front crowns for me and they look so natural. I highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I am writing this review to warn others about the severe lack of organization and data security at this office. I booked a new patient preventative visit online, received three separate emails confirming the appointment, and completed all required medical and insurance intake forms through their online portal. I took time off work and arrived 15 minutes early, only to be told by the front desk that I was not in their system. Compounding this error, they had completely lost all the intake paperwork I submitted online. My highly sensitive personal and medical information is now unaccounted for, which is a massive privacy concern. Instead of trying to right their system’s mistake, the staff said I couldn't be accommodated. They then informed me that even if I rescheduled, I would have to make two separate appointments—one to "meet the dentist" and a second one for the actual cleaning. This arbitrary policy was never disclosed during the online booking process, which explicitly let me select a single preventative cleaning slot. This office showed zero respect for my time, caused me to lose hours at work, and completely mishandled my private data. I will not be returning and advise others to look elsewhere for a practice that values patient care and basic administrative competence. If I could rate this practice a zero for review purposes, I would.

Experiencia negativa: Had appointment to remove my invisalign last month after 1.5 year treatment. It was supposed to be one year treatment. I was told I have a balance of over $500.00 to be paid then the invisalign will be removed. I have already paid my share of $1750 and this balance was not discussed with me. They simply said your invisalign wont be removed until you pay off your balance. Obviously the claim they submitted to my insurnce was wrong and did not say this was an upgraded treatment. Anyway I requested to speak to someone who can help me out. Audrey, office manager, called me and left a message. I called her back twice but could not get hold of her. Finally she called me back and I disscussed the balance and mentioned to her that I am unable to pay the balance at once and your office did not inform me early enough to make arrangement. However, i will make payment but I need to get these invialign removed ASAP. She simply said get a loan or if you do a payment plan you have to wait until the balance is paid off. I am being punished and taken hostage because she, the office manager, and her staff did not do their job to communicate with clients. I have five familly members that go this office. They also cancelled my husband´s cleaning appointment and he has to wait months to get his teeth clean. He is not happy about it either.

Experiencia fantástica: Reception is always friendly. Angie, my dental hygienist, provides top-notch cleaning every time. It’s obvious that she takes pride in her work and is a true professional. My family and I acknowledge and appreciate the amazing job that she does on our teeth. Glad to see recent updates to the office appearance.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO HERE OR CHOOSE THIS FOR YOUR DENTAL PLAN. These negative reviews are all on point. I chose this dental clinic a couple years ago and although they may be very nice/polite, THERE HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. My appointments always get canceled at the last minute, or I'm told the appointment I scheduled doesn't exist. THERE IS AN ISSUE EVERY TIME. They clearly need more staff and this has been going on for so long that's just not a justification any longer. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT CLINIC!

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment for June 29. They called and cancelled just hours before my appointment and said they would call back to reschedule. No call was received. I called back one week later and they won't schedule a new appointment until October!

Experiencia negativa: Called this office on Monday 6/8/26, during business hours, to make an emergencyappointment for my daughter's braces that have a broken wire that's poking her gums. An automated AI system picked up the phone and scheduled an appointment for her on 6/10/26. Then, I received a phone call on the morning of 6/10/26. Brighter dental was calling to cancel my girlfriends appointment that was upcoming. I took care of that and asked to confirm my daughter's appointment for that afternoon. They confirmed my daughter's appointment, I went to take her out of school early and went to the appointment. We got there and were told that there's no appointment and that they didn't have time to go through all of the AI appointments that were made and never got to my daughter's. This is completely unacceptable. There's an obvious need for more staff in this office. My entire family goes to this office for their dental care, thankfully I don't go this practice. Audrey did reach out to me to apologize and I appreciate that but the lack of communication is incredible. This office has supposedly called to cancel appointments two other times saying that they can't get a hold of anyone but there's never a record of an attempt at a phone call. Luckily they actually called me this time to cancel my girlfriends appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant and welcoming staff. The staff are very accommodating and provides individualized care. The orthodontist is my kids to go dental MD. Very welcoming, great listener and an excellent teacher. It’s always a pleasure to see you all!

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely horrible. My daughter cracked her retainer, I call to make an appointment which redirects me to an AI named Rhonda and I leave a message. No one calls me back…days go by and I call back and finally get a person. I make the appointment for 430, mind you their hours on Google say open til 5pm, I show up with my daughter at 415 and the whole office is closed! No message left with me saying my appointment was cancelled. I call them the next day and was told they tried to call me to say the appointment needed to be rescheduled, and when I confirmed my phone number they had it wrong, which is crazy because we have been going there for over 2 years for her braces and check ups and have had messages left for me before. I call today to try and get in because now my daughters teeth and bite are way off and I explained my situation again about cancelled appointments and not getting calls back and now my daughter can’t be seen until Monday. I absolutely get that dentists are super busy and things happen but this has been on going and I was hoping for better service. Will be looking for a new orthodontist! Do not recommend!

Experiencia negativa: I have been coming here since 2013, and haven't had any issues with the service they provided. However, my last 8 month experience dealing with the front office and billing has been absolutely horrendous, to the point where I will absolutely not return. At the start of 2025, my insurance changed, but I called the front office to confirm if they were still in-network, which they did. I had work done in June, and started receiving messages from their automated billing saying I had a balance due. This was strange to me as all previous cleanings I had with them were always covered, and I never had to pay. From June 2025 to March 2026, I have always reached out, constantly called/emailed, and even spoke to the front desk at my 2nd appointment in Dec 2025 to ask them about what was going on with my insurance, whether they needed my information again to have the correct info, etc. I made extra effort to constantly contact Brighter Dental and my insurance to try and resolve my billed amount, and every single time that I have reached out, they are either keeping me on hold for 20+ minutes, telling me to ignore the bill and that the "billing team" needs to reach out to insurance (never gets resolved), and constantly saying someone will reach out and "call me back tomorrow", even though I have NEVER ONCE received a call back. I had to go put the extra effort to file my own claim, asking the office for list of service. When I reviewed it, it clearly showed errors with my insurance information, which would explain why my insurance never received their claims. I asked them to update the info - no response. Called back multiple times - kept getting swept away, on hold or "we'll call you back later". They even had the nerve to hang up on me when I called! This was an issue for 6 months! When I finally did receive my insurance check, they overcharged me for the service and I had to pay an extra $169 out of pocket for what should have been standard cleaning and x-ray, but honestly, it was worth it just to never deal with the billing ever again. The office either has a serious under staffing issue, or the staff does not care.

Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment last week on-line for the 27th which is this Friday. I called today to make sure it went through, but Audrey who answered the phone wasn't friendly at all. I couldn't hear her name, so I ask her to repeat it and she had an attitude. Then I tell her why I was calling. She said there was no record for me and that she'll schedule it now. I said I did it on-line and said that was the problem and that day is booked. I said it would be nice to have known that. I would have missed time from work and show up for this appointment, to be turned away. We made appointment for Wednesday, the 1st and I said its for cleaning, checkup, trays since its a new patient. She said no, only checkup and exam. The cleaning would be another time since I haven't been there in a while. I said forget it, and proceeded to ask another question and she hung up on me. Now I see why I never went back to this place.

She goes above and beyond to not only take great care of my teeth, but me as a person. I've been seeing her for YEARS. She truly cares about her clients, and I legitimately look forward to every cleaning. I can't say enough nice things.

Experiencia negativa: I had a 3:30 PM appointment with the oral surgeon that I scheduled 3 months ago. I checked in at 3:26 PM and all my records and X-rays were already in their system since I previously visited another Brighter Dental Care location. Despite arriving on time, I was made to wait more than 40 minutes without any explanation or update from the staff. At 4:12 PM I had to leave because I could not wait any longer. Patients understand occasional delays, but the lack of communication and respect for a scheduled appointment was very disappointing

Experiencia negativa: Would give no stars if I could. They run insurance scams on people. They pretend that they actually checked with your insurance on how much something is. Tell you something is going to be only $50. And then send you bills anywhere from $200 to $1200 more . They won’t bill medical insurance? And absolutely rude and obnoxious.

Experiencia negativa: I wanted to love this office, the front desk staff is amazing. However, my husband and I spend at least an hour in the waiting room every single time we're there. What is the point of making an appointment? My husband had to reschedule over 3 times in the last few months because there was either an emergency or the endodontist was "running behind". It's 2025, there is no reason to be so behind every day, there are plenty of scheduling technologies to allot the appropriate time for a service. Apparently a 3-hour window isn't long enough to see these dentists. WILDLY disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment today at 10:30 am and I got a call saying that the dental hygienist is out sick at 8 am, which totally understand - life happens. I at that point already took off work and they had told me they can reschedule me tomorrow or later in the week. I explained to them that I already took off work and I can’t come in the rest of the week but any other week works for me and they told me February of 2026. Poorly organized and not able to accommodate for situations like this. It’s a really big dental office too so I’m unable to understand how they cannot give an appointment at any time after this week especially after cancelling on me

Experiencia negativa: From the Clean Waiting area that You will be waiting for a GOOD WHILE, Everything seems fine. However, be aware, they care more about "billing the insurance" than actually providing good service. The materials they use only in the Robbinsville office is more expensive, therefore the customer is left with the balance, additionally, if they can stretch service (went in for a removal, the dentist said he can "save" an infected tooth) 2 months later, after billing for a "filling" now guess what, the tooth could have never been saved and my baby had to undergo yet another "procedure". And the dentist recommended ortho explaining she has a "small overbite". I truly believe they are "practicing" on us Black People and only want the money. First time at this office was the LAST.

Experiencia negativa: I was in excruciating pain from an abscess tooth I had. I called to make an appointment and luckily I was able to see the oral surgeon the next day thanks to the lovely receptionist. However the next morning I was even worse in pain and called in the morning to see if I could get in sooner however I was told I couldn't and I would be given a referral to try and go somewhere else. I kept my afternoon appointment but still tried to find somewhere else to no avail.. I was in so much pain that I left early and was hoping if I got there a little earlier someone could squeeze me in considering the amount of pain I was in. However when I walked into the office in tears I was told just to sit down and my name would be called. After four people got called ahead of me that we're not emergency, I finally got called and was taken to the back by a kind nurse. When I put my stuff down another nerves came in and said wait a minute she is not next and told the nice nurse that they had to take the other person before me because I got there early. She saw how much discomfort I was in and not one person cared. Everyone just looked at me and didn't ask if I was okay or if I needed anything. The poor nurse that was trying to be kind to me had me sit and kept my paper with her and said soon as she could get me another room she would. During that wait I did not get asked by anyone once again if I was okay. Finally she called me back and had me sit down in the chair. Once the oral surgeon came in he took a look at the X-ray and told me that the tooth needed to come out and I would need a bone graft if I wanted one. First of all he sat behind the chair I was sitting in and I had to strain my neck to turn around and talk to him, I was already in pain and he still had me strain to turn around. He explained to me the bone graft is optional if I wanted it. I asked him why should I get it because I genuinely did not know or what would happen if I didn't get it. He said you would have a a hole. I asked why would someone not want a bone graft then? Is that something I can live without? He said it was totally up to me instead of explaining what the bone graft was and what it would do to help me. He left and when the nurse asked me are you doing the bone graft I said I still have no idea what I should have that for or what I shouldn't have that for. She went and had the doctor return and at this point he seemed very frustrated and gave me the same answer. I got upset and let him know that as a doctor I wanted him to explain to me what that procedure would entail why I should have it and what it is. The office manager ended up having to come in and talk to me about my treatment plan. She was very kind and helpful and I had wished that she could have been the doctor. She gave me more medical information then any one and helped me make a decision. Many of the nurses that came in and left had no communication and were very mixed up as well. The nurse that helped me in the beginning was very helpful to me and kind and compassionate. She was the only one that really understood my situation and gave comfort. I ended up having the tooth extracted and expecting to have the bone graft but I didn't need it because there was no hole after he removed tooth. I was relieved since the pain was gone but honestly would never want to go back due to the experience I had leading up to the end result. Hopefully next time my experience will be better considering I don't have many options for dental care with my insurance

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely a waste of your time, 5 visits in 2 months for a root canal and im still not done with that, was told only 3 visits max and at most a month .

Experiencia negativa: I called a week before my wisdom teeth surgery (which I scheduled months in advance) to possibly move back the appointment. I was told that my appointment was put in as a surgical consult (which I already had months ago) not a surgical appointment, and they have no new appointments until 2 months from now. They couldn’t squeeze me in or help me out at all even though it was their mistake. I have very limited windows in which I can take off from work, so this is very upsetting. I wouldn’t recommend this place, but I had to choose a primary care dentist on my insurance, and this was the highest rated place I could find. It’s a joke.

Experiencia negativa: Twice now my wife has received notifications via text and phone calls confirming an appointment time and date. When she arrives she's informed that they do not have her scheduled, when she shows them the proof of her appointment they tell her that its the 3rd party service they use that is at fault because the appointment was rescheduled but the service did not update their system. I can understand this happening once, but twice and that too over a span of months. It's ridiculous and frustrating having to take time off for an appointment only to be told that the people we use for notifying you of your appointment messed up. What exactly is the point of a reminder service if they have no accuracy or accountability.

They told me to leave because me updating paperwork would take too long and they were running behind. Already took my vertigo meds. I’ve waited in their waiting room for an hour at a time before but that 10 minutes apparently ticked them off.

Experiencia fantástica: Their phone call service is very disappointing. They fixed my appointment by phone, but when I reached there, I had no appointment. And the assistant manager has no way to talk to the customer and she is a complete novice in dealing with people.

Experiencia negativa: I was denied access to come back with my child for his appointment. I asked him if he would be okay without me and he told both of us “No”. The woman continued to enforce that I could not come back with him. He’s 9 years old, suffers panic attacks and is neurodivergent. I have been a patient here for 20 years and have never been treated like this before. I will not be returning or trusting this establishment with the care of me or my children any further.

I was very impressed with Brighter dental from the time I called to make an appointment until I was seen by Dr. Kallur. Office staff was very friendly and professional. Experiencia positiva: I’ve been a patient for years, but my most recent experiences haven’t been great. They seem to have too many patients and it takes months to get an appointment. I was furious at my last appointment. The roads were bad and I was behind a salting truck. I called to let them know I’d run late due to the conditions and they said ‘ no problem’. Then I get there and they refuse to take me. Going so far as to lie and tell me they called me back and left a message to say I had to get there within 10 minutes. An obvious lie given that my phone was with me and had no messages or missed calls. I’ll be looking for a new dentist.

Experiencia negativa: All brighter dental locations are full of aholes. we changed location from the previous ignorant ones at north brunswick. These are even worst. Overall brighter dental doesn't share notes between locations. so they will call you to a new location and then waste patients time and tell them they cannot work. More than 6 months and we couldn't get a basic root canal. Dr Jingles, Dr Kauler, Dr Ramla Ahmad all are pathetic. They screwed up bigly and damaged the nerves. Never get any surgery done or any other service done from this location or north burnswick one. Best to completely stay away from this whole Brighter Detail. 1 star is mandatory or they don't even deserve this.

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a great experience at Brighter Dental in Robbinsville. The entire staff is wonderful - everyone at the Front desk is friendly and helpful, the hygienists are all amazing as well as the dentists and the periodontist. I have had a lot of dental work done here from cleanings to implants and couldn’t be happier with the results.

Experiencia negativa: Not ready to express my disappointment on this clinic. But give me a day or two to cool off. Is not good to talk or write when you're upset. The only thing I can tell you is that they have me waiting on their lobby for 2 freezing hours only to tell me they couldn't work on me.

Experiencia fantástica: I was greeted by a dental assistant who was extremely polite and pleasant. Going to a dentist who can do a job and wanting to please the patient is rare in today’s world. My dentist made sure I was pleased with my dental work. They took me a week early for putting on my crowns. This was nice so I can now get used to them. Thank you for your friendly attention to my dental work.

Experiencia fantástica: LOVE this office! Liz at the front desk is AMAZING! Super kind, attentive and very compassionate. Dr. Tariq is also AMAZING! Her bedside manner is extraordinary. She's knowledgeable and takes her time, making sure her patients feel taken of. I recently switched from another dental office which in hindsight was the reason for the issues I'm now experiencing. I wish I would've decided sooner. Hands down...awesome!

Experiencia negativa: Ove the years, quality of the service has gone down drastically. Staff is unprofessional and show no empathy towards the patients. No reminders, no help is offered to the patients and you are expected to do everything on your own. They can do better.

All dentists hygienist are kind and very good. The girls at the desk are all amazing especially Liz and Sam and Laura dental assistant is super nice as well! LOVE THIS DENTIST OFFICE!!!❤️❤️❤️

Experiencia positiva: I love Brighter Dental! Ang is an awesome Hygienist and really takes her time doing a thorough cleaning. Dr. Tariq is also amazing, she never makes me feel like just a “number”. Laura the assistant was so nice and friendly! The only thing I would say, is the girl at the front desk could be more friendly, not really the greatest first impression when you walk into a doctors office. That’s the only reason I’m giving a 4 star.

Experiencia negativa: I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the level of service I received from Brighter Dental in Robbinsville and their staff. Despite being a patient of record, I experienced significant delays in scheduling an appointment with the specialist, which resulted in a three-month wait. Furthermore, I was dismayed by the unprofessional demeanor of the front desk staff and management. Their behavior was consistently rude and dismissive, which made an already stressful situation even more difficult. To compound matters, when I required emergency attention due to an infected crown, I was subjected to unnecessary bureaucratic hurdles. As my primary dentist and endodontist, I expected a more streamlined and compassionate approach to my care. I hope that in the future, Brighter Dental will take steps to address these issues and provide a higher level of service to their patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so nice. Explaining everything to me along the way. And found the Dentist that I had a few years ago that I liked and really trusted was at your Robbinsville office again! Doesn’t get any better than that!

Experiencia positiva: I have had nothing but good things to say about this office except for recently. My time and money was wasted by a ‘referral’ to their sister location Dental Health Associates for wisdom teeth surgery. I had asked for multiple referrals but was told they could only provide one to there because they provided general anesthesia, which BDH does not. When I went to my appointment at DHA they charged me nearly $400 for a consultation fee where they only told me what I had already known and to go somewhere else where they did anesthesia (which was the entire reason why I was referred to them in the first place). All I will say is be skeptical of their ‘referrals’ to sister locations. Ask questions before wasting weeks of your time and money. All other services of theirs has been pleasant except for this one.

Experiencia fantástica: After many bad experiences with other dental practices, I gave Brighter Dental a try after reading some positive reviews. After my second visit today my experience was simply awesome, from Liz at the front desk to the dental hygienist and the rest of the staff, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. They are all so very nice and personable, made me feel right at home and that my care was most important. I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff and how great they made me feel, it’s like I’m family. I highly recommend them and would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you to all the staff at Brighter Dental of Robbinsville, especially Peggy…….lol. Love you all
