Experiencia positiva: I've had grandchildren their 3 times. Ages 2 and 3 then 3 and 4. 2st time waited for wver for Dr. To come in she was polite but a whirlwind then came in checked teeth with fingers and looked in mouth and everything good and out the door. Were there just about and hour if not longer . 2nd time same thing 3rd time we were there about 20 minutes seen de. For 2 minuutea sending us to a specialist to get a root canal done on a 4 year old with baby teeth . It's a back tooth. Didn't explain why they have to do that didn't give us time for questions nothing. I always feel rushed and overwhelmed with her. Staff however is very polite, but I need communication and some patience. I also need dentures and I don't feel comfortable after reading other reviews on that so definitely will be going elsewhere.

Experiencia positiva: This was my first impression of this dentist, and unfortunately it wasn’t a good one. The whole experience felt very rushed, almost like a car wash type of process where patients are just moved in and out as quickly as possible. The assistants did most of the work and told us that the kids had “No” cavities, and it seemed like we were just going to be sent out the door without even seeing the dentist. I actually had to ask if we were going to see the dentist, and only then did they say they would have her come in. That was confusing to me because I feel like the dentist should introduce herself and speak with the patients directly, especially when discussing something like cavities or treatment. She seemed like a nice, well put-together lady, but the experience made me feel like patients were just another number. It gave the impression that the goal was to move as many people through as possible in a day. Also, just because patients may be on Medicaid doesn’t mean their care should feel rushed or less attentive. Everyone deserves the same level of attention and professionalism. I will say the staff was great. The front desk and assistants were very nice and professional. My concern was mainly with the lack of interaction and attentiveness from the dentist. This visit was actually over six months ago (last year), and I never got around to writing a review until now. Since they reached out about coming back, I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. There are plenty of dentists who take the time to be more attentive, detailed, and personable with their patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Assad is an awesome cosmetic and family dentist in Warren Michigan who recently helped with a chipped tooth emergency and crown has always taken great of me and my family. Her staff esp Sue are the most accommodating and kind respectful you can ask for. Thank you !!!!

Some of the assistant are set in their ways about how they want to do things, but I like them and I’ll continue bringing my kids to them ❤️ not every dentist is good with kids, and she is! My oldest gets excited to go!!!

I’ve always been afraid to go see any Dentist but the Lady is at the top of her game. I’m talking pain control, gentleness, courteous, genuinely concerned for her Pts. My teen sons and husband also are her fans as she has worked with all of them. By the way her work is amazing. My teeth are beautiful

Experiencia negativa: is nice but everything done seemed very rushed. I waited about 35 minutes for the dentist to come in after x rays and she looked at my teeth for maybe a minute and sent the hygienist in. She complimented my teeth which was nice but I’m more concerned about the services rendered. The hygienist polished my teeth in less than 2 mins and told me I was done. I then asked if they were going to do any scaling (I definitely needed scaling done because there’s visible plaque build up that should’ve been taken care of) and they sent the doctor back in. She again kind of rushed things and used the ultra sound machine to remove the plaque which didn’t really do a good job because I still noticed plaque build up. The receptionist did make an attempt to have the doctor come back in and finish things but she had already started on another patient with a “long procedure”. I asked if I could just opt in on actual scaling tools for my next visit and the receptionist put it in my notes. So I will try one more visit but if I’m not satisfied with the services then I will find a new office. I just wanted to be properly taken care of.

Experiencia negativa: Nice people, but my “flipper” is HORRIBLE! I can’t talk without lisping. I drool constantly. I was told “your tongue will get used to it” THAT NEVER HAPPENED! I’m afraid to have my implant tooth installed by their ( out sourced) specialist!

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Assad is very rude. She has no time to speak with you during visits. Their only intention appears to be charging your insurance. They are located close to our house, which is why we selected them for our family. We have all had the same experience.

Experiencia fantástica: i went there today with my 3 year old son. i personally haven’t been to a dentist in 10 years, and i have terrible teeth. they seen both my son and i today. they were so patient and kind! they treated my son so perfectly, he gave them a hard time and by the time we were all done he was dancing at the check out desk lol. the first phone call, me needing help with the paperwork, the 3 women who were in my mouth, and especially (i think he name was jasmine?) who even let me help her do what she needed to my sons teeth because he was more comfortable with me, and then the woman at the desk who helped me with my referrals was SO great at explaining everything to me and even gave my son a little prize! i came in pretty nervous but i left feeling confident that those people at sparkle dental actually care and are going to get me smiling pretty again!! i couldn’t be more thankful to those women. they all went above and beyond for us. the one girl who i spoke with on the phone was there and even turned on a cute movie for my son in the room! i couldn’t be more pleased. forever grateful.

Experiencia negativa: My experience with this dentist has been catastrophic and life altering. I entrusted them with my dental care and instead walked away with irreversible damage to nearly every tooth in my mouth. Multiple root canals were performed incorrectly, not only were they incomplete, but one was done so poorly that 2 root canal pins pierced through the bottom of the tooth, causing excruciating pain and ultimately contributing to a massive bone infection in my jaw. This wasn’t just a mistake; it was sheer negligence. What followed was a nightmare of emergency interventions, mounting medical bills, and permanent complications that I will be dealing with for the rest of my life. The level of incompetence and lack of accountability from this office is staggering. Please, do not make the same mistake I did. Find a provider who values your health, your time, and your trust, because this office did not.

I have dreaded going to the dentist for years, my trips were uncomfortable and stressful because I have gum disease. I would also dread the shaming dentists so frequently do. The Dentist would not listen to my complaints, made the teeth without my final ok, sent me home with teeth that are too big, and a sore inside my mouth, twice, despite my complaints, told me to wear them for two weeks before could come back. they are crooked, and are putting a sore spot on my gums. His bedside manners leave much to improve. Beware of the Dentist that works on Friday, he needs to be fired.

Experiencia negativa: I came to the office for a few cavities in 2024. The first day I walked into the office I was there for 5 hours and they preformed 3 root canals and 3 crowns. The first crown popped off within the first 2 weeks, the second crown came off after 3 months, and the 3rd and final crown they installed came off 6 months later. Mind you two of the crowns were put on my front teeth!!! Both posts broke and now I’ve been toothless for the last 2 months waiting on implant consultations which are going to cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! THIS DENTIST RUINED MY LIFE!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! They charge up your insurance, use bad products and the female dentist is unexperienced and does not care! I wish I never went here! I cry almost everyday! THE PHOTOS ARE BEFORE I WENT TO DENTIST and after!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Anytime I have gone to the dentist I left in tears. I refused to go back because of the shame I felt. I highly recommend this Dental team from the receptionist, the e-ray technician, and the Dentist I felt so comfortable, at ease, and completely cared for. Cared for is an understatement. I grew up in a time when flossing wasn’t taught plus I have smoked for over 30 years- something I consider a generational curse. But smoking lead to Periodontal disease as a result all the other Dentist I seen previously made me feel so utterly ashamed of myself that I couldn’t bring myself to go back. I know fixing my teeth is going to be a long road, but I am so confident, and thrilled with this Dental team and the Dentist himself but I’m actually excited for the first time in my life!

Experiencia fantástica: I haven’t been to in the dentist in years! Because just like most people, I hate going. The only reason I went was because I had to. I become Mr. Negative that day, only because you know the pain your about to endure is inevitable. But from the moment I had met the receptionist and staff I took an instant liking to them. They were so kind and always smiling that made adapt to their positive and happy environment, which made me feel so relaxed. The office was very modern looking and extremely clean. You could also tell how efficient it was because I didn’t have to wait, they brought me right back to meet the dentist. I could immediately tell why her staff was so happy to be there. I didn’t feel like a patient, I felt like family the way she took her time and explained what was going on. She gained my trust quickly because she was very honest not trying to trick me like my last dentist on things I didn’t need. She even went the extra mile by taking out the old silver fillings that my old dentist loved to use and she replaced them with the clear ones. She didn’t have to do that, but she cared because she did not want silver fillings showing when I smiled. I have referred everyone I know to go see her, and they ones that have gone all agreed. If you want a dentist that goes above and beyond and will give you honest advise, than go see Monica Assad and Sparkle dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Bottom line...Dr Assad, genuinely cares about her patients and it shows in her care and attention to detail...no wonder she is an award winning dentist! We were seen by Dr. Assad in her office within ten minutes after arriving. Although my kids (ages 11 and 9) were worried about seeing the dentist they didn't complain at all and we have been back regularly. The laughing gas helped calm them down. They didn't even know they had a shot to numb them for the dental procedure. I had a root canal and it was virtually painless after receiving the shots. I have heard of many bad experiences so it gave me pause but was very pleasantly surprised. Since having braces many years ago, I developed a sensitivity to cold water and drinks so Dr. Assad coated my teeth with a desensitizer...I had never even heard of such a thing and my sensitivity to cold drinks has greatly decreased.

Experiencia negativa: Went there for dentures in August 8 months now dentures do not fit right tooth she left for the bottom dentures to attach to hit my top dentures they cannot make a lower denture because of the bad tooth she left in my mouth three sets of lower dentures third set so weak they're ready to break and move around in my mouth so bad I cannot even wear them their solution is give me my money back on lower dentures and I have no lower teeth do not recommend this place to nobody will be contacting Michigan board of dentistry to complain now other dentists want $4,000 to fix what they did not wanting to fix her bad work they send me this letter I had her work replaced cost me $8,500 remember I already paid her $7,000 I recommend affordable dentures and implants they did a great job replacing her work

This is probably the first dentist I will continue to use for a very long time. The staff is stellar and wonderful from the first face I see when I walk in to the office to the AWESOME office manager Susie and a super knowledgeable doctor, who is kind caring, and explained everything to me very clearly and obviously had my best interest at heart!!! I will recommend this place, hands-down, over and over again! Oh, and I should mention it by showing me all my options It was obvious they were not after my pocketbook like every other Dentist I have seen. Experiencia negativa: Was told I needed a crown, and got the procedure done but constant pain of throbbing and sensitivity remained, was referred to a specialist because she had LEFT A NERVE EXPOSED, now I must pay $1,000 to get it fixed. I am so upset and in pain.

The dental hygienist's employed there might be a part of newer staff, but I would recommend that they practice more on cleaning, along with knowing how to control and use the cleaning tools properly. Experiencia fantástica: I started having significant tooth pain over the last few days. I called several dentists in the area and they were unable to get me in for several weeks to months! I was driving by this office and decided to stop in to make an appointment as my son previously was seen here and my tooth was hurting so bad. I was greeted by Amanda at the front desk. She listened while I explained my issue and she and the billing manager who was also so nice, looked up my insurance, verified my benefits and said they could see me right now. I almost couldn’t believe it! Within 10 minutes I had xrays by the sweetest xray tech. She was patient with me and gentle the whole time. A couple minutes later, Dr. Assad came in and examined me, let me know what was happening, gave me prescription and referral for a specialist. She also cleaned my teeth herself. She said she would do it so I wouldnt have to wait any longer. (i was in there less than 45 minutes at this time) This office uses a new technology to clean teeth where its much gentler on your gums and teeth. No scraping! My experience here was really great. Everyone was kind and patient. Also, this is a woman owned and operated office which was even better for me Thanks again for being so kind and willing to help when I needed it. Its few and far between that you get good care from the moment you walk in the door until the time you leave. Thanks again.

I was in pain and no HELP from them. Bad first experience, will never go to this no dentist place again. 0 STARS. Guess I was too BLACK

They quickly got me in to see the dentist, took an xray, diagnosed the issue with my molar, gave me antibiotics to fix the infection, and scheduled followup for the next day. Amazing office, everyone was focused on getting the job done and taking care of patients as best as possible. I really appreciated their care and professionalism.

The staff brought out toys, turned on cartoons and tried with all their might to help defuse the little monster she had become. Can’t thank the staff enough for not only trying to help but they never made me feel ashamed or embarrassed for having a toddler who wasn’t on her best behavior..well as best behaved as a toddler can be. We loved Dr. Monica! She is so sweet and patient. She’s very through, professional and caring. My husband and myself both got teeth cleanings as well. I can’t believe how efficient and painless my teeth cleaning was. I’ve had horrible experiences at other practices where I left in pain, bleeding gums and regret. If I could give Sparkle Dental more than 5 stars I would. For being new patients, the staff and Dr Monica treated us all like we have been coming for years. Felt really good. Experiencia negativa: Decent experience. Half the time the receptionist wasn't at the front desk, I never met the dentist to discuss my son's teeth or the dental hygienist... The receptionist told me what was going to be done to my son's teeth. I guess that's what you get for going to a dentist that accepts Medicaid. I will have to invest in a better dental insurance plan through my job when available so my son can go to a better dentist.

Experiencia positiva: I love this dental office and will be coming here for now on! My son is 3 and truly hates any type of Dr office. The lobby was clean and quiet, the chairs were comfy and The staff here were very gentle with him as he was having a FIT, they even turned on his favorite cartoon to get him to Relax. I was expecting him to get a full dental work up (cleaning, fluoride, floss, and to check for any possible cavities) but in this she said he’s too young. So he indeed received a cleaning and fluoride treatment and was send home with his favorite character (Spider-Man) toothbrush. I’d definitely recommend this place for your tots or self.!!

Every person in the office is fantastic. They will do whatever it takes to make you comfortable and work with billing, and insurance to get you what's best. I will never go anyplace else. Experiencia fantástica: Amazing Experience!! What a great dentist and staff! Dr. Monica is so sweet and very compassionate. My daughter was very scared from having a not so good experience at another dentist and they reassured her she was going to be ok and just took the time to explain to her what she needed to do at any point during the procedure if she was uncomfortable. Just taking the time to do that made her so comfortable and when she was done she told me after having a tooth pulled she was so happy the dentist was so nice to her!!

Experiencia negativa: If I could post a zero, I would. Maybe 5-6 years ago, she told me I had 3 cavaties. Long story short. Went to a different dentist. Said sir, you have no cavaties. Lady is a scam artist (Beware)

Experiencia negativa: I was happy with the politeness and promptness of service with this office. The time spent with my son was not adequate in my opinion, the doctor was in the room for maybe three minutes all together and we weren’t asked if we had any questions or concerns. It felt extremely rushed. The waiting room chairs were ripped and the floor was visibly very dirty and stained, although the actual exam room was clean. I don’t think I would recommend to anyone else.

If I spelled it right her name was Ferada (6 years at this location) cleaned my teeth. She asked if there was any tooth or area that she needed to know about. Overall experience was great. Definitely feel that this will be my go-to spot now.

Today I experience exceptional service at Sparkle Dental. The entire staff is very welcoming and friendly especially Sue at the front desk. Dr . Assad is gentle, kind and most importantly patient. I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist at 38 years young.
