Experiencia negativa: Terrible service! Went in for an emergency dental appointment and showed up to a new patient appointment despite being a patient at this location before. After an hour of old school X-Rays, gum Assessment, individual tooth assessment. The one tooth that was giving me extreme pain was not addressed. I was then moved to an office to go over a plan to address all found issues with my teeth for an estimate of $18,980 while still in extreme pain! I was then told to take Tylenol and then asked to discuss a plan for all of the other issues they found. Do I walked out! Do not go here!

Experiencia fantástica: Went to Aspen with a broken tooth and quite a bit of pain. The entire staff was very courteous and professional. The doctor was understanding of concerns and took the time to give clear explanations and directions.He did a super job removing the broken tooth. I would recommend Aspen to anyone needing emergency tooth care.

Experiencia negativa: Let me start off by the office staff has nothing to do with my review. The girls at the front are absolutely amazing, the only reason I went back was because of them. I had to have my crack tooth pulled immediately, set up an appointment for the pull cost me $200, no problem. The hygienist is super rehearsed, almost like she says the same exact thing word by word to every patient, I also don’t need a 300 dollar electric tooth brush. The dentist was very nice however they were supposed to pull the tooth and pieces cracked on the top from a tooth that had fallen on (not bothering me however they set they were going to pull) never even mentioned it again at the appointment. The doctor pulled my tooth and immediately left the room, pretty much wouldn’t even let me ask anything or even make sure I am stable after the extraction. Didn’t ask me if I was okay, literally went right into his office didn’t even say “have a good day”. Again, the girls at the desk were absolutely amazing. One of the girls who works there is super rude, like won’t even smile back at you (I think she is a dental assistant).

Experiencia fantástica: Every person working at the Dartmouth office was so friendly and helpful. I got a new upper denture, my 3rd after 10+ years. Never have I had such concern shown about the fit & look as I had this time. When the final denture arrived, significantly early, it fit perfectly. I recommend Aspen Dental while heartedly. Wonderful people, service & product at a very reasonable price compared to my other 2 dentures.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible their upfront pricing motto is a lie was told the day of consult service I chose was covered two months later I receive a bill for the full amount as if they didn’t even run the insurance I call insurance to check if there is a issue no there isn’t feels scammy of them to not just run the insurance they have on file but then Harrass me with texts and calls about a bill that shouldn’t exist and when I called the operator wasn’t helpful either

Experiencia negativa: Please do not go here! Told me I needed $4,000 worth of dental work done. Also, if I didn’t get the recommended deep cleaning they would not be able to see me an a patient. I went to another dentist and they did a full exam with X-rays and said my teeth were perfectly fine and my gums were healthy. I’ve been seeing my current dentist for the last year now without issue. Perfectly healthy. Thank goodness I got a second opinion and didn’t trust what they were telling me.

My wife went there for teeth cleaning, after taking the x rays and there said 5 teeth need to do filling and crown and charge us a few thousand and refused to do the cleaning. We requested them to send the x rays to the other dentist and my wife, the first time is only one teeth, the second time is also incomplete, and called to them to resend and they refused to do it. Don’t go there, it is totally rubbish

Experiencia negativa: I thought everything had gone well but then I recieved the bill. Over $1800 for an hour of cleaning. There was a couple things like numbing charge but I had no idea it would be this much. I assumed it would be like my previous dentist, a couple hundred dollars. I feel like I got scammed. They also charged me for an operation that has not been done and that I canceled. After I contacted them about it they said they would begin the process refund to my credit card. The people in the office are all very nice but I was not properly informed about the costs and all the extras that would be added to the bill. I arrived in there office in pain and feel like they took advantage of me.

Experiencia fantástica: I set-up an appointment at Aspen Dental in Dartmouth today and had a wonderful experience. The staff there are wonderful and showed a very family oriented team. Starting with Maynor-Dental Assistance treated me respectfully and showed his sweet caring side. Kely the Hygienest is very nice and gently with her work. Dr. David Choi showed his caring and professionalism, specially answering all my questions. I finally had to go through my paperwork and there was Tamara, the Operations Manager, whom explained in details everything that would be taking place. After speaking to her I left there without a doubt I would be coming back. She was professional, very nice and down to earth. What I failed to tell them was how petrified I was walking in there because of past horrible experiences with Dental offices. She greated me at the front desk and I could already see by her big smile and charisma that I was going to love this place. Thank you Tamara for making me feel at home.

I mean who really likes going to the dentist to begin with, but from the time I walked in the door to the time I left I felt like I was visiting family. Everyone was so understanding and compassionate. I ended up having to get an implant and it’s pretty expensive but get this they also set me up with financial assistance as well! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I came to the Dartmouth location. For the $29 full X-ray an evaluation by the dentist, then I got a deep cleaning done. And they charged me $851 for the 30 minute. Cleaning outrageous, I wouldn't recommend anybody to come here. These people are ridiculous

I dont have insurance so yes it was pricey but they had payment plans unfortunately i did not get approved (NOT their fault) however i will figure out how I can come back and get things done little by little.

Their Web site states “ If any of your denture teeth have broken or chipped, we’ll strive to repair, reattach or replace them.” I lost a tooth from my dentures, they did not strive to repair or reattach the tooth. They did nothing more than to try and sell me new dentures. I would not recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I really love my local Aspen Dental. Everyone from the administrative staff at the front to the hygienist, dental assistant, and dentist are wonderful. Dr. Grossman is thorough, explains things in detail, and works with the patient for the least invasive and least costly procedure possible.

Experiencia negativa: Had a lot of tooth pain in my upper wisdom tooth, knew it had to come out. I chose aspen dental because you could make appointments online, and I was told they took my insurance. Went to appointment. Asked again, yes we take your insurance. Got xrays and dentist said I was in luck because the oral surgeon could take care of me the next day, and if I didn’t it would be a month before he would be back.Tried to upsell me to doing all four wisdom teeth and scaling my whole mouth because it would be easier. I said ok, they pulled me into the financing office and told me for every we talked about it would be close to $7000 out of pocket, because the oral surgeon was not in fact covered. But looking at the price list, and without meeting with an oral surgeon, they were going to charge me for bone removal for each tooth, regardless of what happened. Got a second opinion the next day and they removed the tooth in 15 mins with no pain, total copay was $50. The whole thing makes it feel like they are as honest as used car salesmen, and Im pretty sure they are committing insurance fraud. Do not recommend.

Their professionalism also stood out to me.The people starting from the front desk to all the people I spoke to my entire visit were very friendly and actually seemed to care about my teeth. They were patient with me and it made my experience a lot better. They listened to all of my concerns and seemed knowledgeable themselves. I’m going here from now on! I recommend them!

Kelly did x-rays and was very kind explained there would be a lot to take and if i needed a break to let her know. Kendra was thorough and explained everything she was doing when examining my teeth. Dr Grossman was great told me I was in good shape for not having any care for many years and only need a deep cleaning. Ending with Tamara she was very personable and pleasant. Kendra was a sweetheart and offered me water and tissues after i got a little emotional. Kelly did a great job being careful during my x rays as i have sensitive teeth, and the male dentist (i forgot his name) was also extremely kind and caring when explaining my treatment plan. Altogether was a very positive experience and i’d recommend this place to everyone especially if you have fears of dentists. Thank you all again

Experiencia negativa: Told me I needed to have a tooth pulled, scheduled it paid for it and then cancelled it before I was even done with my cleaning. Then when I tried to reschedule they refused to pull it and said to have the surgeon who does not take insurance at all pull it. They only care about money and suggested the most costly fixes knowing my insurance would not cover it! Very dissatisfied and now my health is at risk with a broken tooth because he refuses without explanation.

Experiencia negativa: I waited for 5 months to get an appointment for my 17 year old daughter.. aspen dental called 7 times to confirm her appointment, I called aspen dental to let them know that I wasn't able to bring her that my teenage daughter would be taking my 17yr old and told them I work down the street and could come to sign a release so my daughter could be treated, they assured me that wasn't necessary that a verbal consent was sufficient they would call as soon as my daughter arrived. My daughter arrived and they didn't call me, proceeded to tell her that they had to reschedule her appointment cause a parent wasn't present. There's a lack of communication in this office so for that reason we will be going elsewhere very disappointed....
